Avers Driving School

Experiencia positiva: Avers Driving School provided a mixed experience for our teen driver. The positives: their use of unmarked, late‑model Subarus was great for making new drivers feel comfortable, and home pickup and drop‑off made scheduling very convenient. The first two lessons went smoothly, and the instructor was kind, patient, and attentive. Unfortunately, the last lesson was disappointing. Booking it was difficult, with a four‑week wait and no flexibility, forcing us to pull our student out of school for the only available time. During that lesson, the instructor spent part of the drive watching videos on their phone, which was unprofessional and set a poor example for a learner driver. They also ended the session 20 minutes early and gave inaccurate advice about the test route. Given that the final session felt like a waste and the overall cost was high compared to other schools, I can’t fully recommend Avers Driving School. The first lessons were good, but the inconsistency and professionalism issues ultimately made it not worth the price.

Experiencia fantástica: Avers driving classes were great for my 17 yr old daughter. We purchased the 9 hr package and the DMV driving test day and my daughter passed on her first try ! Their packages are far better than the AAA courses offered. I loved the convenience of having her picked up and the routes they practice on. Their customer service was attentive and they always responded my questions promptly !

Experiencia fantástica: Patrick is currently teaching my mom to drive. I want to note that my mom has never driven before and doesn't speak English. She previously spent a bunch of money on private Russian-speaking instructors who taught her nothing and claimed she would not be able to drive at all due to her age. Patrick is very easy to understand even if your English is limited; he is patient, motivates, offers suggestions, and explains mistakes and how to correct them. I would recommend this school to our community from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent in-car driving school. The instructor drives to your home address in a regular looking car, no indication that a student driver will be driving. And as for getting an account registered with them, I recommend going in-person to get setup; considering all the data breaches you hear about these days, it's not worth the unsafe convenience of just texting sensitive information. I still say 5 stars because once you get setup, the instructor is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with making sure your form and safety checks are on point.

Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend took lessons from this school, she passed first try and I knew she would pass by the second lesson as she was already very knowledgable and comfortable with the road. Before this school she was very nervous every time I took her to practice driving and now she is a happy confident and a knowledgeble driver and more prepared for the driving test than I ever was. The times I met up with them they were very friendly eager to help. I think this school is fantastic and would recomend it for anyone trying to get thie license.
