Experiencia fantástica: Triad has been incredible throughout the drivers ed week I was required to do. Personally, I did the online version over zoom. They were able to keep students interested and engaged by asking questions and showing slides. Giving students the chance to copy down notes as-well as ask their own questions. Even though they kept it light hearted and interactive, it was very educational. My personal instructors Jack and Gary were incredible! Always willing to answer questions and making me laugh with jokes along the way. I got a 98 on my final thanks to there amazing teaching skills! Jack and Gary used to be police officers so they shared personal experiences, as-well as bringing in a firefighter who shared even more personal experiences. Over all, thank you to the triad team and I most definitely recommend there drivers ed program!

I have written a previous review before on how their school was good, I come yet to find out that they continue to put people behind when it comes to take your driving test. They have screwed me over countless times at this point and is just unacceptable. 0/10 don’t waste your money on this bum driving school that does not care about what you do ever.

Experiencia fantástica: The Triad team in Georgetown is terrific. They made the class time for kids fun, driving instructors were so helpful and on time. The office staff were not only helpful in finding lesson times if the calendar looked full. But they were friendly and patient. Highly recommend Triad!

Mr.Abt prepared me so well for my test and without lessons with him I would feel very less confident. I highly recommend Triad to anyone looking to get their license.

Experiencia fantástica: After having 2 children go through the Triad Driving prep program I can honestly say that it is a quality service and worthwhile investment. We appreciate the help that we received while trying to schedule behind the wheel lessons (never easy) and it put us at ease knowing our teens were being taught all of the rules of the road (and more!). My son did his test at the Haverhill RMV recently and when I told the examiner that he did his lessons at Triad she said, “That’s all I need to know! It’s a great school!” I couldn’t agree more! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My son just completed the 30 hour classroom portion of the drivers education class with Triad Driving Academy via Zoom (5 weekend days). He has been raving about the instructors and about how much he got out of the class. The instructors held the attention of a 16 year old boy for 5 x 6 hour classes! That right there speaks volumes to me! Called the office twice over the last few weeks with questions. Super helpful staff answered my questions and even informed me of the ability for AAA to accept the Learners Permit Application vs visiting a Registry Service Center. Saved me time and a LOT of aggravation. These are the people we want teaching our kids how to drive!

Experiencia negativa: Today, after all the pain and patience we have had with this pandemic I tried to book online behind the wheels classes for my daughter . My husband lost his temper and hung up once on the person I believe is the owner. After that I tried to book or talk to her and she yelled at me and had me know that she will do it everything in her power to make it more difficult for my daughter to get her license ... my husband wasn’t right to hang up on her but I expect a little more professionalism from them than this. Today response on the owner response…08/19/22 Maybe you right and I didn’t speak with the owner at the time because the person I’ve tried to talk didn’t give me a chance to ask her name, but someone with a rude attitude did that for sure. I will be glad to talk to you and clarifying that situation if you want to.

Experiencia fantástica: I registered my daughter for drivers Ed here and was really pleased with the overall experience. Everything was well organized, lots of useful information was provided in a timely manner, scheduling of classes and appts was easy to do online (some issues at height of pandemic which I think should be expected given the restrictions), and the staff was always very responsive to questions, schedule changes, and requests. My oldest daughter took drivers Ed somewhere else and everything was difficult there. I looked at a lot of reviews of the alternatives and heard feedback from other parents and kids only to find there are a lot of shady drivers Ed companies out there. Triad stood out as a quality outfit and they provided a substantially better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable driving school. Thank you Triad Team!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible experience with this school. Impossible yo communicate or book behind the wheel classes ..actually have to show up there this morning. I will be back on here with a update as to if any positive results were made. As of now i can say if your considering this school for your kids CHOOSE a different one!!!

Experiencia positiva: Much better the teacher today was very good for my daughter. Monday Dec 28 at georgetown.2:30. The nut who was answering the phones for the last year and was mentally ill was fired.Thank you God.

Experiencia fantástica: Best driving school there is. So helpful and friendly and they make you feel safe and comfortable about taking care of your new teenage drivers. They are very thorough and their road lessons are exceptional for teaching new drivers the rules of the road as well as safe driving .I would highly recommend this Driving School to any parents with a new teenager driver or any new driver for that matter.

Experiencia fantástica: I attended a mandatory 2 hour Parent Course last night. I can't imagine a better qualified duo of trainers-extrodinary training, experience and certifications wrap these two former Ma State Policemen into a engaging and informative Team. They take this stuff extremely seriously and responsibly. I would't even look for another Driving School-this one exceeded my expectations by a long, long margin. You will be as surprised by how and what they teach your kids as what you didn't know.
