Fantastic experience: On September 28 I took my motorcycle for a service. Little did I know that the service team would save me from a bad situation. I had to leave the motorcycle in the shop and it was sad, but things got better. The service team called a few times a week and sometimes a few times a day to inform me of the situation. Harley Davidson was very good at honoring the warranty. It gets better. The dealer delivered the motorcycle to me since I lived far away. There were delays, but they were beyond our control. I cannot express in words my gratitude to all the technicians and people who took care of my motorcycle. I thank everybody for answering my many questions and showing me exactly what was wrong and how you were going to fix it. There is not enough time or space to write about all the good things you did. ¡Muchas gracias!

Negative experience: Please don’t do business with Harley Davidson of PCB the manager and the sell man are all joke

Fantastic experience: huge shout out to Shannon AKA Slim in service dept. I was in PCB for Thunder Beach and my clutch needed to be adjusted bad and was told to be there at opening the next morning and they would be able to get me right in. I got there an hour early luckily a After getting into the clutch for pack for adjustment they found my clutch was shot and needed to be replaced. inventory said they had one . Then the dreaded call to tell me the inventory was incorrect and it would be at least the next day to get it. Slim gave a a couple of other shops to call and see if they had one in stock. Called 3 and no luck , the forth actually had it. now dilemma it was 45 min away and no way to get there. Slim asked around and got me a bike to ride over to the other shop and pick it up , got back and the guys slammed it out and got me going. Thanks sooo much Slim for going above and beyond to help me out!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by to buy rally shirts. I have never felt so welcome in my life A1 customer service. And the shuttle service back to the truck was nice.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people working in this dealership, friendly and helpful. I went to this place looking for one poker chip that I collect and the lady was very kind, I do not remember exactly the name, but she was really nice and kind, I hope everyone else who visits this place has a wonderful time with them, nice motorcycles, some good prices for the best quality. You can expect good deals and great opportunities buying motorcycles, they are the best. You won’t waste your time. Believe it.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to the area and was in need of a service on my bike, I had purchased a prepaid maintenance plan from my previous dealer and was told it was good at any dealership across the nation. Upon arriving at HD of PCB they were unfamiliar with the plan I had but rather than tell me tough luck and not helping me Sam (service writer) took the time and energy to help me and to find out exactly what they could do to honor the maintenance package, he was respectful and extremely patience in the process of helping me. It was a very warm welcome and extremely impressive as I was essentially a new customer to this dealership! Not just Sam but all the staff at his location made every effort to ensure that I felt welcome! Highly impressed and recommend.

Negative experience: Jake was the sales representative who helped me purchase my first bike. He was super polite and friendly! However upon purchasing my motorcycle as a first time buyer I might add. Jake gave me zero information on the bike. I was there on vacation and me and my cousin got bikes together! I was super excited to be able to ride home on a newer bike. However the second we got on the road the engine light came on. Not even 5 minutes out of the parking lot. Harley closed and we were on our way back home to Ohio...They failed to mention if I have any problems I could call jake and he would come get the bike with a trailer...So we rode to a uhaul to get a motorcycle trailer to trailer my motorcycle home. The only place that had a trailer was in bowling green KY...On the drive there my 6th gear in my transmission blew up so I was down to 5 gears...I called them the next morning and explained what had happened and they told me since I have driven over I think it was the 30 mile mark from the dealership they told me it was not longer there problem...Long story short they only paid for my transmission and didn't bother telling me it had multiple other issues with sensors. I took the bike to my dealer immediately and told them everything! They looked at the service records of my bike and found THAT MY BIKE WAS WRECKED AND TOTALED IN THE PAST...Harley bought it back from the previous owner and just slapped what they had on shelf on it...High Stakes Harley took good care of me and my bike and got it back to road safe again! But if I ever end up back in Panama I will be warning everyone to stay away from their used section in the hopes of saving someone of the troubles I went through...Definitely will be asking all the questions if I buy a pre-owned motorcycle again...!

Negative experience: Absolutely unfriendly to non-harley bikers. Traveled from Texas to visit my mother and do some riding with friends in Panama City. Tires made the 1600mile trip but I needed to have one put on here and had it shipped because it's a difficult to obtain off road tire that is rarely in stock anywhere. Never had any problems at any other Harley Dealership with doing a tire mount and balance, no matter the brand. This place refused help, so now all my motorcycle friends I'm also visiting here won't be using this dealership again. Absolutely heartbreaking how the community here has declined since back when I grew up. With regards to "safety" issues concerning the origins of tires, that wasn't a problem with other HD dealerships, especially since many people purchase tires from cycle gear and revzilla.

Fantastic experience: Was Thunder Beach weekend and was treated with respect and courtesy the entire time. Fair negotiations and fair pricing on my 2018 street glide.

Fantastic experience: I will like to personally thank the Pamana City Beach Harley Davidson dealership for their outstanding customer service. I was in Pamana City Beach attending the Spring Thunder Beach Rally. The fuel pump on my new 2023.5 CVO Roadglide failed twice. The PCB Harley Dealership came to my location and towed the motorcycle both times. Due to my motorcycle being a new model no dealerships in the area had a replacement part in stock. I was initially told it would take 3 to 4 days for them to receive a new fuel pump. Being from out of state this created a worse situation for me. Chris Reeves and PCB Harley Davidson's GM Ms Jodie made a decision to replace my broken fuel pump with a fuel pump from one of there new motorcycle. Thier decision to swap out my fuel pump showed me how much they care about thier customers. I can't express how they help turn a bad situation into a new friendship. Again I can't thank them enough. Fantastic experience: We had a positive experience dealing with Panama City Beach Harley Davidson with the purchase of two motorcycles. From start to finish they answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns and came through with the deal we were after.

Fantastic experience: Bought a 2024 Road Glide in Georgia and rode it to the rally. After putting about 440 miles on the bike it had an issue and the check engine light came on. I took it to PCB Harley only to be informed that if the bike did not have an active codes or needed a software update that I would be charge $180. Long story short I was charged to reset the light on the bike. But after a conversation with the general manager my payment was refunded. She believes that it should be covered under warranty. That’s the way you take care of customers.

Negative experience: Rather upset with my experience with them last night, I know a big rally can be overwhelming. But the ladies at the cash register are representing your company as a whole at this time. And should be a little patient, They might’ve been standing there for eight hours yesterday. But we drove eight hours to shop with them yesterday. They weren’t much help.. and seemed annoyed with us. We took our business to Harley Fort Walton, Will not be coming back to this location, hope this helps!

Fantastic experience: My friends kept telling me to go see chad I kept hearing he was Super personable down to earth. They really felt like he was there to help answer questions and help in any way. I've been wanting to get a new bike. Best dealership experience EVER. Chad handled the entire process with with such care. Makes me wanna buy another bike. Fantastic experience: See Chad, he’s got a great attitude, no nonsense, can read the room and understands your time is valuable so won’t waste it on things you don’t want or need. Went in, test road a bike, talked numbers for ten minutes, explained I didn’t want the long drawn out vehicle purchase experience on Sunday afternoon and we put down a deposit and went back in the following week to finish. I think total time between Chad and finance was maybe an hour and a half across two days to trade in a bike and buy a new on out the door. More fair than I expected on pricing on my trade as well. I wish vehicle purchases were always this smooth.

Negative experience: A little background, in the last 10 years I’ve traveled from Pensacola to your dealership to buy four of your motorcycles and a lot of gear. I also attend your rallies twice a year as well. I usually buy a bike every two years. I bought a brand new streetgide special two weeks ago. I went to put gas in it and I couldn’t get the gas cap off. Several of my fellow riders attempted to get it off and we finally got it off but couldn’t get it back on. I called the dealership and the first person I talked to said I had to bring the bike down there and insinuated that after owning motorcycles for 50 years I wasn’t smart enough to get the cap off. I was transferred to a “manager who said they wouldn’t come get the bike or mail me a new cap and that I needed to take it to Pensacola Harley for warranty work on a gas cap. I apparently valued your dealership more than you valued me because you let a $35.00 gas cap cost you a repeat customer.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kenny D for being a great salesman, you did everything right. I am retired from the car business, I spent over 20 yrs servicing customers and giving them the absolute best service, so when I come to a dealership I expect the same service. I love the way you introduced us to the dealership, walked us to accessories, where we got two free tshirts she then walked us to parts and then parts walked us to service. That's the way to do it properly. Everyone was so nice & full of info. Thanks to Sam in service for recommending extended warranty. Negative experience: Harley really has fallen, very sad to see. This establishment will waste your time, your money, and your passion for motorcycles. If you are trying to get work done I suggest you go elsewhere. The service department will put you on a goose chase with no end. I will gladly take my business else where and rid myself from this nightmare of a business.

Positive experience: Nice location and good selection. Big disappointment that there is absolutely no info on the bikes for sale. Not the model and mileage and no prices!!! Considering another bike but makes me shy about buying from a dealer that does offer the info up front. Are prices different depending on how they size you up!???

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took the BRC on11/24-11/26. We had Carrie and Russ as our instructors, let’s just say they are both AWESOME!!! Not only do they work well with each other they did amazing instructing us. My husband had rode before but I had not. I’m smaller and was very nervous. They did awesome helping to put me at ease but their pointers and instructions were easy to understand and really helped. Would definitely recommend this course and hope that they have Carrie and Russ!!! You guys rock and I really appreciate you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place great staff while I don't own a Harley this establishment and staff make me consider purchasing one I travel back and forth from Orlando to mass twice a year with my 113 cubic inch v twin in the back of my truck and usually stop and see a friend in Destin Panama Harley helped unload my bike and reload it can't say enough great things about them

Negative experience: So I have to wanted to own a Harley Davidson since I was a kid. Well last week I finally pulled the trigger. The buying experience was not at all how I thought buying a $20k would be. It was during the rally and the rude parking attendants told me to park. After I was on cloud 9 from making my purchase, I find out they towed my truck even know they told me to park there. When I asked he said his name was pootang. Come on, really? So I went and talked to a manager and she made it right with a quickness. They took me to get my truck and paid the towing also gave me a $100 gift card. Cool. All good. Shi*t happens. Then today I go into the dealership because I have some questions regarding my new bike. No one had time to talk to me. I walked around looking for someone to acknowledge me. Didn’t happen. Everyone is to busy on their phones. I then go to the service department and it was made clear I was not a priority. After I finally am acknowledged, I started asking one question and it was apparently annoying the service guy. So I decided to just leave. The Managers are top notch here. But the staff not so much. I would recommend going to another dealership. I know I will. I’d rather go somewhere where I’m an actual valued customer.

Fantastic experience: Salesmen were knowledgeable, and open and honest about pros & cons of each model. Steered me to a model better suited to my needs than the one I originally picked. They treated me with respect, and answered my questions without being condescending, which is important to me as a woman rider on the shorter side at 5'3". Financing staff was great to deal with, answered all questions and were very helpful.Hubby & I bought 2 bikes at the same time, 1 new and 1 used, and had a fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Harley service dept. Slim did an amazing job getting us repaired and back up and running during Thunderbeach. We got down to flordia with a bad oil leak and clutch issues he got us right in and repair finished in a matter of hours :) he also went out of his way I needed an emailed copy of receipt and he got it right to me. Hands down the best harley around

Negative experience: Didn't care for it, buddy tried to buy a bike there. It started out the salesman the another guy then another guy. What they wanted for down money changed. To many people involved. Not saying they are not a good dealer, just did not impress me on this visit.

Fantastic experience: It's bike week and we needed our clutch adjusted. They were really busy, but they took our bike in right away and it was done in less than our hour. All of the guys in the service department are very friendly and go above and beyond! All of the staff members at this dealership are very friendly and will assist you in any way they can!

Fantastic experience: People are friendly but the bikes are way over priced. I bought a 2022 Heritage Classic and only looked at the payment but not what they were actually charging me for the bike. After buying it and getting home, they upcharged me $8,000 on the bike. Yes I should have paid attention but they also shouldn't be ripping off their customers. Never buy from here again! Update: the dealership made it right. The really went above and beyond for me. Truly appreciate it and change to 5 stars.

Positive experience: So Lucas did a great job finding the bike we were looking for and working our trade… few minor bumps but overall very helpful… the bike had to be delivered to me at the house .. Kurlee— Amazing dude .. i shared my experience with him. He felt things could have been handled differently.. but went over every aspect of the bike even though i had a 2020 he actually showed me things i never knew about the bike.. He rectified an issue the best he could and made me feel better about the possibility of returning to panama city.. thanks again Kurlee…

Fantastic experience: I bought my first Harley with bear, and it was an incredible experience. Bear stayed late with us way after they closed helped me get the bike I wanted. Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience thanks to Brandon Medeiros. He accommodated my schedule to come in and he also facilitated pick up after hours when the bike arrived. Customer service was awesome and would return to do business again with him! The rest of the staff was also friendly while I was there. Dillon (maybe wrong spelling) from service was also great to have worked with when he recovered me from a break down on my way in.

Fantastic experience: Took my bike in for sevice. Aaron in parts knew exactly what was needed and got the part there quickly. Sam in service scheduled me in at a time that was most convenient for me and Jean got everything installed and had my bike back before I left for the day. Great job and teamwork!

Fantastic experience: Today we rode down to Panama City with some friends, its on a Sunday! My husbands bike quit on him. We called Kevin & Lucas! It wasnt 20 minutes and Kevin drives up with the service van and picks up the bike!!! I was amazed with it being Sunday that he did that. When we got to the dealership we found out that service was closed today but Lucas (Speedracer) called Matt. He is a technician with service and he came in on his day off to see if he could find the problem with the bike. He did find the problem and they had the parts in stock to fix it! He worked on the bike while we went to lunch. When we got back it was ready to go. I can never thank these guys enough! They surely went out of there way to get him back on the road today and we made it home safely!!! Fantastic experience: Spent a year shopping around for a bike. Visited numerous Harley location's in the Panhandle. I have found the attitude, and atmosphere of PCBH to be very relaxing, upfront and non pressured while dealing with them during the purchase. Felt they were up front about everything. Have not dealt with there service department yet.

Negative experience: Had a great experience until I had to deal with Amanda about a insurance binder and honestly I will never step foot back in that dealership because of her she is horrible an just a FYI the service department there is the best I have ever used

Fantastic experience: 5 stars to Julian. This man sold my husband and I a bike back in 2021 when no one else would even give us the time of day. He now works in parts and services. He gives the same great experience there. He is always working hard to give us the best experience possible at HD PCB. He truly takes the time the hear what people have to say and what they are looking for. He never makes you feel obligated to go with his way, and gives you options to fit you. Hands down the reason we go back to HD PCB on the regular.

Paul and Carrie as coaches explained and went over everything with such skill and instruction that taught me the skills I needed to successfully complete the class. They were funny, cool, and very knowledgeable. I learned how to ride and pass led the course. The culture was extremely friendly and fun. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Got my husband a Road King today as a surprise and it was the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had with any salesman and dealership. My salesman, Brandon, made the entire process smooth and easy. We came from Alabama to get it and all I had to was sign and be done thanks to Brandon’s work with paperwork and etc before hand (even from another state)!! I would recommend him to any and everyone!! don’t just walk on down to see him, RUN (or ride fast)!!

Fantastic experience: This location is TOP NOTCH!! When they say friendliest dealer in the nation they mean it 100%. Recently had a issue with my Road Glide, called and spoke to a service rep, without hesitation they came to my house and picked up my bike within an hour of the phone call. Later that afternoon, received a call from Samuel. He went thru the entire process with me and explained everything. Samuel would call me every few days with an update in extreme detail. They had my bike for a week, and during the summer they are extremely busy. This was all warranty work and they still treated me as if I was paying by the hour for parts and labor. Fantastic experience: Harley Davidson of PCB is By far one of my Favorite dealerships. I had a very bad experience at emerald coast Harley Davidson who made quite a few mistakes and mistakes that could have caused catastrophic damage to a very expensive motor build. However Gregg that works in the service dept assured me everything would be taken care of. So I also want to give a 5 star shout out to for sending pictures and answering tons of text messages. I'd also like to give another 5-star shout-out to my boy Cody in parts for taking charge and treating my glide as if it were his own and getting the bike into the shop where it sat Inside out of the weather until it was ready for the lift. Then MATT the master motor head in the back that took my build to next level of nasty ness. This place is home and will treat you like family each and every time you step foot into this dealership!!!!

Fantastic experience: As a teacher on summer break ,and a goal of learning to ride a motorcycle this summer. I took the Learn to ride this weekend (June 30th - July 2nd 2023) I took my beginning rider course with coaches Carrie and Paul Daniel. Had an absolutely fantastic time. The class was very informative and positive. They took their time and made sure to not only explain, but to show us exactly how to handle those bikes. The coaching was phenomenal. 10/10

Fantastic experience: If you need to take the msf course please come here and try to get Paul Daniel and Carrie… They are collectively the best teachers I’ve ever had. They make the class fun and work with you if you’re not as successful as others, and overall they make sure it’s not just a class but a good memory and experience.

Negative experience: THIS WILL BE A LONG RANT!!! I bought my 2022 Nightster back in April or may of 2022. The first 2 months of ownership it was back to the dealership a total of 6 or 7 times for electrical issues. One issue was that it would randomly lose power and youd have to pull the main fuse to reset the ecu, then it would start. This issues was eventually fixed. The bike also had a parasitic draw so severe that I had to put it on a tender every night if I wanted any chance of it starting the next morning. (spoiler sometimes that did not work either). I was told by the Service manager that all motorcycles have a draw even when off. Upon looking this up, it is around a 10mh draw per hour. At that rate it should take months to drain the battery not hours. I was told by harley basically sorry about your luck. Put it on a tender, and they washed there hands of it. A few months later I got a recall letter stating that the part of the bike the handle bars attach to has a bad weld and needs to be fixed. When calling, i was told, sorry we don't have the parts in stock. We will call you when we do. Neadless to say about 6 months later still not call. Fast forward to a month ago. I decided to add a switch to the main fuse so that I could manually kill the power to the bike. No wires cut, no damage done. Just an inline switch. Solved my battery drain issue perfectly. I also added the reach handle bars. Even though there site states a part number for a new brake line. They dont offer it. Line was a bit tight on full left lock, but other than that no issues. Wednesday 6-27-23 while riding to work, the brake lever hits bottom and the bike does not stop. Had to pump them up to work. No leaks, fluid full, pads perfect, roter perfect. I call Harley, then pick it up. They call me on 6-30-23 and tell me $198.99 to flush the brakes, on a bike with 3k miles that is under warranty. They decided to void my warranty due to me putting Harley branded handle bars on myself (I did not let them do it for a rediculous labor fee). and for adding a switch to fix and issue of theres, that they refused to fix. I have to say this is the worste experience I have ever had with a vehicle dealer in my life. I have bought a bunch of cars. I chose this Harley dealership for my first motorcycle purchase ever. Sadly I will never give Harley another penny as long as I live. As soon as I am able I will be selling the Nightster, and moving on to a company that is not out to rip off its customers. Please be wearly of Harley. They will use any excuse they can to not stand behind there product. Edit 10/11/24 I finally fixed the issue myself. For anyone else that has a 2022 Rh975. I added a new kill switch in the ground line leading to the start switch (witch has been the issue all along) 1 week off a tender and bike starts perfect. I will still get Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach a -5 star if I could.

Fantastic experience: Had a rear tire blowout cruising the beach about 330pm on Thursday. Was on a bike trip with my brother & needed to be heading home on Friday. We had visited PCBHarley before heading to the beach. I called Brian in Service Dept & he said if I could get the bike there before closing they'd get me in for tire replacement first thing the next day. If not, I could use Night Drop & they'd still get at it first thing. Chevron Roadside Assistance couldn't pull of getting my bike there in less than 4 hours. When I did get my bike there, some workers were on their way home but stayed, re-opened service door to get my bike in. THANKS! I was contacted Friday morning by Julian Kaplan, even before the shop was open. Julian took GREAT care of me. Got my 2000 RKC ready for pick-up & back on the road home before lunch. Great job Julian!

Fantastic experience: Spent the past 2 days at HD PCB being assisted by Lucas. I can not truly express in words how helpful, professional, and straight up fun my experience was with him shopping for a new bike. Not only was he patient with me as I test rode multiple motorcycles, he was also understanding and kind when things did not work out on my end with financing. If you are in the market for a Harley Davidson, be sure to ask for Lucas to assist you. You'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: May 23rd through the 25th I attended the Harley Davidson riding academy. My experience was excellent! The class was excellent! The coaches Russ and Greg were excellent! This is definitely the place to go for training as well to get your motorcycle endorsement.

Fantastic experience: So there's a lot of good things to say about Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach, but in this review, I would like to single out Julian for his ongoing exceptional commitment to myself, as well as my daughter. With me, Julian has been instrumental in helping me bring my 2009 CVO Springer back to original condition ... even knowing that the parts I needed would have to be sourced outside of the dealership as many of them had long since been made obsolete by Harley Davidson. Beyond that, his excellent service advising has been absolutely on point, which has saved me hundreds of dollars in service costs. With my daughter, Julian helped her find the perfect bike for her, even though he's not technically in sales. Having earned our trust, my daughter would have literally walked away without having Julian's thoughts, opinions, and insights to aid her in this big decision for her (her first motorcycle). Couple our thoughts with other's here that mention Julian, I wholeheartedly feel like Julian is a major asset to the dealership here in PCB. Kudos to the owners for finding this guy. He's truly a blessing to many. If you were to ask Julian, he'd say "I'm just me my friend", but the commitment to excellence is more to him than a humble answer. For Julian, Harley-Davidson is a way of life ... and that's what you want from a dealership, my friends. Keep the shiny side up!

Fantastic experience: I took part in the class from 5/12/23 through 5/14/23. My instructors where Carrie and Greg! I have nothing but high praises for both of those instructors. They make you feel beyond comfortable and give you so much helpful tips and tricks to help you with the corse and real life situations. They both made the class fun and enjoyable while teaching you what you need to know. I would 10/10 recommend them for anyone I know who is looking to take the class for there motorcycle endorsement!

Fantastic experience: Rode in from Texas to attend the rally, had issues with Mike 2019 Road glide. Cam lobe went flat, started on my way there. Bike has right at 80,000 miles on it. Got to your shop and was greeted by Julian your service writer he was awesome to work with, showed me two quotas and discussed the repairs options. Bike had to be left over night. Julian texted me several times to keep me informed and the mechanic did a great job getting me back on the road to return home on Sunday. 596 miles later back home and the bike performed flawlessly. Fantastic experience: I had to have a replacement painted fender ordered for my bike and Julian in the service dept got it ordered for me and then contacted me the day it arrived. When I went to have it installed, he made sure to get the bike in qucikly to have it installed. I was in the dealership for less than an hour. Thanks for the great work.

Although i wasn’t able to get the bike i originally went to go look at because it had already sold, he helped me find another bike that is just as great. Negative experience: Offer us 3k for our anniverary edition ultra glide we paid 13k for 2 yrs ago that's been garage kept and only 300 miles put on it. Said it was due to "wear and tear" and the work it needed.. it's literally in the same condition we bought it from at the ft. Walton Harley dealership. Who offered us 6k 3 months ago. Talk about trying to rip someone off..

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the "Women only" HD Riding Academy! My instructor was the amazing Carrie Brooks! If you are thinking about doing this... DO IT!!! She is an AWESOME instructor!! She made it so fun and so enjoyable! She was very patient and so encouraging! The entire staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the weekend - VERY, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

Fantastic experience: This past weekend, I took the motorcycle safety course at the PCB Harley Davidson store. I am a petite woman in my 40’s, and you could definitely say I went into it very nervously. My Instructor was Carrie Brooks. I am SO happy that I had the good fortune of being taught by her. Carrie immediately put me at ease with her relaxed confidence, and straight forward down to earth answers to our questions. Carrie was so patient with our unending questions. She made me feel at ease, able, and confident in each exercise with the bike. I am now a license motorcycle rider, and I owe that to PCB Harley and Carrie. Thank you for my experience y’all.
