Experiencia negativa: Never again they tried to charge me 75$ after they cancelled my behind the wheel lesson idk what’s going with the management but yall need to get it together

Experiencia negativa: Scheduling behind the wheel lessons is extremely poor. The website does not have any posted times available. After 17 phone calls, 4 voicemails requesting a call back an individual answered the phone. He indicated their policy is that lessons have to be scheduled 30 days apart, and that lessons were not posted to be able to book. By the month that would be next posting my subscription would expire. This is a terrible experience and misleading.

Experiencia positiva: Classroom instruction was good. But, trying to get behind the wheel lessons scheduled is a nightmare. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't answer their phones, respond to voicemail, or emails. It is extremely frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: The ladies who answer the phones are the worst so rude, customer service is trash

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor Tina was amazing, she had a very fun and positive attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: During the education lessons I had both Instructor Don and Instructor Tina. Both were SO AWESOOOME! They both answered any questions that were asked to the best of their abilities, they made the class less boring than it should be, they covered about everything that needed to be taught, and I loved the jokes they attempted to make (which were funny and made me smile). Thank you Instructor Tina and Instructor Don! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Half way through Drivers ed I met Tina and she is the best driving instructor I could ever ask for, she’s cool and knows how to keep the class going with her strong and amazing personality! I love her!! I love her bunny btw. My first driving instructor was Don and I thank him too because he did his job every well and was very nice and kind.

Experiencia negativa: If you send your child with the so called instructor named Jimmy Delia then here is what you will experience A very unprofessional and unstable individual that will lose his temper and start calling your child names. He ended the driving session early after his claim that my child did not put her 2 hands on the steering wheel My child expressed fear from his behaviour moments after starting the session. My child called me 20 minutes later and handed the phone to him , I was shocked to hear an out of control person so I wanted to make sure my child comes back to the office safely. Apparently he stated that he has some sort of stress disorder in which makes me more angry that such individual is allowed to work and be trusted with children We will file an official complaint with the state to make sure that some one in the state office is notified and is aware of such event so other children are not left under the mercy of Jimmy’s mood . I spoke with the manager and her name is Cindy to notify her with the incident and she sounded very professional and assured me that they will look into the incident.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly, if there was a 0 star option I'd give it that. One of the Instructors, Jimmy, was one of the rudest instructors I have ever met, if you are going to be a teacher then you must have patience if not, then why are you there, instead of correcting the student with a calm approach he'll end your lesson short and call your parent/guardian to tell them what he hated about what you did and call you names such as lazy, and stubborn. If you plan on scheduling you next lesson here, I do not recommend signing up with Jimmy as your instructor, unless if you want an extra lesson to be scheduled because your lesson was ended early.

Experiencia fantástica: Tina is the best driving instructor that you can find in the states! She teaches with passion, integrity, and care for the community m. She is the funniest person that you can have as a teacher. She’s is the person you can count on if you need help with your driving education. She treats everyone equally no matter what and she always shows passion for her job and makes sure everyone is ok and they have their work done. She is a very open person and very outgoing. She tell funny jokes and cool secrets. She makes sure everyone is smiling and enjoying the lessons. She is the one of the best teachers I’ve ever had in my life. I’m so sad that drivers education had to come an end because I will miss learning with her and I will miss the company she gave everyone. I will miss her smile, lessons, kindness, sarcasm, teaching, and her care for the community and us young learners. I can keep going on and on about her and how far she has came and how far she has took us students in drivers education. I would like to thank her and Safeway driving school for letting me have this opportunity and I hope that Mrs. Tina finds success everywhere she goes!

Experiencia fantástica: My driver instructor Tina is amazing. Not only did she make the class fun and bearable she was absolutely easy to work with and funny. She is an amazing teacher and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: The Maplewood Safeway Team went above and beyond to make sure our son was prepared for his Road Test. His 3rd and final behind the wheel got cancelled due to the ridiculous road and weather conditions yesterday. His Road Test was scheduled for today in the afternoon and missing it would likely mean waiting another month to get in or having to travel 2+ hours for an out state opening. The Safeway Team was able to find an instructor last minute, who traveled from Maple Grove in terrible rush hour conditions this morning due to the previous evening snow, so my son complete his final behind the wheel session this morning. Because of the fantastic service and flexibility of the Safeway Team, my son was able to keep his Road Test appointment this afternoon and passed with flying colors. Thanks Safeway!!!

Experiencia positiva: This is a very comfortable environment, easy to work in, fun but educational classes. The only downside would be the prices, the initial charge is 200$ and the final charge (for the class) is another 200$. Overall it's a nice place with a 10 minute break in the middle, where you're allowed to leave the building, to walk or go to the nearby businesses. You have the option of staying indoors on the break, but you're required to arrive at exactly the time, or earlier or be kicked out, the same applies to the break, you're required to be back at a set time or earlier. Overall nice, clean place, and fun classes.
