Experiencia fantástica: Monica is awesome I have been dealing with her for a couple of weeks with my grandson she is very honest she lets you know what you need and what you don't need I had a small problem I called her after hours and she called me that evening even though the business was closed I highly recommend her and mr. Goodman the instructor was awesome with my grandson thank you so much Monica. I will be calling you back when it's time for my other grandchildren

Experiencia positiva: I called and left a few messages; Monica called me back few days later with details and prices. I told her my daughter will be the one using the services. I had to call a few times to get everything straight. Monica set everything up and my daughter will be starting lessons soon. Monica thank you for your patience with me as I may have been annoying with all the phone calls. I do truly appreciate all the details and kindly helping me and my daughter with services.

Experiencia negativa: Lady seems nasty. Falsely claiming in reviews that customers “abuse” her. Seems like someone won’t ever admit they were being abusive, rude and unprofessional themselves first to begin with. The pattern of reviews obviously indicate the problem is the owner’s wife. These old Karens never seem to have the level of professionalism to show respect to customers, even if they themselves are in the wrong, nor apologize. So gross.
