Experiencia negativa: How do I get a hold of the instructor to get the rest of the paperwork we were told to come back for? Made multiple calls and sent texts with no response?!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Ghosted us. No call back or explanation regarding why she could not complete the lessons she promised. Took our money and did not provide the services as agreed. My child was devastated. Luckily we found another school that provided exceptional customer service and a solution!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a SCAM, Ms Lekeisha ghosted us right before my son was scheduled to get his driving permit. We made the appointment and even had to reschedule due to her irresponsible behavior. Don't waste your time and money in this place.

Experiencia negativa: I have had the same experience as Anne Amiss and Justin Turner. My son had appointments all last week for driving instruction, that I had made in January. She did not show up, blocked messages from me, and calls go straight to voice mail. I am at a loss of what to do, since I paid for this service and he has to have the certificate to get his license!

Experiencia negativa: Same experience as Justin Turner. Instructor did not show up for the last 10 hours of class and no communication with parents. Not responding to text and mailbox is full. I have also initiated a refund on a portion of the tuition but the worst is having invested some much time and money already for my daughter and now we have to start over for the bulk of it. Very disappointing and hard to understand.

Experiencia negativa: ***SCAM Beware*** Lakeisha at the Humble Driving School didn’t show for 2 days…. Currently filing a dispute with my credit card to get some of my money back. She’s not answering calls or and blocked my text. I believe the course is a scam.

She explained everything clearly and always stayed calm, even when I made mistakes. Her encouragement and helpful tips gave me the confidence to pass my driving test on the first try. She’s a knowledgeable instructor and patient I would recommend her to everyone. She really made my children feel comfortable behind the wheel. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I got the teen course and it was very helpful we learned not only the book but we did our 7 hours of driving with her and that experience itself was just amazing and she really helped me become a better and more confident driver in just the 7 hrs and I am just very grateful for the experience.

I have 4 teenagers but needed to get my almost adult teen prepared for driving and some other things about his road ahead (pun intended), and she helps with EVERYTHING!!! He was so excited after his 1st day and has been ever since! It’s her! The instructor, the class, the environment! Gotta be! ~Grateful Mom
