Mr. Ed is one of our most respected instructors.Had you brought any issue to us, we could have addressed this. This is have never been brought to our attention.

Experiencia positiva: Great driving school, but half a year after getting my license, they still sent me voicemails saying I haven't picked up my certificate when I did. They also called my sister and she explained but they still tried to get in contact after and we had to block them. Fyi, I have my permit, which is no longer valid, and my official license. I already went to the DMV with my certificate a long time ago☺️ and I never said they were trying to bother me, it is just a simple mistake.. on their part

We have completion certificates in our office that people have not picked up. Yours was one of those. We were not trying to bother you. Many people believe they have a license when it is actually a permit. Typically you need the completion certificate to obtain your license. We weren't trying to bother you.

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to get my daughter in immediately for driving test. They sent us a text with what to bring. They informed us of the process and worked with my daughter. My daughter has anxiety and made her feel very comfortable. I'm very pleased with them

Experiencia negativa: Would give zeros stars if i could.how does a company forget to email important info to their clients and just be a constant issue every interaction.

Everyone under the age of 25 must have a driver's education completion certificate to take a 3rd party road test. Everyone is told via phone what documents to are required. As a courtesy, we text a list of required documents. I'm not sure why you did not receive the text. Hopefully, when you return 2 days from today. You will give us a better review.
