Experiencia negativa: The people in the office are extremely disorganized, and one of the girls is very rude, especially when you try to explain to her how she is wrong. They kept confusing me with my friend even though we both clearly give our names each time we call. They tried telling my friend she never took her 24 hours of class time because they were on my account when we are 2 different people. They confused us for each other more than once even when we gave our respective names and numbers. That was a headache. Then in the car I paid for 6 hours of instruction, but I decided to only use 4, as I didn't feel like I was learning much at all. My instructor Dawn was nice, but I feel like I regressed with her advice. When we practiced maneuverability, she told me my mirrors were positioned way off of what they should be. While the day before my first time in a car with her, I went through a maneuverability course 18 times without hitting a cone. Then when I began positioning my mirrors the way she suggested, I began hitting them again. After that, in the car, I canceled my last one. Took the driver's test last Thursday and passed the road test but failed maneuverability because I had my mirrors how she suggested. Went back yesterday, also a Thursday, and positioned my mirrors how I had them in the car when I practiced with her, and I passed maneuverability with a perfect score. If I could go back, I would not enroll in this driving school. Disorganized and chaotic mess. My friend didn't even do her in-car because she had such a hard time scheduling. Waste of our time and money. She took her test today and passed as well. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because Dawn was pretty nice. Otherwise I'd suggest finding a different driving school. For the amount of money we paid it should have been a totally different experience. 1,080 dollars all together for us and I feel like we only used about 500 dollars worth of instruction because this company is so messed up. Forgot to mention how we had to call 2cool traffic school and then heights again because they never emailed a link to 2cool traffic school and then had to go back to the office a second time after we paid and signed because my friend was enrolled in the wrong course apparently. Then they tried to say she never signed the contract the second time even though we went IN PERSON. Chaotic mess. Save yourself! DELETING REVIEWS? Now you get one star none if I could! If you like corporate greed then this is the school for you!! They will take advantage and only when you complain to the ohio attorney general will they suddenly try to schedule behind the wheel lessons 3 months later. Just refund me! Greedy rude ceo doesn’t even know his own company policy.
