Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a course for my husband and he was met with an extremely rude response from the instructor because he was a few minutes late. Beware that if you arrive late you will likely have to reschedule, which by the way is not stated ANYWHERE on the website. After being trashed on by the instructor my husband left and later called the instructor to get a refund. The instructor lied and said that a refund wouldn’t be possible because he had already submitted my husband’s name to DDS. (He later refunded us after cornering him) When I registered I didn’t put my husband’s name or any info because the website didn’t ask for it! It just asked for card details and card holder name. Conclusion: this small company will lie to your face if it’s convenient for them, and you’ll probably get trashed on if the instructor wakes up on the wrong side of the bed lol.

Experiencia negativa: My wife paid for a class at 9:00 AM here so that I could attend, but unfortunately there was unexpected traffic on my route and I got there late at 9:17 AM. I figured I would need to reschedule, but I decided to go in and try to explain what happened. Upon entering, the host proceeded to mouth off to me in front of a bunch of people and cut me off when I tried to speak, not allowing me to explain myself at all. After he was done giving attitude, he told me to leave and that I had to reschedule...........I listened silently, and said "ok, ill reschedule" and left. The gentleman called me back later to help me reschedule but I said I'd just like a refund and that I would go somewhere else. He said he "already submitted my info to the GA DDS so refunds aren't allowed due to compliance" but it seems he wasn't aware that when my wife paid for the course online, nowhere did the website prompt us to provide any "personal info" except for my wife's email (not mine) which was used for billing. I didn't mention that there's no way he could "submit my info" since he didn't have it yet......instead I just asked for more clarification on why they don't do refunds. He seemed to get uncomfortable when I pressed the topic and said he didn't want any trouble, so he sent me the refund. What a surprise! I thought that wouldn't work "due to compliance". Interesting. I hung up the call. I was wrong for being late, so that's no problem.....but I would think there would be some level of professionalism here, not an angry person looking to attack my character for traffic that was out of my control, and then try to fudge on a refund policy that isn't listed on their website. At least he gave me my money back....but apparently I was an exception and normally refunds aren't allowed. Felt like a scam. Horrible customer service, I'd recommend going somewhere else for your driving course.
