Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and highly experienced instructors. Chad was very cool.

Experiencia negativa: So completely unprofessional. I understand having texting be a main form of communication as it may be easier to track what has been said or set up. However, The lack of communication of any sorts is completely appalling. I reached out via text as instructed to schedule some sessions giving a wide range of dates and times that I was available. Instead of continuing to schedule with me I was met with "Okay." Days went by with no further communication so I reached out again. Crickets. I am not one to complain or even write reviews but instead of feeling like I was communicating with a business I instead felt like I was begging a bad boyfriend for attention.
