Experiencia fantástica: Yolanda was wonderful to work with when it came time for my son to take his driving test. Wish we had found her sooner and will be using her in the future for sure!

Experiencia negativa: This driving school is an absolute scam. I was a past student at this location, and from the very beginning, Yolanda was a HORRIBLE teacher, its one thing was to not explain much of anything to a first time driver but its another thing to belittle and degrade a student driver especially when the parent is paying for it!! Every time i did something wrong she would just look at me like i was stupid or something, when it is quite literally her JOB to teach people how to drive. Rude glances and sly remarks don't teach anyone anything, not only that but she was telling my mom in-front of me about what i did wrong in the lesson and i was literally holding back tears because she was so rude, but she started getting an attitude with my mother as well! For this amount of money to get yelled at and gain nothing but resentment its not worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: This driving school was perfect for us, close to home, good available times to schedule drives, and very nice staff! Would have used again if I had another child. :)

Experiencia negativa: Review for 3 Way Instruction – Stay Away! I have been more than patient with 3 Way Instruction, but my experience has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I initially signed my son up for virtual Driver’s Ed class based on positive reviews. However, from the very first class, things went downhill. We were promised a link before the first session, but when the day arrived, nothing was sent. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via phone and email, but no one responded. The next day, I finally received an apology and a link—too late for the first class intended class. During the next session, I attended to ask questions, but most of them were met with “ let me get back to you on that,” and I was told someone would follow up. No one ever did. The instructor seemed unfamiliar with the material and simply read from the curriculum rather than providing meaningful instruction. Things continued in this manner until one day, during a scheduled break, I noticed my son had been on his “10 min break” longer than usual. It turned out that the instructor took aban extended break to handle personal matters. She had forgotten to mute herself while dealing with a personal credit card issue for over 15 min—completely unprofessional. My son could hear all the details. Despite these red flags, we completed the virtual portion, and I handled the behind-the-wheel instruction myself, following all DPS requirements. When my son was ready for his driving test, I reached out to schedule with Yolanda Nettles. She assured me she would accommodate my son’s busy schedule, including a Sunday test, though she normally doesn’t work Sundays. Because of this accommodation, I went ahead and paid in advance. The day of the test, we arrived 15 minutes early. The office was dark, and no one was there. I waited, assuming she might be running late, but after five minutes past our scheduled time, I called and emailed multiple times with no response. Despite receiving appointment reminders the day before and the morning of, Yolanda never showed up. I didn’t hear back until the following afternoon, when she rescheduled. At the next appointment, she casually chuckled and said she “got her dates mixed up,” then gave a different excuse about being out of town with family. Her lack of professionalism was baffling, especially since we had confirmed our appointment via email. To top it off, when I presented the required documents, she scolded me in front of my son, demanding that I hand them to him instead of directly to her. Then, after all of this, I was told I didn’t have all the necessary documents—even though I had checked with her beforehand and was assured I did. I even contacted the DPS, who confirmed that I had everything needed. At this point, I decided I had enough and requested a refund instead of proceeding with the test. Unsurprisingly, they refused to refund me, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This business is disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I enrolled my child at this school based on the many reviews I saw here, and the reputation of Ms Yolanda. What I read and what I experienced were two different things. I should start by saying it was not Ms Yolanda that did the one driving lesson that we did. It was a gentleman and it was a Friday 6pm lesson. The lesson did not start until 615 as the instructor was late. He got into the car with my child and another teenage driver and first told them that he didn’t want to be there. During their drive, he took at least one personal call on his speaker phone, answering to a caller who said, “Hi Bestie!” While the other student was driving, this instructor asked my child what they thought about the recent inauguration and proceeded to share his opinion of it. When they returned and the instructor debriefed me, telling me that he should not have “passed” my child on this lesson, but he went ahead and passed them anyway because a lot of these lessons are all the same. He didn’t tell me what made my child not pass. I provided this feedback to Ms. Yolanda but it was clear that my expectations and hers are different for a driving instructor. She stated that she didn’t see much wrong with what I described above and gave me some reasons why those things might have happened. I simply disagreed and we parted ways. I wish this school all the best as they continue. I just want others who are considering this school to have some other perspectives on the experience so they can make an educated decision for their family.
