Fantastic experience: 50 years without a ticket and then it happened. :( I took this course because I didn't want any points on my insurance, insurance costs are high enough as it is. The course was easy to maneuver and well structured since they have to break it down to 4 hrs. although it could be done in a lot less time. I was even able to do it on my cell phone. No need for a computer. I highly recommend Gold Traffic School if you need to take a safe driving course.

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of online searching before going with Gold. Many of what seemed like less expensive options were packed with hidden fees. Course was great- a little dry as far as graphics and reading / listening to text but it easy to access, broken down into palatable bites, with intermittant quizzes. Super easy conclusion to the whole ticket affair- loved the way they took care of this with Florida and had certificate emailed to me right away so I could file with the court. Highly recommend this- I actually learned several things..

Positive experience: I’ve signed for BDI through Gold Traffic after exploring a few options. For the price of $20, it’s really worth the easy to complete course and the certificate submission for the county without me making a trip to submit my completion certificate

Negative experience: Boring as expected, you have to sit and wait for the time to pass. My issue is that they NEVER answer emails or call for issues.

Negative experience: This is a bootleg website. They take your money and if you’re lucky to get the one guy who is on the “chat” off his phone, good luck getting any help. I have no clue how they got on the Miami Dade Suggested driving schools, but I will be writing to Miami Dade regarding my experience. This is a zero. I’ve been calling for three weeks with no answer and no callback.

Negative experience: They never sent the completed information to the DMV and months later I received a letter stating my license was going to be suspended. After many phone calls, and having to write a letter to the judge, it was settled. I simply didn't receive what I paid for from this company. What a hassle!

Fantastic experience: This online Traffic safety course is “user friendly”. Study at your own pace . Customer support is excellent. The course covered exactly what was needed. They are very helpful providing all completion certificates of completion needed.

Only complaint is that while taking the exam one of the questions had a picture I had to look at and the picture was not showing up "image no longer available Imgur". I tried using live chat to see what they wanted me to do but never got a response.

Negative experience: The material is disorganized, sometimes in the wrong order (rankings of blood alcohol levels, for example). One of the questions on the final exam had a picture of a sign that didn't even load properly, so I had no idea what the answer was. I don't know how the other online courses are but I can't imagine they're worse than this.

Fantastic experience: I loved taking the course with gold traffic school. I found the classes very interesting and the exams super easy. In my case, I managed to complete everything on the same day.

Positive experience: While giving way to drivers who wished to enter the road, the drivers behind me honked impatiently. After the cars entered my roadway, I tried to speed up to make it up to the drivers behind me. I was given a traffic speeding ticket. The officer was merciful in giving me a much reduced fine. Lesson learned: still be courteous but don't speed for anyone! About the traffic school: It took 9 hours to complete. There were typos throughout including on the final exam. It was still valuable to not attend a shaming class in person.

Negative experience: **As an update to the review below, the online chat for Gold Traffic School became active again and I received my certificate, and they sent it to FLHSMV.** I completed and passed the Fla BDI final exam on March 5. I have not yet received an email from Gold Traffic School with my certificate of completion. I've been calling their number for 2 days and the message says they are closed. Their website is live but I get no response when I use their online chat. Very upset that I will have to take this "4 hour course" (takes about 5 hours) all over again with a different traffic school.

There are upgrade fees if you want to have them report it directly to the court of clerk or expedite your certification. They offer a free incentive to expedite your certificate if you leave a 5 star review after completion. One of the easiest tests I’ve ever taken and seemed to be relatively inexpensive to keep points off of my driving record.

However, the time advertised is 4 hours this took almost 6.5 hours. Many times, I was able to read through the information but had to wait upwards of 5-6 minutes to move to the next part of the information and exam. I would highly suggest that you should use golden traffic school to take what ever test you need. Be prepared to invest 4 hours. Because there’s no ways around it.
