Fantastic experience: Excellent money spent. I highly suggest Stop n Go driving School. Took my shy timid son from beginning to end driving with confidence. All instructors were professional, and kind. Will definitely do it again for my younger future drivers!!

Fantastic experience: We have had Such An Amazing Experience at Stop and Go Driving School. Every one we have come in contact with have been So Nice and Friendly, and very professional and Lots of Patience from when you call and make an appointment to the instructors in the classrooms to the one-on-one driving instructors. My son has Autism and has trouble with socializing especially with strangers. I was so worried when he went to their 8 hr class, but he ended up doing well and passed his written test. I was so Happy that my son felt comfortable with his instructors. We were Very Fortunate to have Guillermo as a one-on-one driving hands-on driving instructor for my son. My son went from having very little to no experience to being able to drive comfortably through the streets he even got him driving on the freeway, The Freeway! I couldn't believe it! He just passed his drive test today and will get his license. For a Autism Mom worrying about how their grown child can function in this world. I Can Confidently say I Have One Less Thing Worry About. I Am Sooo Grateful for This School!!! I Pray that this school will Bless Many More Special Needs Students with Giving the Tools to Be Independent in Driving. Thank You , Thank You Soo Much!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Stop and Go driving school for my son’s permit and driving. He was very anxious initially about being behind the wheel. Carter was his instructor for 5 (2 hour) sessions. He eased my son’s anxiety while he taught my son how to drive. I loved the homework he would give me to focus our drives on throughout the week to ensure he was ready for his next lesson. My son gained more confidence each week and so did I. I gained the trust in my son’s ability to navigate by himself. Carter was instrumental in my son gaining the skills and confidence to drive and get his drivers license. I highly recommend stop and go driving school to all parents contemplating it! It was worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I went to Stop and Go driving school with the intentions to be able to drive as I've never driven before. I must say that my first instructor gave up on after the very first lesson and I never had the intention to continue with my driving lessons. The team at Stop and Go recommend me to one of the best instructor there, Carter thought me how to drive in a total of 6 classes, so I went from a 0 to 92% at the end of my lesson. My instructor was amazing, he had confidence in me and he was very patient. I must say this was a suburb experience for me with tears of joy on my test date. So shout out to the team and my instructor at Stop and Go, you guys are amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Were extremely helpful when it came to learning the rules of the road and helped me become 10X more confident driving. Carter Goldsworthy was a teacher I had that had given me amazing breakdowns on how to be more calm and safe with rules I wasn’t confident in and gave me tremendous techniques to memorize the rules. 10/10, ended up passing my road test not long after my courses!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my third child complete driving lessons. All three of them had a good experience. My son learned a lot and is a solid driver. He did fail his test the first time he took it because of a mistake that is an automatic fail. I’ve seen people complain that their child didn’t pass but it’s a drivers test with points and you either pass or don’t. I appreciate that they don’t bend the rules. He had a free re-test and was able to practice for a little while with the instructor before the test and passed. I have referred family and friends to Stop and Go without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took the 4 week course and really enjoyed it. The instructors expertise was a great refresh experience for myself, as my daughter has been correcting me on some of my driving habits. We requested a female instructor because that's what my daughter preferred and Stop and Go accommodated our request. If a person is able to take the 4 week course then we definitely recommend they do! All young drivers should get this experience!

Negative experience: This school is not good at all I don’t recommend to any of you pay for driving classes. One of the instructors made my kid cry on the test she shamed her in front of all other people in the office you could see the instructor was having a bad day way before she took her to the driving test. We pay $800 for thing she was done with the class with no confidence on driving at all don’t waste your money here.

Positive experience: Overall it was a good experience and my son was getting good scores until the last drive where the instructor failed him. I'm not sure what happened but it was not a great experience at the end for him.

I wasn’t comfortable with driving and felt like I wouldn’t pick up on the skills before my fourth drive and but when I got her as my instructor my confidence and skills changed instantly! Fantastic experience: I'm not exactly new to driving, but being behind the wheels was nerve-racking. So I decided to take the 10-hr driving lessons prior to getting my AZ driver license. Thankfully, I had an amazing instructor who helped me with my confidence in navigating the roads safely. Now, I'm a licensed driver. More importantly, I feel much more comfortable driving. I'd highly recommend Stop and Go Driving School and Treba as instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with stop and go, I took the 5 hours course and I had Carter, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had driving with someone. He was able to keep me in my game while driving and was able to teach me so much on my first session. From the way he teaches and his patterns he develops to teach me and anyone else are amazing. Fantastic experience: if your deciding on going to driving school Stop and Go is one of the best option! i had the best experience with them i learned a lot and there staff is well trained and nice! i had celina for my 1st lesson! i had erica and brandon from the mesa location for my second lesson and they were great instructors he helped me get my parking down pack and erica was a great help too i would recommend the both of them for mesa location! i had tabitha for my 3rd and final lessons she was the BEST ! we had great lessons, great conversations, she makes everything feel easier and calm! if you choose anyone to be your instructor request for her to be yours you won’t regret it! i give tabitha a 5 star!

Fantastic experience: I went to this school back in 2013. Back then, I took the 3hr class with 1.5hr each session. My instructor then was Mr. John (black guy) from the Mesa office. I must have developed some habits now, but I've always been careful. I recommended the school recently to a friend of mine who is like a mom to me. She got the platinum package I believe. Unfortunately, her schedules and instructors had been messed up by whichever office, and I haven't heard a good experience from her recent two drives last week and this afternoon from this one specific instructor named Deborah M on the paper. The student is constantly getting comments in a condescending manner, and seems like this specific instructor is discriminating and belittling her. Student is so flusterred and getting discouraged to learn how to drive, by this instructor Deborah's attitude towards her. Instructor is hella chatty and nervous while teaching, causing the student to feel uncomfortable and lose confidence. First drive and second drive. Despite the student's extra efforts practicing at home and when running errands while juggling her own schedule. It's just embarrassing 'cause for someone that didn't think twice to trust the school teach her how to drive, she's not receiving a good customer service from this instructor. I had the best 3hr class back in 2013 with little practice because I had the best instructor. This is however sad. So for you guys planning to enroll at an expensive package, avoid Deborah M. She will be a lot more nervous than you and she will do her best to make you feel like a failure instead of learn. You won't get your money's worth. Whoever the Roberto teacher is, please send him my friend's way.

Fantastic experience: Really good teachers that know what to do on the road and communication is perfect if your making a error they’ll show you what’s wrong and you can improve on it affordable and not bad of a price to start but worth the time and money if your looking to get your permit and drivers license. And Kayla was a great instructor taught me what to do and don’t and make sure to be safe on the road and communicates very well and let’s you know what’s wrong and shows you how to improve on it.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are friendly and want to do eveuryjing to help you succeed in your goal of getting your license whether it’s over a week or a year. I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend it. They also give you a discount on your insurance upon completion so that is always a good plus for new young drivers.

Fantastic experience: One thing I love with them is they listen to your story and your background and they base their way of teaching from your background or experience. I had two different instructors Amy and Holly and they're both phenomenal. I passed my final behind the wheel training and got my license.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure if we should have my son take formal driving lessons or just teach him ourselves but we decided to give it a try. It was so valuable! I thought my sons driving was really good before he started (he had driven with his permit for a few months already) but I saw a big improvement in his driving after each lesson. He was reminding me of good driving habits. I also really appreciated the ease of scheduling the road test. He was so prepared!

Fantastic experience: Loved it- I highly recommend Stop and Go especially Roberto Munoz! He was my instructor for all 6 lessons and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST teacher. We learned a lot within the span of 6 lesson, however if you do sign up the package comes with only four. I purchased additional classes because I was nervous about passing the test. That all changed when I realized how much I enjoy driving. I passed my test with 100% all thanks to Roberto and my mom for letting me practice my skills! Again, you should definitely choose Stop and Go if you are interested in driving.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE 10/29/2020: The owners of Stop and Go reached and absolutely made things right. Over the course of providing my son additional free lessons to ensure he was prepared to adhere to the rules of the road, they successfully provided the necessary instruction for my son to achieve his driver's license! A business that is willing to respond, take action, and deliver on satisfaction earns my recommendation. Sept 2020: Signed my son up for their $500 driving lessons package. Instructor was unable to reach a point for my son to take his driving test. Ended up purchasing yet another $500 lesson plan and still no results, poor instruction. Out $1,000 for nothing! Never received any calls from their office to assist. I reached out and spoke to my son's last instructor and wasn't able to get any resolution to reaching the point of being qualified to take his driving test. Overall Stop and Go did NOT deliver on their advertised services and I would definitely NOT recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I loved Stop and Go I took my permit test here and had Hector and I absolutely loved him, he helped me with the pre permit test and got me ready for my test. I then started my driving lessons I was new to driving and had just started, my instructor Rose made me feel at ease with everything and taught me so much! I would totally recommend this place 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: Leah was our driving instructor and she was ontime, courtious, professional and gave detailed feedback on our kids driving. I would reccommend Stop and Go for anyone (teenager or adult! learning to drive. Good for the kid to hear from another source (other than a parent) on driving technics and re-enforces what you may have already taught them.

Fantastic experience: I register for the gold and got Instructor Roberto for my 1st class he was nice and explained everything as a beginner as i never driven before. For my remaining 3 classes and driving test I had instructor Treba and she was awesome, she taught me a lot and in a way that made it easy to understand and would calmly explain how to correct my mistakes. She would constantly be vocal about both the things i did properly to reinforce i did it correctly and when i did not she would proceed to telling me how to fix it.

Fantastic experience: I live in Ahwatukee and had Sushriya as an instructor for the Gold package. She always arrived on time, provided very thorough instructions, and calmly reacted to any mistakes I made. She was lovely to speak with during my 2.5 hour lessons and showed me around Phoenix--which was greatly appreciated because I'm not familiar with the area. I also could text her any questions I had and she answered them quickly, which was super helpful for situations not closely investigated in the driving manual. I definitely feel very confident and comfortable driving alone now. Thanks Sushriya!

Fantastic experience: My 17 year old has been driving with a permit for a while, but due to COVID, never got her license. This was a great finishing experience which boosted her confidence for taking her driving test. The instructor was awesome, friendly, calm and thorough. Very impressed, plus it lowered our insurance rate!

Positive experience: So I had drives at this place as a student recently. I had a great time with a driver named Jessica. She is a fantastic instructor. I think the place as a whole gets 4 stars and they do a good job of teaching their students. I think Jessica as a instructor gets 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The training is very thorough. Leah was Andre's instructor. She always confirmed our appointments and sent us reminders. She took the time to discuss areas of improvement to practice in between lessons. Driving with a stranger is always a little scary, but Leah immediately made my son feel comfortable and confident for his driving test. We have no complaints!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my Stop and Go Driving classes and I am so very happy that I decided to do them! My driving instructor was Roberto and I learned so much from him. His teaching was very clear and easy to understand. I'm grateful that he was so patient and understanding when teaching. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! The thought of driving was always daunting to me, but he helped me gain so much confidence in myself and in my driving abilities. And I got my license!

Fantastic experience: I have used Stop and Go Driving for both of my teenagers and have had great experiences with both. My daughter just finished her driving lessons with Rose and got her driver's license. My daughter absolutely loved Rose, was very comfortable with her, and really looked forward to each lesson with her. Rose was always on time, would text ahead of time to let us know when she was on her way to pick up my daughter, and she always provided us with very detailed notes after each lesson to let us know what our daughter did well on and what she needed to work on. What I love about this service is that they come to your house to pick up your child for each lesson and then for the final lesson which includes the driving exam, if they pass the test then they will take your child to DMV to actually get their license and travel id. Rose was even a notary so she was able to notarize all of our paperwork so we didnt have to go anywhere ourselves to get that done. Extremely convenient! I am so happy that I came across Stop and Go Driving when I was first looking for a driving school for my kids. It was well worth the investment to use them for both of my teens, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great driving program to put their teens through. A+ Service!

Fantastic experience: Stop and go helped me get my permit and my license easy and fast. I had gotten Bonnie as my instructor and she was amazing to where I had wanted to take all of my lessons with her. She was nice and was patient with me even when I had a hard time with parallel parking. Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this driving school, i initially took it to get better at driving and i honestly feel way more confident driving than i have ever before. My driving instructor was Leah (i think that’s how you spell her name?) anyway, she was super good at communicating with me on what i needed to improve on and she also is good at keeping a conversation. When i first started this course i was dreading it because i thought it was going to be awkward and there would be no talking, instead it was the complete opposite! She was super friendly and overall a great driving instructor, i would recommend her for anyone taking these classes. :)

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly impressed with every aspect of Stop and Go Driving school for my 15 yo boy. From the scheduling of the classes to the flexibility of pick up spots to the communication throughout. And Tim, my son’s instructor, was amazing! My son said the time flew by and he learned a lot more than he thought he would. I’d recommend Stop and Go Driving to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My dad signed me up for Stop and Go to gain the needed experience for driving and to get my license. A couple things to note is, if you like an instructor, stick with that instructor. I had 3 different drivers, my first lesson with Jason was good, he was very calm and made me more comfortable with driving, and politely corrected any mistakes I made. My second lesson with Rick was uncomfortable. Rick was very harsh and would almost complain if I made a mistake. After that lesson I was dreading my next two. My third and fourth lesson I had Loran, he was calm, and very understanding and definitely helped me the most and helped my nerves. Overall 2/3 instructors, I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone. The biggest note is pick an instructor that you jive with because it definitely makes the biggest difference. Thank you Stop and Go.

Fantastic experience: My sons instructor was retired law enforcement. He showed up on time and went the extra mile to teach my son every necessary detail about driving. By the time classes were over my son had confidence and so did I. Strongly recommend this company - I have used them for both of my teen drivers

My in-car trainer was Roberto, he was really patient with me and explained everything I needed to know and allowed me to ask any questions I had while also making me feel confident behind the wheel. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward while driving with her; the lessons were always at a steady pace. I also thoroughly enjoyed learning through this program and would recommend others to follow suit.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was the absolute best! She made my daughter feel very comfortable from the beginning. I like that you can choose if you want a male or female teacher. We have used Stop and Go with 2 of our kids and I am thankful for their instruction and help in the exciting and terrifying world of teenage driving!!

Fantastic experience: My parents enrolled me to Stop and Go not only for a lower insurance, but also a great instructor that could improve my driving knowledge and ability. Thanks to Leah, I passed my driving exam with ease. I have also been much more confident to drive on the road and to especially adventure around unfamiliar places such as the hectic traffic lights of Downtown Phoenix. Even with some of my experience on the road prior to my lessons, I would always learn something new and things to improve on every time Leah and I drove together. Although I had some ups and downs, Leah would calmly and patiently explain what had happened and what I should do in that situation if it were to happen again. She has given some very helpful tips that I will surely remember and use to drive safely. Her quality of work and knowledge on the road has truly made an impact on me. Fantastic experience: I loved this whole program , my parents paid for the platinum which is the permit class and 4 session driving classes , and even though I had to wait a month (for my own preference to make myself feel better) for a female instructor, my driving instructor was very nice, funny , and kind and I’m glad I got to meet her and I loved how patient she was with me . Overall with her help and practice I passed my license test and now I can finally drive by myself and say it’s MY CAR instead of my dads work car , great program highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Stop & Go from a friend....bought a great package they had prices compared to other companies along with amazing reviews. My son Joseph had an Amazing experience, great tutors and they took the time to explain, gave him great advices and guidance for a new driver. I’m so happy that I chose Stop & Go and definitely will be using them for my other 2 sons. Thank you for helping me teach my Son Joseph to drive!!!

Fantastic experience: I took driving lessons and got my license with Treba. She was a fantastic instructor and I had a great time driving with and getting to know her! She gave me a ton of really helpful pointers with my driving and made me feel a lot more confident driving on main roads and freeways. I'd definitely reccomend Stop and Go to anyone learning to drive!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our experience. Barry was so great with our daughter by the end of their 10 hours she wanted to hug him and have him over for dinner. She went from driving terribly to driving like a champ and it saved our relationship to not be the one to teach her!! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Terrific driving school and so very convenient! Loved how they came to our house every time to pick up our son. On the very first drive, they didn’t even take off for the first 30 minutes as they went over quite a bit which I appreciated. End of drive reviews were thorough and gave us a detailed checklist of what to practice on until the next drive. On the last of the drives, they did the driving test for our son and upon passing, took my son to the MVD to get his license which saved me a trip. We were very impressed with their company and would absolutely recommend them and go through them again for our other kids.

Fantastic experience: John was amazing! My 16 year old learned so much from him. We saw huge improvements after just one class. It was definately worth the cost! My daughter is a more confident and safer driver today because of this program. I will be using them again for our younger children.
