Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience at ABC driver school. The staff was so easy to work with and friendly too. Instructor Joe is the best! He was wonderful at communicating and he went the extra mile. My son passed his drivers test the first try. I believe it was because of this awesome school. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste you're money, total scam.

Experiencia negativa: I called regarding an adult drivers class which needs to be taken care of (in VA) by June 28th. I called and was specifically told the only Sat6class would be 6/22. I specifically waited til this date so I could use this location. Here I sit (along with others-not just me). when no one employed here shows up at 9am, I called and on the 2nd try a woman answers. She tells me the class is the last Sat of the month, the 29th, at which point I explained I was told the 22nd, and obviously not the only person told this (I later confirmed the other driver was told same date and time). Her response to me was "well can you make it to Essex right now" and her 2nd solution was "well if it's due by the 28th you can make our 29th class your license should be okay til that monday" . as I proceeded to explain my paperwork is due, in VA, by 4pm 6/27 otherwise I have to show up or court 6/28, she then hung up on me! And no answer when I called back to get her name. I left a voicemail so we will see if someone calls me back. I also confirmed with the other person waiting for the location to open and he was told the same as I was regarding the date at the Pasadena location. I unfortunately did not get a name when I spoke to someone earlier this month on the phone, but during that call, I confirmed several times with her that their Saturday classes took place in Essex except for once a month, June being the 22nd. And to be hung up on is VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Experiencia negativa: The instructor was late on the second day, and then didn't even show up today. Plus they don't even know the answer to all your questions, some being rather basic. And they never tell you the protocol if your instructor never shows.

Experiencia fantástica: Sitting for 3 hours is really boring but I learned a lot in 2 weeks

Experiencia positiva: Not a bad driving school and one of the only really local ones for Pasadena. The downside is that it's located below a rehab center and personally I don't feel like that's the nest location to have a business that typically caters to school aged children.
