Fantastic experience: Mr Dan Lucas is the best instructor I ve in decade. He’s direct and precise. Most of all he’s calm and funny at the same time. Keep it up Mr Lucas we need you always!

Fantastic experience: My interaction with New York Auto School has been fantastic. The scheduling team is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend Joe for his knowledge, teaching skills and compassion. Learning to drive can be stressful but he remains calm and explains everything until you understand.

Negative experience: Don’t get the 35$ option for the overnight certificate, it’s a scam. All the certificates come whenever they are ready, there is no extra urgency for the 35$ option.

Fantastic experience: Joseph Griffith, did a great 5 hours class, very well explained and demonstrated, will definitely recommend to do the hours with him.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife had a privilege to have Bruce as our instructor for the one hour lesson prior the road test. It was a tremendous wonderful experience that we never imagined from a driving school lesson. He walked us thru from high level that provided us a good understanding on the objective and background for the test, to the details and critical tips to pass the test! A very kind, patient and knowledgeable we can ever ask for ! Highly recommended !

Fantastic experience: I took the 5 hour Pre-Licensing course w Dan and learned so much...I've been driving many years but had to renew and he updated me with things that are different than when I had taken my test many years ago...like everything is electronic not paper now...etc..it was via ZOOM and I did not have to take tests after every subject nor a final exam...my instructor was fantastic and I do recommend this company and all their services

Fantastic experience: I had the instructor Dan Lucas on the wonderful morning of July 7th for my 5 hour class. I really enjoyed his enthusiam and how he was able to answer the dozens of questions we had. The videos he showed really helped me better understand the material while also teaching me new things. I was able to immediately go outside and put the material to use after the class and I am happy to say that I can properly make k-turns and parallel park now.

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter took the 5 hour pre-licensing classes and 4 hours of driving classes from NY auto school. All instructors are superb, punctual and patient. Mario was the one who taught the very last class, then took my daughter to the driving test and she passed with one try! Thanks NY auto school.

Fantastic experience: Making the appointment for a driving lesson was very easy to do online, and the prices are reasonable. My first instructor, Marvin, arrived for my lesson a few minutes early, which is great! He was also very nice, and very good at instructor. My second instructor, Mario, helped me prepare for the road test, and he was very thorough, and a great teacher! I'm happy to say that I passed with flying colors, and it was thanks to the two of them! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to take driving lessons, for sure. Fantastic experience: My experience was, obeying the road signs, driving carefully, knowing the consequences of wrong driving and disobeying the road or driving laws, be cautious of the life’s of people around you or even mine while driving, what to do and what not to do, how to drive by controlling the steering knowing when to put ur brakes or accelerate properly, looking at ur blind spot, off ur shoulder, and in front of you, avoiding distractions while driving, knowing the margin lines etc.I learnt a lot from my experience. The 5hrs class was awesome!! The instructor did a good job, his teaching was excellent.

Negative experience: Giving two because the instructors are nice. For the company? 0. I cancelled a 2-hr driving lesson 24 hours in advance due to a funeral being held during those hours (I didn’t have notice). I was bombarded with messages because no one informed the driving instructor not to show up. Furthermore, they refuse to reschedule or refund and have not answered one email. There are plenty other companies in the area that will communicate and treat you with respect. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Customer Service was great, we were locked out of the session and we were allowed to reschedule, as a courtesy, for the next session that we are available for. The lady on the phone was very nice and was able to assist without hesitation. Thank you!
