Experiencia negativa: The driver /owner is super rude unprofessional he used foul language on my son he was upset and crying I don’t recommend this driving school my sister was furious when she learned that the instructor used foul language not nice no respect no compassionate

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. The owners are just miserable. They should NOT be teaching new drivers. The instructor I got was a hot headed, disengaged, distracted and plain rude. DO NOT use this driving school unless you want to ruin your day. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this company! Pay more money, and get your lessons from the competitors! We had our third instructed visit today, the instructor told me they would be back in an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. When I asked why, she said she felt my daughter was a good enough driver. I reminded her that we paid a lot of money for three 2 hour sessions, and her response was OK. Also, all three sessions the instructor made my daughter go to the gas station because the fuel light was on, and I mean all three sessions. The fuel light was on and she had my daughter go to the gas station and fill up on our time taking time away from her driving again some thing we paid an awful lot of money for. I also learned today that on this last visit, the instructor was on her phone texting, visiting, social media, etc. not actively paying attention to what the driver was doing. Bit had a lot of criticism when she would look up and see that maybe she wanted things to be different very inconsistent, unprofessional, and very unfortunate that we had to use them as a service . Again, people pay more to get more professionalism out of the competitor, would never ever ever recommend this place.!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very prompt in getting back to you. My daughter had Laurel and she couldn't say enough good things about her. She's very knowledgeable, very patient and very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Experiencia fantástica: I did not want to get my license at all because driving seemed really scary in the beginning, but my driving instructor really listened to my fears and helped me feel comfortable. She started out with just explaining what we were going to do and the controls of the car. Getting a run down in the beginning really helped with my anxiety. We started off slow in the beginning and then progressed appropriately. I was comfortable driving with my parents and eventually I passed my license test!

Experiencia negativa: I've never had any dealiins with this company aside from one of the instructors was not paying attention and almost pulled out and hit me while they were at a stop sign and I was making a left hand turn. And he had the audacity to act like it was my fault. I, personally would not want anybody I care about using this company if their instructors can't even drive properly.

Experiencia negativa: Dreadful never return calls for scheduling. My son has had his first appointment and now I can't get a call back to schedule the second. Very frustrated

Experiencia negativa: These people are more than 1.5 months out. Talk about ridiculous. They are absolutely also inflexible on hours when your KID IS IN SCHOOL and to top it off they don't let you book further sessions in advance....EVEN THOUGH THEY AVG. BEING BOOKED 2 MONTH OUT! Terribly ran!

Experiencia negativa: I set up my daughters first behind the wheel driving instruction and paid for this plus the fees associated with signing off for her permit. Over the last 6 weeks, I have called this business almost 10 times (and left messages each time) requesting someone please call me back to set up her subsequent behind the wheel appointments so she can get her license at the end of July. I finally called again today (they have NEVER answered their phone) and left yet another message but this time I simply said I needed to “get some information” about their program and offerings and interestingly, I received a call back within 20 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this company as they are extremely unprofessional, don’t return any phone calls and offer ZERO customer service. Very rude and unaccommodating staff. It may be very slim Pickens in Chico as far as driving schools are concerned and maybe you don’t care about folks whom have already paid for your service or keeping business. You won’t be that busy one day (especially at the rate you’re word of mouth business practices are spiraling down hill) and your reputation goes a long way. I will be taking my business out of chico unfortunately.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional, shows up doesn’t even have shoes on, Spends more time cussing out other drivers than teaching, seems to stereotype nationalities and they drive. Keep your young drivers away from this menace.

Experiencia fantástica: David and Gina are patient, friendly and helpful instructors. April made sure to find appointments when nearly all days were booked and, as requested, for days before my driving test. I passed my test in Chico on my first try.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my first drive with First Mile and I had such a great experience. I had such a sweet and knowledgeable driving instructor and she was very patient with me even though I wasn't that great of a driver.
