Negative experience: Shady. They make you pay first and if they cant help you'll get credit when you come back, no refund. I see why they stay behind glass, makes them feel safe when they rob you. Use a real MVD you pay less and everything is up front and honest.

Fantastic experience: We had previously always received notifications for car registration renewals but found out we hadn’t for two cars, with both expired and needing emissions testing for renewal. Grace was so helpful getting us 3 day use registrations so we could drive to testing the next day without worry. She was friendly and efficient, getting us in and cared for quickly. We have used this GG&D previously and will continue to do so because of great service.
