Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your time or money!! I wish I would have read the reviews before enrolling my child. The staff is very unprofessional. Lawrence and his mother lies all the time and get mad when you catch them in their lies. It's very hard to get drive times and when you do something always comes up to make them have to reschedule.I took my child out of this school and enrolled them into ultimate driving school they are much more professional there and more attentive. I have reported this school to the Bbb and to the driver's license place. I will try my best to get this school shut down.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this school!!! My daughter attended this school and it was a complete nightmare. There was constant rescheduling of driving lessons, often last minute, a few times wanting to reschedule at times that fell during school hours. The driving instructor would put his hands on my daughters leg to make her go faster or throw the car into to park to make the students stop both inappropriate and very dangerous. The only thing they managed to do is make my daughter afraid of driving

Experiencia negativa: Worst driving school EVER! Was told how easy it was with courses being offered every Saturday. Told them my son goes back and forth between my house and his mom's house. Was reassured this wouldn't be a problem and that he will complete the course within 6 months. Came to find out the students can only sign up for driving times one weekend out of the month AND they can only sign up for one drive time during each sign up window (which is also a seperate visitband can't just be done during class times). Immediately wondered why they would make it so complicated, had never heard of such a thing. Now it's been over six months and on the few times he's been home, they have done nothing to allow him to make up times, etc. When we went up to talk about it, MARY said not to worry and that they'd let him double up on times. This never happened. Went up a third time. Was told by MARY it wasn't their problem that our son has marching band and visitation to work around and that since he's 16 now, we can go up and get his license without finishing the drive times. Found out this wasn't true. Will be consulting with a lawyer this week.

Experiencia negativa: It took forever to get the driver's license because the kept rescheduling the classes over and over!!

Experiencia negativa: Not worth my hard earned money. $350 down the drain, And due to one absent. My daughter wasn't allowed to complete the program. I still ended up paying for her driver's test online. AAcurates schedule availability made it impossible for the completion. She was almost done too. BS. I'll never return to any drivers Ed. I came here because I saw 5 ⭐, staff lacked empathy and professionalism when life's busy schedule got in the way for that one day. My daughter wasn't even allowed to make up the missed day. Every time I tried contacting anyone here. I didn't get a response until weeks later. Making it impossible to make up the time. By the time we got a response it was too late to schedule and finish the program. Boooo!!! 0 stars if you ask me. More people will see for themselves. If not, then thank goodness for this review. At least it Made them step up their game.

Experiencia fantástica: My son took his driving lessons here and it was well worth the price. The knowledge and experience of the instructor is priceless. He provides your child with the on & off road knowledge to equip them when they are out on their own. Both classroom & on the road instruction, the value far exceeds the cost. I highly recommend AAcurate Driving School in Garland!!
