We offer MVA certified courses for drivers education, driver improvement, and DWI/DUI alcohol and drug education in Baltimore, Linthicum, Glen Burnie, Millersville, Odenton, Fort Meade, Crofton, Hanover, and Annapolis.

Topz N Tipz Drivers Education is a driving school centrally located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. We offer an MVA certified curriculum course in the 3-step process of obtaining the learners permit, provisional license and Maryland driver license, that also includes defensive driving skills.

I had a really good experience coming here for my drive times. I would recommend it to anyone who asked. My driving instructor was the best, she was patient, nice and always made sure I would be the safest driver. Thank you for the best experience i couldn’t ask for better ???? Just want to thank you for all your help. Robert felt confident when going to driving school, he couldn’t say enough how much he liked it. He felt comfortable when he found out you were his teacher. Well we went today for his test and he passed thanks for everything.

Up until yesterday, I really didn’t think my son would ever learn how to drive. He was diagnosed with mixed type A.D.H.D. at an early age and struggled to learn new materials. About 18 months ago, he got his permit and started learning to drive with another driving school. He hadn’t made much progress with them, and he got very discouraged. He decided he wanted to take a break from driving. A few months ago, I contacted Tamra after my son approached me and stated he wanted to try learning again. Ms. Tamra was so sweet on the phone and immediately made me feel at ease. After his first lesson, I was immediately impressed. She went over in detail what he needed to work on and followed up with an email showing how he was rated for specific tasks during the drive. After six sessions with Ms. Tamra, it was time to test. I paid extra to use her company vehicle and have her accompany him to his test. It was well worth the money as she gave him a quick refresher beforehand as well. As of yesterday, my son is now a licensed driver! All I can say is USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve worked with 2 other driving schools, and they did not even come close to this one. Thank you again Tamra! You’ve been a blessing!

I had Ms. Spano as my drivers ed teacher and I can’t express how great she was as a teacher. She taught me a lot of new things I didn’t know already. She was nice and caring and I loved her style of teaching. I would recommend her as a teacher because you will never be lost or confused about anything and she will give you great tips for behind the wheel driving.

I’ve known Ms Tammy since I was a little girl, she has always been such a great teacher and she has helped me so much with driving. She makes me feel comfortable driving and she’s very good at explaining and teaching everything I needed to know for my test. I appreciate her so much and I recommend her because she’s very good at what she does and she’s so helpful; you will not be disappointed.
