Fantastic experience: Helpful and quick. Went on a Friday in December in the afternoon and there were only a couple people waiting. Staff were helpful and nice. Pedro was great.

Fantastic experience: The service here was amazing! I was a bit lost on where to go when I got there but I went to a window to ask a question and go my surprise Elsa just decided to help me even though her window was for Registration Renewal and all I needed was an ID replacement.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! The speed of service is remarkably faster than the actual MVD. The process is straightforward and the staff is awesome! My mother passed away recently and she left me her Mustang. Thanks Mom. They took what I believed to be a complicated transfer process and turned into an easy and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wow there was nobody waiting in any of the lines they have each line specified for each thing that you need to do which is good they also have a ticket number machine so that if it were to be busy you would get your turn by taking a ticket number. They do have a restroom so in case you need to use it it's available. The ladies behind the window were very helpful very nice they also have a insurance company to get insurance if you don't have it when you need it a registering your car or whatnot. The place is very clean has plenty of parking and is easily found. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs any thing for their vehicle.

Everyone was very helpful and I was there for less than an hour in total which is incredible considering needing to fill out paperwork, take pictures and give all my forms. I’ll be coming back for any ID or registration needs.

Positive experience: Every employee that I interacted was polite, helpful, and in good spirits! Place was decently clean and kept. Price to convert my out of state license over to AZ costs $60. This price is for the ID that allows for voluntary travel purposes. Not bad, especially since it allows me to avoid the headache of the DMV. Was in and out in under 45 min.

Fantastic experience: I went around 9am and the place was empty. It was great. Inside was nice and clean. They had plenty of seating and plenty of parking. Best of all they were super quick. The only downside to coming here is the cost. The travel I.D. is $60 and regular I.D. is $30. At the DMV you'd pay $25 for travel I.D. and $12 for the regular I.D. You're paying for the convenience. To me it's worth it for somethings. They provide lots of different services. I've been to a couple different locations but this one was by far the quickest.
