Experiencia negativa: This business is very very disorganized. If you live in Ellis county please do yourself a favor and choose any other driving school. They do not take accountability for their own error and instead are hostile and rude over their own errors. They also schedule drive times that you specifically request not to since they are not feasible , due to conflicts of schedules.

I wanted to respond to your review. I had McKenzie on 9/5 at 4:30pm and in our phone conversation you explained that she could not come at 4:30 due to your work so we scheduled 9/25/25 at 6:30pm. My apologies for not removing 9/5 from the schedule I sent out.
Either way we would not have been able to drive McKenzie because you arrived at the 4:30 appointment at 4:51pm. We can not sit and wait for students to show up 21 minutes past the scheduled time. We did not receive a phone call or anything. McKenzie could have completed her two hours of observation had she arrived on time.

Experiencia negativa: I paid in full before this class started. My daughter received her permit from them. They email you a schedule pdf form that is not even legible. There hours of operation are limited and calls are not returned. When my daughter miss the driving day and time they charge you $40. I called after leaving several messages, and finally got someone in the phone. The lady was very rude and stated I owed $400 for missed driving times. Do not go here communication is horrible.

Tabitha Simbeck I am totally shocked that you left the google review. We have tried to contact you and your daughter on multiple occasions. I actually spoke to your daughter’s father to try to make every effort to get your daughter to show up at her scheduled drive times. I also left voice messsges explaining that a fee of $40.00 is charged for every no call no show. This was also explained in the phone conversation with your daughter’s father. Your daughter has completed two of the seven scheduled drive times. You have a total of five no shows and we explained we are only charging you for four of those which would be $160.00. No one ever told you $400.00. I also explained that we have already took you for your word about getting your daughter to her scheduled drive times and you did not keep your word. I will not schedule any additional drive times until the fee is paid. When students no show no call it wastes our time and the time other the other student that was also scheduled to drive. We are very transparent about our expectations and standards.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was awesome! My daughter was very nervous and Donna was the perfect person for her to take a test with! It is very reasonably priced and she will submit the forms for you to the DPS. This place is not close to where I live, but I will definitely be going out of my way to return with my second child in a few years!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give a big thanks to Donna, the driving instructor whom administered my road test. She was very kind and friendly, and made me feel very relaxed. I was able to pass the road test and now I have my driver's license. She saved me time waiting for a DMV appointment to take my road test. The road test is $60 to take and requires 15 min to complete.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved how nice were the teacher and the receptionist! We loved their service! Very attentive and very helpful! We got our certificate for our permit!
