Experiencia negativa: The lady marks your test wrong. There’s no reason why I should’ve missed 13 I’m not dumb. Why would she tell me? I’m the only person there to go wait the hallway While she checked it that it wouldn’t take her that long. I waited at least seven minutes and I say something are you almost done she stutters and said yeah I’m almost done and I stood there another two minutes I’m not exaggerating and I just have that feeling that she did something to my test and there’s no way I’m 13 I don’t care. I no common sense questions and them questions was ridiculous. There was nothing like I’ve ever remember taking my test before and so I go to the Moses Lake one why did she put my test into the system wrong? The guy told me from Moses Lake. Why would she do that? He said I don’t understand why she did what she did. I said, I’m telling you she did something to my test and and I really wanna know who to talk to you about that that she did that put it in the system wrong and why would it take her that long to grade it? And by the way, Moses like I didn’t miss 13 missed eight. How did I miss 13 I know I didn’t. I know she did something to my test. It shouldn’t even took her a minute to check it not seven minutes. But I don’t understand is why do they all have their own rules the schools when they work for the state of Washington I would think right? Why would each one be different but the best one to go to is the one in Moses Lake yeah take it funky you get to take the next one for free Where I’m from you don’t pay untill your pass.

Experiencia negativa: I've taken the written test four times now. I read the book and took online quizzes, I've studied, and I still keep failing. Its seriously feels like they do it on purpose just to make more money. before they kept failing me I scheduled my driving test, the lady booked it AFTER my written tested expired. and instead of owning the mistake, she blamed me! I was very upset and I was ready to take the drive. This place is a mess. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

Experiencia negativa: Drive has been cancelled multiple times, pushed back until even after I'm done with driver's Ed, subs are terrible and completely screwed the schedule. Very disappointed. I see why no one likes cruisers..

Experiencia negativa: Don’t even think about asking for a refund if you change your mind. Their policy states it is at their discretion and it sounds like the answer is always no. Their incompetent staff can’t even maintain a waitlist. Find another driving school. This one is ridiculous. (Their parent orientation is a complete waste of time. Everything she said we already had been told). Truly not a professional place.
