State of Maine approved driver education classes. Courses include 30 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of driving. All materials included.

Golden's Driving Academy Driver's Education course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction. Successful students will recieve their temporary learner's permit upon class completion.

Safety and quality education are our top priorities. G.D.A. students will learn not only rules of the road, but become safe, responsible and confident drivers.

Maine law requires the successful completion of an approved Driver's Education course before anyone under 18 years of age may obtain a learner's permit or driver's license. Students must be 15 years old on or before the first day of class.

Golden's Driving Academy offers an approved driver education course including 30 hours of in-person classroom instruction and 10 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction.

I love that everything is in person learning! Many sessions to choose from and the instructors are flexible when it comes to drive time. The Goldens are super nice and I’m so grateful they offer pre-test practice. They set students up for success! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We used Golden's Driving Academy for my nephew even through he took his class elsewhere. Jon was amazing. Very calm and helpful. My nephew passed his exam and my niece will now be attending Golden's! Great place!

Experiencia fantástica: Mike is amazing answer tons of questions over the weekend! & his instructor Jon is awesome! $75 for a hour with an instructor before your test. & if you need to use a fully legal car, it will only cost $75. These guys are great! Fully recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to John (I believe I have the right name) I was able to find an easier way to parallel park AND pass my drivers exam. I appreciate his help and I will absolutely be recommending Golden’s to anyone and everyone who is going for their license! Thank you again!

Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter was the first of our five children to learn to drive, and I was a nervous mama. Mr. Golden provided excellent class and road instruction, and we will be sending our other four to him as well. Additionally, he is just a genuinely nice person and was easy to work with when we had schedule conflicts. Every interaction was pleasant. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Golden's, a very educational, and fun class. I learned a lot about driving and safety, while having fun. Mike is such a good guy, I couldn't recommend anyone more.
