Experiencia negativa: Paid for 3 private lessons, got 2. Instructor was great, but the office ghosted us, no replies to calls or emails. Outdated scheduling, zero follow-through. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Hello Anna, I don't think the private lessons were through us. I don't have any appointments showing for you. The last in vehicle classes we have was for your child in 2022. I always try to return calls and answer emails every day. Please call us at 757-463-0821 so we can see if we have missed something.
This is my third attempt to reach out to you. I tried calling you at the phone number we have for you from 2022 and this is my second reply to your review.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent class! My wife and I took their 8 hour Driver Improvement Program to lower our auto insurance premiums. The classroom was warm and welcoming (including free treats). The course content (provided by AAA) was relevant and educational. And, the instructor was well-informed and well-spoken. Highly recommended...
