She quickly returned our phone calls and helped us to schedule the drives we needed. The instructors were very knowledgeable and always encouraging! I would definitely recommend to other families.

Experiencia negativa: The online course is utter trash. I also had a bad experience with the instructors, they were very condescending and made me nervous and mess up. Would not recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: this is the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. Do not let the “schedule drives at your own convenience“ fool you it is first come first serve and I have been trying to transfer driving schools and they will never answer the phone this is so unprofessional. They answered the phone one time and the lady charged me $150 to finish drives after I told her I wanted a transfer her attitude is continuously bad this company is the worst.

Experiencia fantástica: The is a very good driving school. My Son took both the online classes and the DPS Driver Test. The Wait Time to schedule Drive Test with Safeway was 1 Week and the Office Staff provided all steps to complete. My Son Got Drivers Licence as expected. Texas Teen Licence process is very complex with parent taught very complex process. I got help from office staff and all went smooth. Visiting the Office is the Best way to get License and Steps.. Dont Do it Alone use SAFEWAY..and save your money and time and all will go well. FIVE Star Deserved Safeway NO other local competitors can provide office support like Safeway!

Experiencia negativa: I went there to drop my sister off there and waited two hours for her to finish with her driver. they came back but the person was very upset and my sister was in tears and shaking behind him. He told both me that we should find someone better that inst him or the building and that we had wasted their time and his time the most. when he left,she had told me that he constantly started yelling and getting real angry at her when she made a tiny mistake . I was not happy about what he had told me and what he had did to my sister it was really uncalled for so I know for a fact that I am not coming back here and dropping off any family members here again.

Experiencia negativa: My son has not done the driving portion yet, so this review is only on the online portion and the customer support. The website has issues. The first time we emailed for help, they responded courteously. It was a female. The second time it wasn't working (the next day) the man on the phone was beyond rude. Almost insinuating that I was making up a story and lying to him - for what? Why would I need to lie about the site not doing what it is supposed to be doing. Perhaps the customer service is luck of the draw, perhaps the driving portion is considerably better. Perhaps. Perhaps, I should have found a class he can take in person and not have to deal with a website that has issues, and rude customer service. If you're like me, a mom that wants the best experience for her child and value for her money, perhaps you should keep looking because once you spend the money, its no going back. Think long and hard. I wish I would have shopped around more.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has driven out of the Klein Oak location and they have been professional, patient and encouraging! I would highly recommend! Coach has always ended the lesson with some recommendations to work on for the next week! Becky has been wonderful with scheduling and confirming drive times! I love the convent location and the professionalism of this company!

Experiencia positiva: The courses are good, but every time when i"m about to take my driving courses the website always has issues which makes me miss days and a weeks worth of class time. For an example, i had a time where their whole website was down and i couldn't get on it until a couple of days later but i wasn't available to take the classes. Another time where i would log in on their courses and it would pop up an error message saying, bad port or something like that. Don't get me wrong i tried to make it work on different computers, on my phone to see if it'll pull it up but nope, does not work. Also, they don't extend your dates on the classes you had purchased even though it was their fault in the first place!
