Experiencia fantástica: We just finished up with our second child in a year with Mentor Driving School. We are extremely pleased as to the instruction our children wete given and felt that they were ready , not only for the test but also to be a safe driver daily on our roads . The instructors went way beyond emailing helpful hints for maneuverability! I will say after reading other reviews that maybe remembering this is a small operation that is also dealing with having to close diring this pandemic. Dealing with wait lists , disappointed teens who are eager to take their tests and trying to make everyone happy. We had an amazing experiance and will be using Mentor Driving for our third and final driver in years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Just enrolled my second kid into Mentor Driving School. My son had a great time learning here a couple years ago and my daughter has just had her first in car lesson the other day. The school is a bit dated but the kids will be fine. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The student driver cars are nice enough. Pick up and drop off for driving lessons are at the school or your house.

Experiencia negativa: I never complain but this needed to be heard. My daughters experience here was terrible. MR. HENSLEY is very rude, unprofessional. Told my daughter "to hurry up i'm waiting outside your house or else you can walk to meet me at the library", which is over a 30 minute walk for a 16 year old to take. How awful. He caused her to cry, yelled at her and disrespected her the entire time driving. He even fell asleep during my daughters driving. When calling the company to file a complaint & request to switch instructors, they rudely disregarded my concerns and comments! DON'T take your kids here for drivers ed... Awful, awful services.

Experiencia negativa: The car smelled like cigarettes the dude would make me pull over just so he could go to the bathroom and smoke and he was super rude do not recommend

Experiencia negativa: I called over a dozen times and everytime it would get hung up, either 1 or 2 rings or 5 rings it didn't matter... Real professional! This place is a joke...

Experiencia negativa: The little old lady running the front after being rude and making me coming back multiple times to set everything up took over 2 1/2 weeks to print off my certificate!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT ever, ever, ever use this place...even if you are desperate. The people are rude and don't know how to talk with people, especially potential customers. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone said she was screening her calls to ensure we weren't a bill collector or solicitor. NO CLASS AT ALL!

Experiencia negativa: This place needs shut down. They cancelled my last in car for my daughter the same day. They don't call back within a reasonable amount of time. My daughter came home with breathing issues from the smell of cigarettes in the car. If we did not give 24 hours notice they would charge us. For them they can cancel whenever they choose to. Very unprofessional!

Experiencia negativa: There's a reason why this is the cheapest available in-car option in the area. The little old blue car smells like smoke, which is great for sitting in for two hours at a time. My instructor was pretty rude, but he did teach sometimes. He would also have me pull into random parks so he could use their restroom, leaving me alone in a turned off car.Overall, not a positive experience

Experiencia positiva: Great driving school! Don't worry that it seems a little "old fashioned". One appointment takes care of all the paperwork and scheduling for in-car lessons. Plenty of convenient times for in-car lessons, friendly staff and instructors, and good driving instruction. My daughter learned a lot and passed her test the first time.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible, The teaching is good but the driving instructors, especially Mr. Hensley are rude. Not to mention the car was filthy and smelled so much of tobacco, it felt like I was having an asthma attack. This place BETTER get shut down.
