Experiencia fantástica: Joe Curtis took my daughter on her first drive today and he was wonderful with her! She was very nervous about driving but after his instruction she definitely gained a lot more confidence with each driving session with him!

Experiencia fantástica: My son recently used Official Driving to get his level one permit. The company website is easy to navigate and made scheduling a breeze. The Grand Blanc location was well organized and drives were easily accommodated for my son‘s schedule. A special thanks to Lorie Tenerelli! She put my son at ease behind the wheel!

Experiencia negativa: Agree with the latest review. No drive times available. They just opened Monday and Tuesday for drives at 5:00 knowing kids are in class until 5:15. The response I received was my daughter will have to reschedule her test day because they can't provide the 3 drive times required by the State before taking the test. They can take your money and not provide the service

Experiencia negativa: **edit** I emailed like they said to do to “get those drives booked” in their response to this email with a reply telling me the same thing I have been told for over a month they are working on it with little to no help soooo Good luck trying to find drive times we check the portal multiple times a and nothing ever becomes available we’ve called support they just tell us more will be added just keep checking the portal and nothing my daughters class is done in a week and she’s only been able to book two drives and cannot take the written test until she has done 3

Experiencia fantástica: Official Driving School is an amazing company they have an amazing team of staff such as Mr. Germany, he makes the presentations interesting and makes sure to include extra details and emphasis on certain parts of the course. Mrs. Tenerelli is an amazing driving instructor very laid back but is ready to act if there is a error. Mr. Ruppel is an amazing guy does his job well and was very helpful with the Segment 1 Exam and help set me and the other students up for what will come in the future, drivers education wise.

So many options of days and times for the live online classes - works very well for students with a busy schedule. Teachers were thorough and enthusiastic. Worked with us to pair our daughter and a friend in their drives together. Liked that verbal and written feedback was provided after drives. Mr. Ruppel and Mrs. Stanczyk led class well and Mr. Ruppel guided their drives in an extremely positive and straightforward manner. Made it fun. Gave both positive feedback and constructive criticism on the road to help them learn. A+ experience. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave negative stars I would super super bad experience. The woman I tested with failed me claiming what I did was an illegal move and it was an auto fail well from asking other driving testers and a police officer I find out she was completely wrong. Not to mention she made a snotty comment saying how now I'll have to pay more money to be tested again do not go here ever!!!!! Please

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this place. My daughter had to make up two class days, signed her up for a zoom class to make up those days, and they sent us the wrong zoom link. When I called to see what they would do for us since this was their mistake, They told me they had one zoom class available immediately, but the other is not for almost two weeks, and they said sorry that's the best we can do. So because of their mistake, now she has to wait two more weeks to get her permit. That is completely unacceptable.
