Negative experience: DO NOT get your bike serviced here. Terrible Mechanics, my bike has been in their shop twice (each time for a month) for the same problem; that they claim to fix each time. Customer service is non existent, I've called 6 times in one afternoon, as well as leave messages to no avail. All around HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. The sister locations are NO BETTER. UPDATE: 3/31/23 Got my back bike, they scratched the lid to my left bag & the bike is dirty. They said it was given a wash, but it looks like they just threw dirty water on it and let it air dry.

Fantastic experience: Their customer service was great. Our sales person, Ghost, was very knowable and extremely helpful in helping us make an informed decision on what year Harley we were going to purchase. There was never any time we felt rushed nor pressured. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Tampa Harley began back in 2016 when I strolled in wearing a t-shirt and flip flops. I had zero (none at all) intentions of getting a bike but was killing time in between classes. That experience was by far the single best customer service experience I’ve ever had. So much so that I spoke about Tampa Harley in every single job interview I had when asked about customer service. The salesman, who I can’t recall the name of, really impressed upon me the idea that they were there to find the right bike for the person and not the biggest (ie more expensive) bike they could sell. He had me get on one and rocked it side to side to simulate what it’d feel like. While I already had my endorsement for four years at that point, I still wasn’t ready to buy my first bike. Last summer, I finally decided to pull the trigger. I took the course at Brandon HD as a refresher and ended up making a purchase at Brandon HD within a week, opting for a smaller sportster (883). Everyone said I’d be upgrading within a year, but at the time it was the “right” bike for me. This past Monday, I went back to Tampa HD where I’ve bought a few things here and there for the 883 looking for a new seat. I tend to wander about the store since there’s so much to see and ended up running into Ghost. He asked what I was in for (a seat) and showed some of the sportsters with different seat options. I got on a few but none of them really seamed quite right. The last sportster (1200 Superlow) had a pretty nice seat with a good looking bike underneath. It had a few other things that I’d been looking to upgrade on the 883 but it also just felt “right.” I asked the price, but ultimately said “nope. Not here for a bike. Just a seat.” No prob. I went over to parts to see my options, but I wasn’t really sold on any of them. I went home and didn’t really think about it again until Wednesday morning at work. I’ll was curious about the numbers (trading mine in and new loan terms) so I setup an appointment to stop by just to see what my options were. Upon arrival, Ghost met me outside while I was sitting on that comfy 1200. I told him I had an appointment and after he wrapped up with a previous customer, we got to work. That experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect from Harley. The customer leads the conversation. What am I looking for, what kind of numbers am I looking for, etc. Then, like magic, they always seem to make it work. At no point, do I ever feel rushed or scammed or over-sold like pretty much every other auto place does. Tampa Harley is a place you can stop by, be greeted, have zero expectation to buy anything, and not feel guilty about it. You can even grab a coke from the fountain. While I’m gonna miss them being so close when they move to Wesley Chapel, it’ll be nice to see what they can do with even more space. Thank you, Tampa Harley and Ghost for the new bike!!!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys know what true customer service is from start to finish!! Sales rep, Law, made the process so simple and had answers to any questions. Sales managers Mike Medeiros and Rich Banas were amazing at working around my crazy life schedule and going the extra mile for me. Thank you so much for all the help. I would refer anyone and everyone to these guys. You'll have your mind blown away with their world class customer service.

These guys have restored my faith in the brand. I bought a new Fat Boy. The bike is amazing and I love this dealership. Go find these people when you go there! 5/5 stars forsure. Fantastic experience: Ghost, you did a great job. You got me on the bike that I came in to buy. The process was easy. You made sure I was comfortable. Switching out the kickstand and seat to make the bike fit me better was the personal touch that everyone deserves when making a major purchase.

Positive experience: Purchased a 2006 Electra glide cvo screaming eagle. And I am loving the bike. Salesman was great as was the sales manager. However went for my first service yesterday and had to put a rear tire on the bike as the one on it was 12 years old. Was told by another Harley store that it was unsafe due to its age.. my rear brake lights did not work and my rear pads were almost gone. Granted I put a thousand miles on the bike since I bought it but these are very simple safety concerns that could have very easily become a huge problem.. so by all means buy your next Harley from Tampa. But maybe have someone else do a once over on it first…

Fantastic experience: We love this location! Though they will be moving in a few months to Wesley Chapel, we will make the trip because all of the people in sales, the GM, parts department, retail, and the service department are all super helpful and kind!! We enjoy our pitstops, service, and shopping trips every time we go!

Fantastic experience: I bought my first bike here, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Law was everything I hoped a salesman would be. He was friendly, funny, and an all around good dude. He took me on the test ride, and was there through the whole process. Everyone there made me feel like an old friend. The atmosphere alone was worth buying there. I wouldn't recommend going to any other dealership than this one.

Negative experience: Not very happy with Harley of Tampa. I did a bike build last year starting around June , parts department talked me into buying a rewards card saying it would pay for itself. It was only like $20 so I bought it an accumulated $200 in rewards. I went in to use it today and was told it goes back to zero 12/31 every year and I was notified by email to use my rewards or loose it. Of course I was never notified or I would have used them . I can buy parts and clothing off the internet cheaper and will do so in the future. It was only $20 to buy it so no big deal but I hated being lied to.

Fantastic experience: My Wife and I were ready to get back-into HD Life, and Michael Maguire, (Ghost) provided a professional purchasing experience from intro to congratulations. He got us up-to-date with all the new features of the 22” vs a 16” SGS we enjoyed in the past. We cannot be happier getting ready for a New Year with our Beautiful Apex Street Glide. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU’RE SELLING A BIKE WITH R2R. I was selling my 2022 ST and the buyer wanted to use Rider-To-Rider for the ease of financing. We had agreed on a price, arranged a trailer to arrive to my location and everything was good to go. So I contacted this dealership and connected my buyer with Mike, the GM of this store who was going to help get financing squared away. I go back and forth with my buyer throughout the process and he tells me that he’s waiting for Mike to provide info but that Mike is discussing new bikes with him instead of the one he was buying from me. Turns out, Mike intentionally prolonged offering the financing details to the buyer of my bike and promptly offered payment details and pricing discounts on inventory that he had on the floor. When confronted with this, Mike denies it and says he’s working on the info for my bike. He never returns another call after that. Both Mike and the buyer disappeared and the buyer showed up with a brand new ST from this dealership in a FB group that I follow.

Fantastic experience: Scott at the Desk was exceptional- actually the whole team was friendly. We showed up early and they made us feel welcome. Definitely would recommend this place for Eagle Rider service. I should add as we walked around and looked at the bikes and prices we were amazed at the inventory. Very fair prices.

Fantastic experience: Stop saying "One Day"... Whether you're a seasoned rider, or a First time buyer like me,,, if you want a truly unforgettable buying experience that exceeded all expectations, than look no further. They really make you feel like Family. You're not just dealing with a shirt and tie salesman and paying for a bike. You're buying an unforgettable experience and set of memories.

Fantastic experience: Harley Davidson of Tampa by far is hands-down the best you can ask for. Sales and service is absolutely stellar I never have a problem when I go and getting service quickly and efficiently. My speedometer on my new 2001 road king classic I bought gave out and they took care of me without any questions asked and looked out with a brand new speedo! Highly recommend Harley Davidson of Tampa! I would never go anywhere else!

Negative experience: Total scam! Spend hundreds on a Harley rental membership here and it’s totally useless in this area. Refuses to answer the phone. Stay away from all locations! Waiting on Mr. Smith to return from his vacation. Customer service center has left me on hold multiple times and later hung up while waiting for transfer. All I am requesting is the refund of the remaining balance of my membership since you have closed multiple locations around me and the only remaining one does not except these credits.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to buy or just look at bikes or just hang out. My sells guy Luis was great!!! The entire staff is very friendly. They are more like a family than coworkers. Traded me out of my 2012 high mileage street glide. Into a newer low mile Fatboy 114. Was very patient with me on selecting the perfect new bike for me and my needs. Cannot say enough good about these guys!!! Would recommend anyone in the area or anyone out of the area to check them out.!! Thanks to Luis and the entire Tampa Harley family for the help in getting me on my perfect dream bike. Keep up the great work!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just took delivery of my 2022 Road Glide Special from Harley-Davidson of Tampa. THANK YOU GM Mike Smith and a great Sales Rep, Ghost, for making this happen. Tampa Harley is the place to find best prices and great service! This is my fourth new Road Glide or Road King purchased at Tampa Harley in the past four years, so when I say it is a great place to buy, I speak from experience!

Fantastic experience: Just purchased my first Harley and after much research, decided to head into Harley Davidson of Tampa. Let me tell you, hands down: 5 Stars. I was approached by Ghost when I went in there and even though I kind of knew what I wanted- he answered all my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Tampa HD. Had an issue with the battery on my street glide. Their manager LT had the bike picked up, repaired and had me back on the road same day. LT also communicated with me through the whole process so I wasn’t left in the dark. I am officially back to using Tampa HD as my service provider. Thanks LT and the rest of the team !

Positive experience: I came today broken and humble. I first needed to get some things off my old bike that was totaled which was my baby. Nathan and Smitty talked with me and was I wonderful help all the way around. I have went home with a New Bike and High Spirited. I am now back on the road after 12 days being down. The Harley Family understands the H.O.G. family and helps as much as it takes. Thanks to Nathan/Smitty!

Fantastic experience: Had my bike in for the 5k and had a exhaust system installed while there. This shop went above and beyond with the service. Work was completed promptly and have had no issues with the work performed. I will return for ever oil change and service needed.

Negative experience: I have serviced all my Harley-Davidson since I lived in Florida at this location. I had $600 worth of points.When I called in today I have 0 points left because I guess they have a new program where every year the points get brought back to zero. That's totally not fair considering covid is have been happening past couple years and I don't think your point should ever go back to zero just cuz you haven't used them. I will not be servicing my bike at this location again.

Fantastic experience: This review is not about a motorcycle experience, but about the absolutely wonderful Tiki Hut, adjacent to their building, that is used for special events. We met Allie, their marketing manager, 2 weeks prior to the event. She showed us the space and explained what they would offer for our Fundraiser. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. At the time of the event, Allie was there, to assist us with setup and attend to whatever we needed. Everything went off without a hiccup and the event was a big success. Harley Davidson has gone out of their way to create a fabulous outdoor event space and Allie is absolutely the "best" to work with. I would not hesitate to use this space again in the future. Thank you Harley Davidson and Thank you, Allie!!!

Negative experience: Worst place I ever bought a bike. They sold me a bad bike last year that the same day a block away from The store bike die un us. They "fixed it" n few weeks later again bike die n they picked up n "fixed it" again. 2 months ago bike didn't turn on n they picked up again, saying battery is no good n I need to buy a new one so they can tested, I told them battery is new we just bought same day they picked up the bike. A bike than in a year we ride less than 5 times cuz always have issues and they can't fix it right cuz they want me to keep paying for fixing something that doesn't last while im still paying for a loan on this bike. I never had this kind of issues before this is the worst experience n it wasn't from the local store selling use bikes no it was from the so call "GOOD" brand Harley-Davidson in Tampa FL. I'll never buy anything from them again worst service ever.

Negative experience: Always liked this dealer until now. Had my bike there for a tune. Paid for the dyno and programmer. After the 3rd dyno trying to fix a bad tune I plugged my own ecm in to find a stage 2 program uploaded and not changed. I don't think in anyway the bike was actually on the dyno this last time. I'm smart enough to know I was lied to when they claimed they took my bike on a long ride to make sure it was good. Anyone who would of taken it out for 5 minutes would have said heck no. Then I was charged $80 to have them flash my ecm back to stock so I could put on a new programmer from someone else. Also never recieved ant dyno sheets. Doubt it was actually ran on one. $1000 wasted and never offered a penny back. Go to Orlando or a dealer that knows what they are doing or atleast one that will make it right when they dont.

Fantastic experience: GHOST!!! I can’t express how awesome he is! Not only did Harley find the exact bike I wanted, he kept my kids busy while we did what we had to do. Fantastic experience: Great experience here. I was stuck with a dead bike (20 yr old Custom Softail) on Memorial Day weekend. They rescued me 20 miles away (thx Animal) and then did a deal to get me on another bike. They gave a fair price for mine. The Gen Manager was a good guy, so was Ghost and Ryan. Critch, the Finance Mgr was funny too.

Fantastic experience: Best General Merchandise Manager Ever!! I collect dealer pins from all the cities I travel to. I prefer to stop in the dealership to buy the pin but sometimes the dealer isn't open or they are out of pins. So, I have either stopped by or called over 300 different dealerships and I can honestly say that the best experience I have ever had was with Alyssa Schutter at Harley Davidson of Tampa. The dealership was closed when I traveled through Tampa so I had to call to order my pin. Alyssa was the nicest, friendliest and most helpful salesperson I have talked to at any retailer and she gave me the same amount of attention as I was buying an inexpensive dealer pin as she would have if I was buying the most expensive bike on the floor. She took the time to describe each pin in detail to me and then when I received the pin it was packaged perfectly and even had a thank you note from her in it. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the entire experience....and to top it off I love the pin! Thank you Alyssa!!

Fantastic experience: Great service above and beyond. No up-selling. All service personnel are prompt and courteous as well. Your appointment is to get work done. Not to just speak with a service advisor and wait three days for your motorcycle to be done. I highly recommend them!

We were discouraged because the customer service in a couple of the other locations wasn’t great and had prevented us from buying. Positive experience: When purchasing a bike it can be overwhelming when your not sure. Ive had the best experience at Harley Tampa with both Ghost and Ryan who really went above and beyond to ensure I had a bike that was best for me due to my height. Safety was their priority for me when lowering a bike and the reach. I could not be happier with the choice as we started with a whole different model when I walked in and walked out with something different which was the best choice for me. Fantastic experience: I want to thank Ghost and Ryan for making my experience at and with Tampa Harley a great one. I was looking for a used bike, and found it online. When I inquired about the it, Rich promptly contacted me and sent updated images. As the process continued, I was dealing with my salesman Ghost and finance manager Ryan. One unique thing that I hadn’t seen before was being asked if it was the right bike for me. Not by the salesman… but by the finance manager. I really liked that approach. It makes the customer think about it before signing paperwork and making a potential mistake. This also gains trust from the buyer. I had to leave the store, but both Ryan and Ghost kept in touch as the process continued. Once the deal was settled, Ghost delivered the vehicle to me and I live an hour away. I signed the docs and now have the 2017 heritage that I was after. Ryan and Ghost made the experience more than wonderful. Constant communication, positive personas, and just all around great people. I’m glad Tampa Harley had the bike I was after. If you find yours there, don’t hesitate to let these guys work with you.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time buying my 2017 Road King at HD of Tampa. The sales manager(Ryan) was helpful and knowledgeable about the bike and was also a lot of fun to work with. All the interactions with the staff were courteous and informative. Negotiating the deal was fair and for the most part, painless (for a major purchase such as this)! I'd definitely recommend HD of Tampa to anyone in the market for a Harley.

Fantastic experience: I visited and called several Harley dealerships before making a purchase. I have to hand it to the Tampa Harley group. Adam and Kelly at the Brandon locations are awesome guys and helped get me even considering a new Harley again. I ended up visiting the Tampa location where I met Rick and Ryan. These two gentlemen were able to help me find a bike, and get me rolling. Picked up a new Low Rider S! Rick even went out of his way to deliver it to me. I can’t say enough good things about this team. I laid out my situation and requests. In return I got no-bs answers and solutions. If you’re looking for a Harley, you have to visit these guys! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Just purchased my second HD at HD of Tampa. I can’t say enough great things about the crew working here. My first purchase at a different dealer outside the Harley of Tampa family was full of pressure and manipulation from the finance team. I expressed my concerns with Rick Reed, the salesman upon arrival and he informed me Harley of Tampa, is nothing like the previous dealer I bought from. He brought out Gary and Ryan from finance, who promised me there was going to be ZERO pressure, ZERO deceit and up front pricing only. They all delivered on their promise and I drove off with my new HD within a few hours. The process was fun and relaxing and I suggest anyone in the market for a HD in Tampa, or even 1,000 miles from Tampa, looks at Harley of Tampa first.

Fantastic experience: This dealership is amazing! Rich took great care of me and helped me find the bike I wanted (and it wasn't even a Harley!) Like he told me "It's about the ride, not the bike." I felt like part of the family buying my Kawasaki VOYAGER from them. Fantastic experience: I was struggling to find the bike I wanted, as it turned out Tampa Harley had one in stock and ready to ride. Fantastic experience: What can I say but what a great time buying a my first Harley-Davidson from the guys at the Tampa shop!! Was able to talk to Rich the Sales manager on the phone to discuss available inventory, didn't want to make the trip if there was nothing there. Didn't need to worry as there was more than enough bikes at the shop to choose from. Made the trip to Tampa and when we walked in Ghost (sales guy) but a true rider was there to take us under his wing and talk about what we really wanted. I was looking for an nice touring bike and they discussed all the pros and cons of what I wanted and long story short got a pre-owned Road Glide that was just so sweet!!!! All that being said the experience was 10+ and even spending time with Ryan the fiancé manager was a blast, and if you ever bought a car or other mode of transportation you know that sitting in that office is never fun!!! Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got on my bike. There was a problem with the fuel system on my 08 Ultra. They nailed it immediately, kept me posted about what was needed and were true to their repair estimate. On top of that they cleaned the bike up and made my slimline whitewalls look like new! After that the service department followed up with a phone call after picking up the bike to make sure I was satisfied. The service guys were friendly! 5 1/2 STARS!!!

The dealership stayed open late to introduce us to all the departments and staff, finish all the paperwork and set up delivery. Fantastic experience: When I met Matt (Salesman) he was very friendly and helpful. He did not push me into any one motorcycle, as a matter of fact, we negotiated on three different bikes! After finally picking one bike to negotiate, 2017 CVO Pro Street Breakout, Joe (Sales Manager) and Matt got the bike down to its rock bottom price. Smitty (General Manager) made sure I was happy by offering me a $200 gift card on top of the already great price! I went ahead and took the bait and shook on it. Next, I met Kym (Finance Manager) and she was knowledgeable and friendly which made the process very easy! After signing my life away, JK, Matt took me around the horn if you will and I met everyone that would be helping me in the Harley family. I met folks in the parts and service department also. I enjoyed meeting everyone and it just made my decision that much better. I sure did feel welcome and appreciated for purchasing the bike. Then, if that wasn't enough, I heard my name over the loudspeaker to get ready to ring the BELL! When I did all the staff were at a bike and honked the horns. Pretty cool!!!

Fantastic experience: I traded in my 2018 Scout Bobber for a 2019 Road Glide Special. Best decision ever! Tampa Harley helped me get my payments where I wanted them. Talk to Izzy, he's the man. Super friendly guy that genuinely wants to help you out and get you on the bike of your dreams. Since then I've had my bike serviced multiple times there for upgrades and oil changes. Jason the service tech helped me make wise decisions on the money spent on upgrades and add-ons. He answers any mechanical questions I have as well. When ever I need parts I talk to James in parts. He's never too busy to go through a catalog and look for options to what I want. Just tell him what your looking to do and what your budget is. He is very knowledgeable of what's available out there. Fantastic experience: I’ll start by saying this is the first time I have bought a motorcycle from a dealer. This is my 4th bike but I’ve always gone used and from private sellers. I hate haggling with the dealership mentality but I was pleasantly surprised by my trip to Tampa Harley Davidson. I met with the sales guy Izzy 2 months before I made my purchase and he was great. Very knowledgeable and he helped guide me towards the best bike for me personally since I was converting from a street bikes to a sportster. He kept up communication and when the time was right helped me make the purchase. I would recommend that anyone going to buy from here talk to the sales manager. He was great about being simple, straightforward, and genuine without any back and forth. When I went back to finally purchase, the general manager was there and gave me more pushback and a less than favorable purchasing experience. All in all love the bike and would recommend anyone going there to talk to Izzy!
