Experiencia negativa: $5 a month on my card is not ok for roadside assistance!!… He doesn’t even drive yet amd I have my own coverage!! My son didn’t finish his VERY LONG readings in time and he had to pay an additional $50. This wasn’t clear when we chose this site.

Experiencia positiva: Is this still exists in San Antonio? Looks the number is wrong the website doesn’t have contact information either. How can anyone contact if the information provided is incorrect

Experiencia negativa: My daughter took lessons via this site. We're in Texas. Now I've learned driversed.com is in California. I probably wouldn't have minded that at the outset but now that there are problems its clear they aren't familiar with Texas details. Everything was great until they stopped managing behind the wheel training themselves. Now we are left with an incomplete course and they are making it impossible to get the correct paperwork for the online portions that definitely were completed so we can transfer to a local school. The customer support people have been friendly enough but are very hamstrung by their systems. Minor things are referred to managers who _never_ call back. Maybe I'll add more stars if they ever send me the certificate of completion for the online portion. What a joke.

Experiencia negativa: Call them for anything just to reach a person before giving them any money. 3-4 weeks to get an answer via email is not acceptable and using Covid as the excuse is not acceptable in July. This was worst customer experience ever. If you can’t call them and get an answer run the other way but first you have to figure out what number to call them on as it’s buried in their website! Too many other schools to choose from. We used another school in Spring Tx and they were awesome!
