Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience! My daughter had a great rapport with the instructors and learned a lot from them. I see a couple of negative reviews and have to question their legitimacy. I hope Google identifies them as spam and removes them. Keep up the great job!

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Joyce's Driving school. Our instructor's were top-notch. They were professional and extremely patient, and my children felt comfortable and at ease during every lesson. The school was very accommodating with scheduling, which was a huge help with our busy family calendar!

Experiencia fantástica: Joyce’s has kind, knowledgeable staff! Very supportive and helpful. Ms Whitney is very open and supportive on our drives and in the classroom, she really made it a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: So far we have only done the classroom portion of drivers ed through Joyce’s and we thought they did a great job. My son has an IEP and while they couldn’t provide his accommodations as it’s a private school, they helped him so much. The lessons were provided to us ahead of time so he could review them before going in, and his teacher, Mr. Briski, was kind and discreet in answering his many questions. He made it through without issue and we are so thankful. We are looking forward to the BTW portion now and feel confident that they will support our son on his journey. ETA: We continue to be happy with Joyce’s! Our son is epileptic, previously well-controlled, and unfortunately his seizures came back. Diane at Joyce’s has helped us plan for finishing the remainder of our drives! I cannot stress enough: SO accommodating! If you’re on the fence, this is where to sign up your teen drivers!

Experiencia fantástica: I took a 2-hour highway driving lesson at Joyce’s Driving School in Schaumburg, and it was an amazing experience. My instructor, Matt, was already there waiting when I arrived, even though it was raining. He patiently guided me onto the highway, and when the weather turned even worse, he calmly helped me stay confident. Once the rain cleared, I realized how much I had improved in just those two hours. Matt was engaging, friendly, and extremely polite. Definitely the best driving lesson I could've asked for.

Experiencia fantástica: Matt Rosenow is the best instructor! Thanks to him, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try! I took 4 hours of adult road driving and 2 hours on the highway, and it was amazing! Throughout the lessons, he kept me entertained with fun jokes, making me feel comfortable and helping me focus on driving. Because of him, my skills improved a lot, and I gained the confidence to pass the test on the first try! If you get the chance, definitely take lessons with him! It’s worth every penny!!!

Experiencia negativa: This company doesn’t have respect for the customer if I could give no stars to this company I would because once you give them money they don’t care about when u ready it’s about the instructor schedule and the crazy part is I booked too appointments based off of when the instructor was going to be ready and both times no instructor showed and instead of calling me they didn’t even have a decent person working then cuz no called I I have to call and call and call this is the worst driving school don’t give them any money. Go to Adam driving school they are the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Joyce’s was a great driving school. Whitney was an amazing teacher and taught me everything, especially when I told her I didn’t know how to do something she would say Okay let’s do it right now. I like that about her because she got me more comfortable behind a wheel.

Experiencia fantástica: Joyce's really prepared me for anything during driving during my last drive Whitney had me drive in not favorable conditions to prepare me for driving with an instructor or a parent this was very beneficial and was a perfect idea for my last test I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will definitely recommend my younger sister to come also

Experiencia fantástica: Joyce’s was a great school. My daughter learned so much and passed her driving test with flying colors. I will recommend Joyce’s to everyone that needs drivers Ed!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible horrible customer service ! I paid $164 for behind the wheel lessons. I didn’t realize my permit was expired so I called one hour before to let my instructor know and she charged me $50 no show fee, I did not no show I tried calling from 11am & there was no one to pick up a call, I finally informed my instructor at 12:55pm almost an hour before my 1:30pm appointment! I was told I wasn’t gonna get my refund until I pay the late fee so I called my bank! I don’t know why she thought she was getting $164 & $50 late fee and I never entered her car ! No one ever answers the phone & the woman who does answer is beyond rude!

Experiencia positiva: Jason’s the worst instructor but the rest of them are fine. He’ll yell at you for no reason and just makes the driving experience horrible. The other instructors are godsend though, love them all.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place EVER!!!! Do Not Sign up and get your kids here. Waiting on ph.line for long time. Behind the Wheel scheduling it's the WORST!!!! You need to wait with months for new appoitment and can't schedule a head of tim DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Experiencia positiva: At first I was not happy with their behind the wheel policy. Originally had trouble getting behind the wheel times booked. Almost impossible. I didn’t think my son would finish his required behind the wheel lessons before his bday. After receiving complaints they’ve completely revised their behind the wheel policy. Now it’s a quick phone call and I get an appointment every time. I’m impressed that they listened to their customers and made appropriate changes. I wish all businesses would do the same. I’m also pleased that my child is able to finish his requirements before his 16th bday as he has worked hard. Thanks Joyce’s.

Experiencia negativa: Very understaffed for behind the wheels which is understandable but they keep advertising for new students to apply knowing they don't even have enough behind the wheels for the students they already have. Their system for booking behind the wheels constantly changes allowing no one to be able to book new drives. Many people have been at this program for a year now and still are unable to finish because there are none behind the wheels. Many people I have even discussed with have jokingly commented on how they never can find a single behind the wheel but only at this company.

Experiencia negativa: They won't tell you anything unless you call and ask them.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter loved taking class w/Mr. Dan every time we are in the car she will make a comment "Mr. Dan said....." he must have really had the kids attention with all of her driving comments she remembers from him.

Experiencia negativa: Not impressed with behind the wheels lessons. To much money for what they teach. Ridiculously hard to schedule behind the wheel. I Am waiting for call back now 72 hrs. Will not recommend to any of my friends and family .

Experiencia negativa: Their class hours are okay. However, behind the wheel time. They have communicattion glitch between teachers and office. They left my student in an hour. Charged for two hours. Following time they drop my student 10 minutes early.
