I promise you we are a legitimate business, that is a local family owned company that prides ourselves on excellent customer service. We are available by phone, text and email during office hours. However, we are busy, so if we don't answer we may be helping another customer or you are calling outside of office hours. As far as not being able to leave a voicemail, I will look into with our carrier as we have never had any issues regarding this. Our Newburgh office manager has been with us for over seven years and does an excellent job of assisting students, parents and our instructors . We are available by phone, text and email during office hours. However, we are busy, so if we don't answer we may be helping another customer or you are calling outside of office hours, which I believe was the case last night. As far as our instructors, they are professionals who are dedicated on ensuring our students are safe,defensive drivers in our community and would never try to put the fear of GOD or coerce them into testing with us. That is a personal decision for every family and student as to what they feel works best for them.
