Experiencia negativa: Zero stars, Bryan truly does not know how to communicate efficiently. If you have 0 issues logging in and scheduling classes you might be fine. But when there’s an issue it takes DAYS for Bryan to return emails/calls. I had to do a charge back for my refund even though there was 0 classes taken. I paid on Sept 9, and by October not a single class had been taken because we couldn’t log in. Turns out log in info was wrong all it would have taken was an email or a call back to clear up any confusion. We were finally able to schedule classes just for him not to show up. His response? We don’t schedule 24 hrs prior, well the system allowed it and in my email to him on three separate occasions I told him I had scheduled the first class for October 1. When he did not show up we called and emailed several times, no response. He’ll make up some lame excuse under this review as he did with others. He’s bitten off more than he can chew and needs to get a receptionist or something.
Experiencia negativa: I wish I can give zero stars. The owner Brian got away with $674. My son never attended a single class/session. I was interested in this company because I received emails about it since 2023 through my son’s high school, LT. I finally booked my son in February of 2025. Within hours I emailed back cancelling after reading so many horrid reviews on here and yelp. I didn’t feel comfortable. I unfortunately did not do my research first. Because I didn’t receive any communication, I went through my bank to reverse the purchase. My bank marked it as fraud and opened a claim. That part I was not aware of. I received back a temporary credit of $674. A month goes by and that $674 is gone again. The temporary credit was removed, just in time when rent was due. My bank couldn’t recover my money because i authorized this payment online, which I did I just wanted my refund. I contacted Brian to get my refund back and offered to pay the $200 cancellation fee and he refused. He kept calling me a liar and said because I went through my bank in the first place that is why he is refusing to return my now $474. The financial hardship of losing this amount took me under a very dark cloud and I’m still struggling mentally to work harder to replace the funds. I couldn’t afford this in the first place, I don’t understand why LT high school allows parents to receive emails from this company. As if they are affiliated with him. I read on yelp he was reported to the state. Also while I cancelled I was still receiving emails about classes/sessions on Sundays, every single session in March alone was cancelled the day before due to various reasons. There is no organization or professionalism from this person Brian. He’s not a man in my eyes. He is a troll, and a bully — especially towards women. Please, please, please - stay away from this “company” it is not worth your mental health. Fact - it is fraud when a customer’s money is not returned especially when services were not provided. You should feel sorry for yourself and all of the true statements that are all over the internet about you. You lack accountability and professionalism, oh and you are not a real business according to the BBB. In response to your 6 month communication claim, below is the proof for all parents to see. You wouldn’t give me my refund at all and only communicated with me in February and April of 2025. You never called and left voicemails. As I mentioned above, you were able to take my $674 with your own policies, Brian. I was more than willing to pay $200 cancellation fee. Yes it is you that responds to these reviews, stop joshing. You are a loss and a lesson learned and not worth court fees. There are many reviews for very good reason.
Please look up the BBB, they are a for profit business and they make all businesses pay over $1,000.00 per year to be accredited. Then if you pay extra they will delere all negative commenrs about a business. This person excused our company of stealing your credit card and enrolling your child and claiming the charge was fraud. Now you are attacking our employee personally. Of.course will will challenge anything when someone lies because when you would be able to sue our company in civil court for fraud. We have over 500+ students per year and have been open for 10 years. You do the math compared to reviews. The only people that put reviews are the one that get mad because they blow off our emails, reminders or don't read the policies and procedures. This is just another example of a parent blaming our company after 6 emails within 6 months and multiple voice mails reminding them of State regulations. If there was an opportunity to attach documents i would show everyone the amount of times we contracted this family but unfortunately it is not allowed. There are multiple loes within this review and it's just sad this person doesn't tell the truth but then again who really does when we try to make sure we do all we can for every student.
Experiencia negativa: As a business owner myself I would never recommend this business after how my family was treated. F rating on BBB, not accredited, unprofessional. Good business requires ethics as well as a service provided. We ended up being essentially scammed by this business owner. If you are a parent DO NOT utilize this business.
If you read all of our reviews, they all are about the same situation turning it around, being "unprofessional" etc etc. I'm just a simple small business owner so instead of defending this small business, let's just change this replies up.
You be the judge.
Are we unprofessional or just another "Karen" on the loose?
9/25/24 - Day of enrollment - email registration confirmation with all required state documents for passing and processing.
9/27/25 - Class reminder email - email containing all required documents.
9/29/24 -1st day of class, copy of all required documents filled out and sent home
During the course - all students are reminded 4 separate times about the required documents.
12/22/24 - Last day of class. Parents handed a letter about ant required documents not turned in and expiration date of lessons.
1/23/25 - 1st email reminder about all required documents still not turned in.
3/8/25 - 2nd email reminder about all required documents still not turned in.
5/12/25 - 3rd email reminder about all required documents still not turned in.
8/20/25 - driving lesson was lesson due to weather conditions and unsafe environment for student learning experience. (Flooded streets)
9/1/25 - Ashley emails me a "formal complaint" requesting a full refund even through signed and initialed (10/18/24) that she understood that the state regulation state all students must complete their driving lessons within 9 months with all her child's lessons scheduled prior to the expiration date.
9/2/25 - notified Ashley a full refund would mean he will have to take the entire course over as we are not going to give away our services for free and that all future lessons will be deleted.
9/7/25 - The State issues Ashley a letter of completion of the classroom and tells me not to worry about it.
9/16/25 - email from the Illinois attorney generals stating that Ashley reported our company for fraud as "I am holding her son hostage because they did not receive a letter of completion (which she received from the state weeks prior), requests a full refund due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism (with a picture of the same paper she received the last day of class reminder she about the required documents and expiration date).
So....you be the judge. Was it a lack of communication and unprofessionalism or just another case of another Karen going overboard when she received more attention than everyone else?
BTW - both 1st started these reviews 2 weeks ago and now is deleting them because of my response and putting them back up. My response must be too accurate for her do waste so much or her own time at 5am every week.
Experiencia negativa: Beware of this business. I was shocked at the level of dishonesty, unprofessionalism, rudeness and a general lack of care for the families. Unsafe, disorganized and poor communication. We paid $598 and weren't even able to complete the course. Absolute shame of an owner. Do not go here!!
