Fantastic experience: I totally recommend this school!! The best one in Chicago. I got my driving license today. All the instructors were super nice and helpful. Marta took me to the road test and she was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Jenelle the receptionist, was friendly and professional from the onset. she relayed to me the information that I needed, and she was very, very patient with me. She answered all the questions that I have for her and again she was very, very patient explaining things to me. Their rates are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I had my test in the morning today (Nov 19,24) at 10:30 am. Martha was my Nova driving instructor to help me practice before test. She was super helpful and nice. Gave me all the points to remember and things to keep in mind for the road test. Everything was exactly according to how she instructed me.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Sebastian. He is really patient and is a good teacher. He taught me everything within 5 days and I passed the exam. During classes, he taught me everything one at a time and also gave me opportunity to take over and drive without being micromanaged which I really appreciated. So people, do ahead as for him to be your instructor and he would try his best to arrange classes according to your schedule.

Negative experience: First of all, some of them only speak Spanish, so it’s hard to communicate. Secondly, it’s hard to book a course. Then, the older woman (is also an instructor? I’m not sure) on the test day was terrible. She is very anxious and poor knowledge of how to driving safely. She just made a lot of noise and disruption in the car. She is kept make calls and repeated incomprehensible words. She didn't understand the traffic rules very well. She didn't even understand the difference between protected turns and unprotected turns. She didn't know that the tires should be kept straight before turning. She also didn't understand that looking to the right doesn't mean staring at the right all the time.

Fantastic experience: They really help me drive and be comfortable and I must say they are very professional the instructors were really good I was a beginner now I’m driving in my own car within a month and they are so good I passed my driving test on the first try I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable I would recommend Nova to anyone it’s definitely worth the money and experience

Fantastic experience: My experience with Nova Driving School was amazing from start to finish and I cannot recommend it enough! I especially want to thank my instructor, David Canola. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and clear with his instructions, always making sure I understood everything before moving on. After each lesson, he would ask me about my biggest takeaways, which really helped me reflect, improve, and take the guessing out of driving. Thanks to his guidance, I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. After just 3 lessons with David, I took my test and passed! I also want to give a big thanks to Jamie Masterson for his support on the day of the test. Overall, Nova Driving School provided an amazing experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: I recently obtained my driver's license after completing a comprehensive 12-hour beginners course. I highly recommend my instructors, James Sebastian and Lawrence Chris, for their exceptional teaching and patience. They imparted valuable techniques and demonstrated remarkable patience. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Carlos, one of the founders of Nova, who kindly assisted me in warming up my driving skills on the day of my test at the DMV.

Fantastic experience: I had Maria, John Ruben and Mike as my instructors for the driving lessons. I was a beginner to driving, I am now way more confident than ever. All of them are very patient, they’re the best driving instructors I have ever met. I thoroughly enjoyed my class. They help you build your confidence as well! Maria, John and Mike - Thankyou for the amazing lessons! I enjoyed your classes and Thankyou for your patience! I passed my test today btw! Highly recommend nova driving school for beginners. The phone operators were very patient with scheduling and rescheduling appointments when necessary!

Negative experience: Buyer be ware. Nova will not take accountability. We used Nova's service where they schedule an appointment at the DMV and provide a practice test before hand. Via phone we asked Nova to verify the documents required. When we arrived at the DMV the information they provided was incorrect and our application was rejected. Certainly, everyone bears responsibility to ensure they bring accurate documents. However, when you pay for a service, ask for specific information, it is reasonable to expect the information you are paying for is accurate. When we attempted to call Nova and share what happened, they would not connect us to a supervisor. Nor did they return a call. This is not worth paying for. I'd recommend all stay away. A lack of accountability and service seems to be a theme here. Hopefully, Nova figures it out for others in a way that was different than our experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm thrilled to have passed my road test with the help of NOVA school! Their expert instructors, flexible scheduling, and supportive environment made all the difference. My main instructor, Jerrard Will is the best one you could ever ask for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided personalized feedback that helped me improve my skills. He is the one who taught me how drive. Thank you to instructor Ruben John that showed me the crucial first steps of the driving course. On the day of my road test exam, instructor David B. made sure that I am 100% ready for the road test. He would guide me through the route of the actual driving test and explained really clearly what I needed to know. Thank you, David! I highly recommend this school to anyone learning to drive. Their team is dedicated to helping students succeed, and it shows! Thanks again for your guidance and support - I couldn't have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: My Son just got the DL after the course from Nova. I want to thank them for working around our crazy schedule and getting the job done. Special thanks to David for going out of his way to get Junior prepared. Great job.

Positive experience: For me I am grateful to Nova for helping me pass my driving test. But there are a few things I would love to highlight and share from my experience in case it helps someone like me. For context I am an adult, with no prior driving experience. Nervous and not so confident till my third lesson as all I did in my first two lessons was practice in the parking lot. My third instructor was much better and the slight road practice, really helped. I really wish they had started a bit in the parking lot and took me to the side streets from Day-1 because only that helps. 1. 5/5 on instructor punctuality. In my 7 lessons, only my first instructor was late, and had communicated. 2. 5/5 on their appointment service at the DMV, you don't have to do anything to book the appointment. 3. All the phone operators are very kind and helpful for scheduling lessons. I would particularly thank Valerie. 4. 3/5 on the online portal. Very clunky and definitely needs an upgrade. I spent at least 4-5 hours in total on calls to book my lessons on the desired day. 5. 3/5 on response to calls. They try sincerely but they are either short staffed or have tons of calls but expect a 8-10 hour delay on your query. 6. I really wish they have consistent instructors. I had only 2 lessons with the same instructors rest every time it was a new instructor. Each one teaches differently and has a different take on your skillset which was very confusing at times. 5/5 instructors for me were Ruben John and Martha on the DMV site. Both are very different, Ruben is friendly, kind and gentle. Martha is strict and tough love. I also liked Maria a lot! 7. 0/5 if you have an issue with an instructor, just forget about it ever getting resolved or getting a refund or an extra lesson based of that. My first lesson was a disaster, the instructor was mean and rude. He passed comments about my attention span and called me names. Mind you, this is my first instruction, even though I am an adult I told him and Nova 100 times, that I am a novice, and please teach me from the beginning. He made me learn random steering wheel stuff that is absolutely useless. He was continuously on the phone texting? and we wasted 2 hours with no new skills. At the end he literally shouted at me and said you will get me killed or something, and mind you, we are in a parking lot. That was just too much and that caused me to cry. I have anxiety and with his rudeness and almost some mental health related stuff made me break. We still practiced for 10 min and returned home. When we were in the parking and he was filling the form, I didn't know if its personal comments or what, I started looking infront as we were also parked on the street and I was checking if the truck in front of us would back up, he again shouted at me and said you have ADD and your attention span needs work. You are not paying attention to my comments. How would I know I am supposed to peep in his phone? I asked Nova, please make sure I don't have this instructor. Cut to all my remaining three lessons are scheduled with him. I call and explain and ask them to reschedule and apparently there are no slots. This process took more than two-weeks, I called them again and this time I asked them to check the footage. And apparently they had deleted the footage, and had no other solution to confirm this. I complained about it on almost 3 one-hour calls. And got a $30 extra lesson. I am not even sure if that was worth my time.

Fantastic experience: I did a review on Yelp, as well, sharing how this great employee of Nova kept me from canceling my daughter’s lessons altogether and giving Nova a very poor review. Kevin Rojas, Nova is so lucky to have you!!! As you know, word of mouth makes a lot of difference and Kevin restored and kept that reputation in tact. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. His customer service skills are note worthy, as well. His work ethic and follow through were excellent. Will I recommend Nova? Hands down, yes! The driving instructor, Martha, was excellent, too! She deserves a lot of Kudos! What a great partnership!!! What a wonderful service!!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Jeremiah, Rob Xavier and Francisco are really amazing instructors and helped me much to learn driving. Jeremiah was additionally very helpful to help me on my road test day with practice and other logistics. Rob and Francisco were too kind, polite, friendly and thorough with their techniques, really enjoyed my two lessons with Rob and Francisco. Among the operators Kevin was super helpful to help me with scheduling the appointments and resolving my concerns. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Nova driving school. Customer service was easy to contact and everyone was patient in answering any questions I had prior to taking their classes. I did a 2hr BTW with Brandon as a refresher as I haven't driven in years since moving to Chicago. Brandon was calm and thorough in explaining things I should be mindful about. He gave me feedback not just to pass my test but also to improve my defensive driving moving forward. He made me feel confident and I passed the test in one take. Jamie was my instructor during the test. He reviewed all the important rules I need to remember and helped me feel at ease before taking my road test. I highly recommend Nova Driving school!

Fantastic experience: My name is Jacky and I want to express my gratitude to Martha because without her, I wouldn't have passed my driving test today. Her calm demeanor and thorough teaching style helped me learn. I enrolled in a 12-hour session which includes a road test. I appreciate Martha's teaching approach, so even if my schedule with her gets rescheduled, it doesn't matter because she is the instructor I want. I also appreciate that she was patient at the DMV today despite the tense atmosphere. I truly admire Martha for her unwavering support, just like a mother who does everything to ensure her child's success. Thank you, Martha! I'd also like to thank Nova for being flexible and addressing my questions. For those who may think that this driving school is just trying to make more money by offering extra lessons, the truth is that they prioritize their students' safety. Therefore, if you want to avoid extra lessons, make sure you are a safe driver within the 12-hour course.

Negative experience: No one ever picks up. They charge you $60 for a last minute cancelation, but today they were suppose to pick up my son at 830AM. No text, no call. My son waiting outside for no reason because he is punctual. No one picks up & no one responds to my text. Unprofessional. $700 for a package for my son to learn & at the end of it they say he is not ready to purchase more classes. Someone the day of said they can compensate me with an hr. for the inconvenience. Today 5/30 some supervisor denied the hr. So after being an hr late, lying that he called me, having my son waiting, not being at the right location they still denied the hour. Way to having great customer service. The least you guys could of did, but instead try to sell me the hour.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just completed signing up our teen for Nova’s Behind-the Wheel instruction. The classroom instruction was done through the CPS high school. Since CPS does not offer weekly or consistently paced driving lessons, we chose to go to Nova. I had a lot of questions. Then it was a struggle to get the proper certification document from the high school for Nova to handle certification with the DMV. Camila has been the absolute best! She has been incredibly patient and kind, and she shared so much truly helpful information. We may not have signed up with Nova if it hadn’t been for Camila’s remarkable assistance. My hope is that the driving instructors are equally amazing. Camila set a high bar.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the driving school and perhaps the best in Chicagoland. Took Adult Advanced - 4 hour package. They prep you for Road Test, 3-point turn, parking (parallel/perpendicular/angle) and cars are in top condition all the time. I believe even my Tester was very happy and did say I was safest driver she evaluated that day with no fault points scored from my end. Instructors are top notch, calm and thoroughly trained to teach anyone to drive.

Fantastic experience: My practice was at 6 am and Edgar, my instructor came exactly on time. Was super friendly and we ran through the program smoothly. I passed the test because his feedback was detailed and easy to understand! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Nova Driving School is amazing! I bought the 10 lessons driving package for my son. Most of his friends went there for their driving lessons as well. All the staff there are very friendly and very helpful. His instructor Javier is super amazing. Javier is a very skill instructor with many years of driving experience. He knowledge / skill/ technique is making the driving lesson more comfortable and easy for his students. He is a patient, caring, and friendly instructor. The end results shows what a phenomenal instructor he is and we are very happy with him. He is an asset to Nova. Nova is lucky to have such a great instructor working for them. Fantastic experience: Instructor Chota was amazing! I went to another school before this and It was totally different. She is super supportive even I was overwhelmed in the first half an hour. If you make a mistake, She won't be sarcastic but will keep you calm and explain nicely. Especially if you never drive before, nothing to worry about, she’s super beginner friendly. Fantastic experience: I attended the Chauffer License training course at the Bucktown Location. Great, easy going class that provided a ton of useful information about Chicago, even to someone born and raised here. Mr. Rivera was an excellent, kind, and respectful instructor. His lessons were clear and concise, and he personally helped students navigate some of the many hoops to get through in getting a chauffer’s license. I was able to pass the written exam thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Mike was phenomenal. He was focused on giving solid advice with the utmost professionalism. Mike hit the perfect balance of good vibes, kindness, and sternness. I already had my license but lacked experience. Mike taught me how to parallel park, to control the vehicle, and to have fun and be relaxed while driving. I won’t forget his breathing techniques to curb driving anxiousness and his key phrase “dance with the mirrors”. 10/10 experience with Mike, had 3 lessons and feel way more comfortable behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: As an adult that haven't been driving at all I needed to learn from zero, it took me 7 lessons to be ready for the road test and yesterday i got my license . Had a good experience with the school, most of instructors are very nice, but enjoyed my last lessons with Martha the most, she gave me a lot of great tips on parking, staying in lane, turns, she was really kind, patient and nice to me. Overall, I recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Nova was the best choice for learning how to drive. My instructor, Roberto O, was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. I managed to learn all the basics in eight hours as a complete beginner. David B, the instructor who was at DMV during my road test, was also very helpful during the whole process. I failed the first time but that was my fault, didn’t see a stop sign ‍♀️ Passed the second! Even though my area wasn’t covered by Nova they made accommodations and I was able to book classes with home pick-up and drop-off. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: I enrolled in the ultimate beginner program with no experience in driving at all, and im also deaf. My instructor was sebastian. He was amazing! Very patience made sure I understood and heard everything he said. Repeated as many times as I needed. Just made me feel extremely comfortable and less scared to be behind the wheel. Positive experience: Thanks to Nova driving School. I passed my driving test in 2nd attempt . As I am a Novice driver ,I took total 6 lessons and Road test prep . Sebastian was a very good trainer . The written test prep was also good . My major feedback is , I think out of the 6 lessons , two lessons were wasteful . There was communication issues with the trainer and having a new trainer each time was not helpful .

Fantastic experience: Took a 6hrs behind the wheel course with Nova Driving School and was able to attain my license within a week. Instructors were super understanding and versatile as to how much I knew and what I had to learn. Worked with David Canola for 2 class, and I must say I got the driving confidence I needed for the test. David went the extra mile to give me a course that wasn’t covered in my package, and trusted me enough behind the wheel. Nova driving school is well organized and has the friendliest youthful staff you can imagine. If you want an exciting driving lesson to remember that will take you a long, they are my number one recommendation. I only had to take the test once and it was super easy. With Nova, you can’t go wrong!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Nova driving school. I enrolled for their 2 hour practice plus the road test program. Edgar was my instructor and he showed me exactly the route the test is going to take and what would be needed to pass the test. The actual test was the exact same as Edgar made me practice. If all the instructors at Nova are like Edgar there is no way you fail the test. Thank you Edgar and Nova!

Fantastic experience: Nova was great! I was a beginner driver with very litter driving experience (most I did was driving in a parking lot 4 years ago) but I was able to take all my driving classes 3 weeks and also get my license on the 1st try! I took the beginner program which was 12 hrs behind the wheel + the road test prep + the actual road test. Each class was 2 hrs long and it was recommended that I take 2 classes each week (so 4 hrs of driving/week). All my instructors were really nice and informative and made me feel comfortable driving. I especially appreciated Javier who is an amazing instructor. He helped me feel less anxious while driving and was very encouraging throughout my classes. He also was very knowledgeable about the road test (given his years of experience) and taught every single little thing I needed to know for the road test. The road test was step-by-step everything he had covered with me and prepped me for. It was easy! Thanks to his help I got my license! Thank you Javier!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Clear instructions at all the steps. I was a driver for long time but haven’t driven in a decade and needed to get my driver’s license. I just paid for 4 hours and the road test. Nova was the perfect school to get my confidence back. Roberto was my instructor and Jamie was my road test mentor. Both were professional and kind. Fantastic experience: I just had my first driving lesson with Roberto and it was a fantastic lesson, I could not recommend more! It was not my first time driving but I felt so knowledgeable over knowing how the car functions and felt like I had made so much progress in the one lesson. The lesson also focused on the skills I struggled with at the beginning so it was a very tailed to the individual learner. I am 22 and have never driven before so was very nervous but my nerves calmed a lot and I am excited for the next lesson!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with NOVA driving school. I had a very short timeframe to learn how to drive, yet with the help of the amazing instructors I passed the test on my first try after two weeks of lessons! The instructors were knowledgable, timely, and professional. I am especially thankful for Javier for being so patient and helpful throughout the process. NOVA was very responsive and accommodating with my condensed schedule and any adjustments that I needed. I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone in the Chicago area!

Positive experience: I passed my driving test first time with the 2 hr BTW + test package. The instructor was very friendly and helpful, taking me through both the test requirements and the application process at the DMV. My only criticism is that he only gave me about 1hr15mins actual lesson time because a second student showed up and he had to let her take a turn behind the wheel. Apart from this, the service was great, the staff on the phone were very helpful, and I was happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the experience with Nova Driving School. I had David Cruz as my driving instructor and from the very beginning he instilled a sense of confidence in my driving capabilities. He was extremely polite, patient and calm during every session. I also really appreciated getting my driving evaluations after every class which gave me a better understanding of what I needed to improve on. The road test- which I was nervous about- was also a seamless experience with Nova booking my appointment, providing me with one last practice test and making the car I had been practicing on available for me. Fantastic experience: I have taken 2 lessons from Instructor Roberto. I have little driving experience from other country. He explained everything that we needed to know clearly. He will make you a better driver. I have 10 mins of drive right before road test with instructor David on the same track of road test. He is well versed in knowing what is expected in the test. I took test in Desplaines DMV, YaY I passed it on the first go. Thank you so much Nova, Roberto and David for helping me.

Fantastic experience: Worth every penny! I signed up for Nova Driving School's beginner course, which includes 12 hours of behind-the-wheel lessons and the driving test at the DMV. My first class was held in a parking lot to get to know the vehicle and basics. From then, I was with the instructor Pedro Boch, who was so great at explaining techniques, giving me a frame of reference for things like when to turn the wheel when parking or turning, and most of all, helping me to relax and build up my confidence behind the wheel. I started out as a very nervous driver, but today, I passed my road test. Fantastic experience: Passed on my first try! I did a lot of research on Nova before I did their 12-hour ultimate beginner driving course, and Nova driving school lived up to the hype. Great instructors who are on time, calm, responsible, professional, patient, personable, kind, clear, and fun to work with. We went through driving on local streets, turns, pull in & parallel parking, highway driving, lane merging, driving basics, and most importantly several practice sessions of the road test where I had the whole road test memorized by the time I did my road test. Their vehicle fleet is great, well maintained and clean. Nova does a great job of communicating well with their clients about when lessons are and the logistics for the driving test and makes sure you are a well taken care and satisfied customer. The road test felt very easy because of Nova’s great instructors and process to give you the confidence to become a good and safe driver. Overall would highly recommend if you want a no-nonsense stellar driving school program!

Fantastic experience: It was great!! I had Pedro Boch as my instructor and I couldn’t ask for anyone better! He was so good in teaching me as a nervous driver. As soon as my driving lesson package done, I took the ride test the very next day and guess what? I passed in my first try. Would definitely recommend Nova and Pedro.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today. Thanks to my instructor Javier who was very patient in teaching and guiding me until I become confident to take the test. I never drove before in my life so I started as very anxious and nervous driver. Javier is very good in teaching ultimate beginners like me; to slowly be less anxious and confident by starting in parking lot, side streets then slowly moving to small avenues, learning to park the car and eventually taking the driving test in DMV.

Fantastic experience: The instructors were great!! My favorite was Sebastian; he was very informative, patient and great tips. Sebastian has a great personality and his vibe gave me the confidence I needed on the road. I was a first time driver and gained my license after 5 sessions with Nova.

Fantastic experience: The nova school is very good at explaining everything you need to know about being a professional and safe driver in our Chicagoland. My instructor Mr. Rivera was very good explaining the information about the city of Chicago with the safety’s of driving and the rules and most importantly the geography of Chicago. I definitely recommend this school to anyone that is trying to drive a taxi or public chauffeur.

Fantastic experience: Nova driving school is 100% legit. I’m 22 years old and I haven’t been behind the wheel since my accident when I was 15. Fantastic experience: Nova driving school was thorough in their driving lessons and were there all the way through my road test. Leyder was my instructor and was very patient with me while I learned the ins and outs of driving. Diego was there with me the morning of my road test and made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. Positive experience: Nova Driving School was my first choice when I decided to get my license however, my first lesson initially didn’t go well and I was ready to give up but, the director Vanessa was not going to let that happen. She paired me with her BEST driving instructor Ms. Michele for my remaining 3 lessons plus the road test Her energy, kindness, compassion and, the way she spoke to me made me a better driver. Most people don’t know but you can actually request a specific driving instructor for every lesson plus the road test which I recommend. I took my road test today and passed on the first try ! I am beyond excited and proud of myself and I owe it to those two wonderful ladies.

Fantastic experience: Jamie Masterson is a wonderful driving instructor. I am 86 yrs old, don't drive much, don't own a car, but want to keep my license. Jamie has a deep calm voice and is very kind, knowing that I was nervous taking this test. He was very patient as I took 2 hours of instruction .I passed the road test and will know where to go as long as I decide to keep my license and now have a road test to take every year.

Fantastic experience: Nova driving school not only helped me get my driver’s license at first try but also made me 100% comfortable behind the wheel and boosted my self confidence in the road. I’ve had on and off driving lessons from both professional drivers from a driving school or from a family member in the past 10 years. This would include btw practice in the country where I came from and here in the US when I came in 2021. With my experience with Nova, I was given an opportunity to work with 4 astounding instructors and they have their own ways on how to deal with an inexperienced driver like me. They are very helpful and they will tailor-fit their program based on your needs. Fabian is very informative and patient. He helped me with the fundamentals of driving. I know I made him dizzy when he let me practice with my turns in the parking lot for 2hours! I was initially uncomfortable when I had my session with Herbert because he was so calm and quiet. As we go along, I realized that it made me more focused on the street. I think that repetitive reminders sometimes affects my attention and it seems that Herbert immediately knew about it. He will always have answers to my questions and I find his teaching style very effective! I had fun in the road with Sebastian. I felt like we were in an educational trip during my session with him. I will never forget that piece of advise that he gave me which is to not worry about what other drivers think of how I drive as long as I follow road rules and always enjoy my ride. I had the most hours with Pedro on the road. He was very accommodating and SUPER patient. What I like about his approach in teaching is that he will review what went wrong in the session and used it as my learning opportunity on my next session. With all the positive experiences that I had with Nova, one thing that I will never forget is that when Pedro told me that he really wanted me to get the license because I need to help my husband and I have kids. I used this as my motivation when I took the test and I passed! It wasn’t just luck, it was because Nova have amazing and professional instructors that will help anyone prepare for their journey behind the wheel.

I had 2 drivers but Lawrence was a great instructor very patient and on time and very determined to make sure I was focused and getting me where I need to be in passing my road test. Fantastic experience: Been struggling getting my license since high school since I never had consistent teaching, finally decided to go to nova and did 10 hrs total of driving with them including using their car for the test …twice. My instructor Herbert was amazing easy going and patient with me, he made me comfortable with him and the road.. yes I failed the driving test first time around for going outside the lanes during a turn but I didn’t feel discouraged and just got another hr of driving to practice that turn… went back two days later and passed!!!I feel so accomplished. Anyone who wants to learn the right way and tired of hoping from car to car , it’s worth the time and money P.S shoutout to Edgar for the last hour of driving, tips and reassurance that I was going to pass the second time around, his energy helped keep my nerves down ❤️

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend instructor Javier. He is very experienced (10+ years teaching experience), methodical, articulate, and patient. He helped me develop a sense of what exactly I should do under different scenarios. For reference, I'm in my 30s with zero driving experience, but was able to pass the road test with ease after practicing with Javier over 6 lessons + 1 additional lesson on the road test day, on my first try. My overall experience with Nova is also great. Lana, a staff member, has been assigned to help me with the process since my first call to the school. She is very approachable and answers my questions and requests timely. Impressive. I highly recommend Nova and instructor Javier, especially if you are new to driving. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I had some 6 months of experience of driving from my own country where we drive on the left hand side of road with driving wheels of the cars on right side of the cars. I bought 2 hrs+2 hrs+road test pkg from nova (little village branch, chicago) On monday, Instructor for my first 2 hrs lesson was Jessica. She was really nice lady and she worked on some basic points. On wednesday, instructor for my 2nd 2 hrs lesson was Augustine. He was even more nice & good and prepared me completely for the test working on almost every thing related to the test. He recommended me for the test. They scheduled my road test on very next day, thursday. Provided me with car for test at test center and I passed the test. That is my story of getting my license with the help of nova in 4 days. I Really recommend their services. If you are coming from some other country and need some practise, confidence and car for the road test. Nova is the right place

Fantastic experience: The best driving school in Chicago. First time learner and it was the best decision learning from Nova. My instructor Xavier he is the BEST, very patient, understanding, gives good tips and suggestions which can really help one to be a better driver. I’m so glad I joined Nova and got my license in the first attempt. This place is really organized, they send you email reminders before your classes and also send you after class evaluations which is really informative and helpful. Also they will book your appointment for the test day which was really efficient and they keep you posted on the same, I let them know I want an early morning behind the wheel test and they took care of it. I would highly recommend to take the 1 hour class before the road test since you’ll get the experience similar to an actual road test. The customer service is also excellent, prompt response, quick to schedule your appointments. I would say the entire staff of Nova driving school are highly professional and excellent at what they do. Their cars are also clean and in a good driving condition. 10/10 I would highly recommend Nova for beginners like me. I was a nervous driver before joining, but I am confident now, Thanks Nova for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I took a 1 hour , 2 hour ( a day before the road test) and 1 hour ( immediately before the road test) class on three different occasions with Nova which really helped me get comfortable and confident with my driving to get through. I felt I was totally prepared and confident by the time I went into the test. The instructors at Nova are nice, patient and knowledgeable. They will make sure to get the best out of you. I passed my test in the first attempt. I especially want to thank my instructor Augustine for helping me with useful driving tips and the confidence he showed in me. Fantastic experience: Nova driving was a GREATTT!!!experience for me. If you are considering it you should go for it. I had anxiety and was an anxious driver and I think nova helped me overcome that. Driving is more simple than you think just don’t overthink it. I had Instuctor Martha and she was amazing. She was patient and understanding of what I needed to work on. She is so kind and made driving way easier for me. I had at home pickup, my instructor was always on time and I never had any issues. The program pack is great if you are a beginner, it’s affordable and convenient. Day after day you learn more and are able to learn from your mistakes. Fantastic experience: Nova driving school is better than all my expectations. I had six different instructors and I can’t name which one was the best, they are all very professional and committed in teaching the best way of driving. I had driving classes with other instructors from other schools and I never felt so confident like I did with Nova instructors. All the staff is very responsive, even when we had a little problem with scheduling my classes the school did everything to make the things work for me. Nova Driving School can counts on me for everything!

Positive experience: All the driver instructors were super nice and I ended up passing first try. The only thing that upsets me is I was told to pay 650 when I called in. For four lessons and they said they would pick me up. When I went to nova I saw all the different price ranges that went from 300-1000. Not sure why they didn’t tell me they’re different prices. They also told me that they would pick me up but when I went in they said that, “that was a different price”.I paid so many fees for their mess ups. I honestly felt like they were just trying to get money out of me at all times. It’s a good school but they should do better.
