Fantastic experience: I went to one driving school near my house and let's just say after 1 lesson, I waited more than a year to try to drive again. Found this place on my way to Dunkin Donuts and I decided to give it a chance because i was in the area & I do not regret my decision. The 5 hour class was entertaining and very informative. And I felt I learned something new each lesson. Calm instructor, clear instructions, and didn't make me feel stupid like the other place. Fantastic experience: This is the best driving school , I booked a 45 minutes session however I couldn’t make it because externuating circumstances and ended being half an hour late for my road test , by gods grace instructor Wilder was so patient with me and kept on calling me for an update on my test he made sure that I stay calm ,Passed my road test , yippeee !!! I looked around a bit for the right place and found most places try and squeeze you with extra costs for the road test like a package of lessons or charging for using the driving center's car. The Pierre Paul pricing was fair. I have a UK license and needed to get my NY license. I took one class and passed right after. Definitely would have failed immediately without the lesson. Highly recommend.

He is really good at teaching and very patient. He took me from just pressing gas and going with no insight or understanding why or what I was doing to passing the road test. Fantastic experience: Pierre Paul Driving School certainly lives up to it’s rating (4.6). I can only speak for myself when I say I was setup with my instructor (Wilder), I mean that in a good way. From the very first day Wilder took me under his wing and pretty much guided me on how many or what classes I needed to take. I was a little skeptical at first but ultimately purchased a package of 30 driving lessons with a 5 hour class and a road test schedule. Today I am sitting here typing this review with my road test results and I can truly tell you this is the best option in NYC. 5 out of 5 stars! Ps. Make sure to ask for Wilder as your instructor if you are purchasing!

Fantastic experience: I took the exam 3 years ago and failed pretty bad. I needed to get my license as soon as possible so I got 10 Lessons here at Pierre Paul Driving School and I wouldn't have wanted it from anywhere else. I seriously have to thank my instructor Wilder. He was honestly the best teacher for any class I've ever had both in driving and school in general. He felt like the favorite uncle that would always make you laugh but was passionate about seeing you win. He helped me map out my driving lessons and ran me through his own curriculum for every aspect of the test. The man is a Scientist when it comes to driving effectively and he made me feel VERY confident driving by lesson 6. We made jokes and he got really serious when he needed to so you get the best of both worlds. If you listen to the man, he will not disappoint you. If you do get any lessons here, ask for Wilder. P.S. If you get multiple lessons, I'd advise you to double up on them so your lessons are longer. You get more time behind the wheel at one time. It's how I was able to pass in a week and a half with 0 time behind the wheel for 3 years.

At Pierrepaul Driving School, not only did they have a various amount of instructors available to you at flexible times, they also had pick up and drop off at any location in Brooklyn to one's own convenience. I was able to have drivers come directly to my home or location of my choice to have lessons, and then drop me back to that same destination. The drivers are also extensively trained in driving knowledge, setting you up for the most success at passing your road test. They also provide you with a car thats passed inspection and a ride to and from the road test site to complete your Road Test Examination. My instructors gave me practice road test's, in car Trivia, took me to road test site locations to practice, and made the experience of learning how to drive an enjoyable experience. Aside from just the driving instructing and the lessons, they have a five hour class that's so interesting, you forget how long you were inside of the class. The driving instructor and owner of Pierrepaul Driving school, Ben, hosts this class, giving you a 5 hour class experience of joy, laughter, and most importantly, learning. He also gives great tips and tricks towards passing the road test, not only during lessons, but also on his Tik Tok page where students are allowed to reference for additional support outside of the Car. Fantastic experience: I was so confident before the drivers test I knew the only way I wouldn't pass is if someone jumped in front of the car. Not only did I know enough to pass the exam but was over comfortable and believed in my capabilities to drive. Who is to say I have to stop here? I can get a CDL if I choose to. Maybe be a race car driver. Wilder was my instructor and I made the right choice. The consistency of one teacher worked best for me and he's theatrical so it made driving something to do. He told me I was going to pass and he was a man of his word. The few mistakes I had he quickly corrected. Those lessons will cost you a portion of your check but you're learning how to save your life. To earn commission if you read this and felt inspired enough to call the school mention my name. I do have to say driving is not that hard, so pass on the first try.

Within a months time of scheduling classes with Ben and Welder I now have my license! Booking the appointment involved a bit of back and forth, but once I arrived for my lesson everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pierre Paul Driving School! I took lessons at two other driving schools before coming here. I took the road test and failed. Which made me start my search for a new school. I watched Ben’s videos on YouTube, which were very informative & helpful because learning to drive in Brooklyn driving has unique challenges. I didn’t want to give up after failing so I called the school & spoke with Ricardo. He was kind and helpful in assisting me with scheduling my classes. I took lessons with Ben, Lou Lou & Wilder. They were all patient, supportive & helpful. We worked on my observation skills, checking my mirrors & shoulder prior to a lane switch or turn. Additionally I learned how to fix my parallel parking when the angle or spacing is off. This is what threw me off with my first road test. I took double lessons with Wilder in preparation of my road test. Even on the day of starting at 7am. This was extremely helpful! I really appreciate how accommodating they are beyond typical 9-5 business hours. The double lesson warm up before my road test was a great way to practice my parking with confidence and feel comfortable! This time I truly felt prepared for the test, understanding exactly what the examiner was looking for and I passed! Thank you Wilder, for being a great instructor!

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test on the first try recently thanks to this school. Ben - Thank you for doing all those videos on youtube. Without them, I wouldn't have stumbled upon this school easily. Your videos also helped me get ready mentally for the Road Test. Wilder aka Instructor #4 - Thank you for teaching me how to pass the road test. Having not driven in 6 years, you've given me a great refresher and bolstered my confidence in passing the test. You've also taught me what to watch out for during the test and reminded me to always stay vigilant. You're stern yet not strict. And you've always given me a good laugh during our lessons. Gabriel - Thank you for driving me to the Road Test Site. While driving, you helped kept my composure and that allowed me to pass the test with ease.

Positive experience: I had a range of instructors at the school, and they were all good and thorough. And I passed my test which is the ultimate good feedback! Some of the cars were not in great condition - the one I was driving and used for my test had no air conditioning and it was HOT. But that didn’t take away from the quality of the lessons. Positive experience: I am happy to have come to this place for driving lessons, as I have passed my road test here. Prior to coming here, I have had lessons at other driving schools, their instructors did teach me some things, but they missed on the most important things thatll help me succeed at driving when practicing and especially passing my road test. I want to give a special thanks and shoutout to Ben because he was so supportive as he wanted me to pass. He made me priority when it came to booking my road test and most importantly, he recommended the best instructor I could have asked for, which is Wilder. Wilder was great! because of his evident experience, knowledge and passion. I felt that Wilder wanted me to pass my road test nearly as much as I did, and I appreciate his consistency. He never gave up with coaching me, even when having to repeat the same instructions. I am so happy I finally passed my road test, as I was beginning to feel really discouraged. Even the day of the road test, I almost thought I failed, but was relieved to know that I did not. Once again, I am happy I came here. It felt like a long road for me when trying to pass my test. I passed on my 4th attempt and now I feel so relieved that it is over. Believe me, when you struggle, youre the happiest and most appreciative when you pass and get through it. Once again, thank you. Fantastic experience: As a foreign driver only interested in taking 1 or 2 lessons to brush up before my road test, this driving school was great! They teach you all the little things you should pay attention to, so that you're able to pass on your first try. I also really liked the fact that they don't try to push you to schedule additional lessons, and give honest feedback on whether or not you're ready to take the road test. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I just passed the road test and I am so thankful to God to have received the knowledge and skills I needed at Pierre Paul Driving School. Anthony and Ben provided excellent guidance and instructions for me to feel confident behind the wheel. Learning how to park can be stressful for beginners. Ben simplified the parking process which made it easy for me to remember and then apply to my lessons. From the driving instructors to the staff who help on the phone, everyone was very accommodating which made it even easier for me as a new driver. The owner really does care about the success of the students and it shows. Ben points out the details you need to keep in mind as a driver while also encouraging you to keep going. Hard work, consistency and patience really does pay off at Pierre Paul Driving School. Highly recommended for a driving school in NYC.

Negative experience: *New Driver Review* Started the first week of Jan 2023 with zero experience behind the wheel. Booked 12 lessons, and the full package of the road test and 5 hour class. First driver: Ramona, she was very sweet, however, she was late, and then drove me back without letting me really learn the roads those first two days being with her. Then she was fired/let go, so had a new driver. Second Driver: Cannot remember his name, but I can say he was an okay instructor, however, he hovered the wheel quite a bit, but stated it was just until I got use to the wheel. Unsure that's a good way to let the learner drive, but I didn't feel like there was consistent lessons when I was bounced to the other driver, Anthony. Anthony, was amazing and my favorite, only because he taught me the concrete knowledge of roads, people driving, self-awareness, and driving rules. I feel that the other two instructors lacked this, so it was different lessons I was taught. One would say "broken U-turn" while the other say "k-turn", and for a new driver, we should the language right? However, during my 5-hour lesson, it lasted 30 mins since it was a small class (3 of us) and just played the videos. Did not cover anything in the slides. Also, the second driver I had (who I think was Haitian), asked the hell out of business questions from me just to help out his own business with marketing. I do not think it was professional to ask a student these kinds of questions while I am supposed to be focused on the road. Road Test: So I failed the road test, but it wasn't their fault. I think my instructor was just very particular that day. However, I will note that the school did not full prepare me for the actual test with what the instructors are looking for ideally. Overall, appreciated Anthony for the service he provided, but the school does need to collectively train accordingly.

Fantastic experience: Overall I must say out of all the driving schools that I have come to in brooklyn pierre paul was the absolute best one. I thank God for allowing me to come here to do my 5 hour class and taking the few lessons that I did . I am one who has had a lot of driving experience over the years but there were many things that I wasn't taught. Such as when you're turning to use your mirrors and shoulders, and instead of turning your wheel one turn towards the right after you've checked your mirror and shoulders and pull over towards the car to parallel park you turn your wheel at 6 and 3 olock. I learned that from anthony who was my main instructor,the mirrors and shoulders I learned that fromBen. And also checking your mirrors while driving especially going through intersection I learned that from will. Now I took my road test three times this year I failed the first time because I hit the curb while parking, the second time the examiner felt I wasn't observant enough but I failed because I didn't yield the right away to others. The third time I took it which was two weeks ago I only got 5 points off from being a little far from the curb. Listen to the instructors here they know what they're doing if you apply the tips you will pass .

Fantastic experience: I went to Pierre Paul driving school, absolutely petrified by the idea of driving, never touched a wheel before. From the get-go, everyone at the office were very pleasant. They are extremely flexible and were able to accommodate my changing schedule. Ben and Anthony instructor #3 are great instructors; they made me comfortable with driving. Instructor Wilder is literally a genius. He taught me all the tricks to pass the driving test and become a safer driver in a very short time. You can tell everyone at Pierre Paul really love what they do and they take a lot of pride in seeing the student succeed. I will definitely recommend this school to everyone looking to pass the test.

Fantastic experience: Bernard’s videos are excellent. He’s a really conscientious businessman too. I had need for a last minute road test and he made it happen. I had questions and confusion about stop signs, he called me back and spoke with me about it. If you wanna be able to drive around the day of your test before, pay for a lesson to happen the day of your test. It’s not included like just a little warmup, it’s a full lesson. They switched things around to help me last minute and that’s super awesome. Both Anthony and Wilder taught me and they’re both great. They’re both chill but thorough and good stern coaches, which is good to get your mind tight and alert. And I passed! Woo hoo! As a school, they are straight up and very cool and friendly and they just set it up for your best shot, and you gotta ultimately deliver with enough practice. Bravo folks! Pierre Paul c’est formidable!

Fantastic experience: Pierre Paul Driving School is the best driving school in NYC. Other schools left me hopeless after terrible experiences. Driving wasn't clicking for me, so I put it aside. Their YouTube videos caught my attention, and I decided to give them a try. It took me just two weeks to pass my road test after taking lessons with them. The entire team is excellent. Ben, the owner, is extremely organized and hands-on. He's also very patient, observant, and empathic. From the very beginning, he motivated me. He picked up very quickly on what I needed to work on, and held my hand throughout the whole process. He even called me to congratulate me on passing. Wilder, instructor #4, explained every aspect of driving to me. A compassionate, humorous, and informative man. Driving with him was a real pleasure. Anthony showed me a parallel parking technique that got me out of a tricky situation during my road test. Gabriel took me to the road test, and even walked me around the block to make sure I was prepared. He then soothed my anxiety with positive affirmations. They answered every question. They held my hand to the finishing line. They did it! They turned me into a driver! They are the perfect solution for nervous or inexperienced drivers. Simply the best in the business! I can’t imagine taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I can’t be more thankful for Pierre Paul's driving school. I had a very tight schedule to get my license together. I scheduled 10 classes and they were able to get me ready for the road test. I was very comfortable with every instructor. They explained everything I needed to know and accommodated me with my tight schedule. When I first took the test I was nervous and FAILED!! On my second try, i I passed. Barnard was very good, he answered all my questions even when I had difficulty understanding. They made parallel and broken U-turn so easy and understandable. After a few years or trying to get my license. Pierre Paul's driving school made this possible.
