In Livingston we don’t have good drivers ed school. I am so thankful to Melanie for her encouraging and positive words and also that she picked my son from our house which made everything so easy.

Experiencia fantástica: My family recommended this driving school because two of my family members took the course and loved it. This was my first time doing any sort of driving school and I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. Melanie arrived on time and we immediately clicked. She was nice, easy to talk to, and encouraged me while I drove, making it a stress-free process. I've had two lessons with her so far and will be having my third one next week. To anyone who suffers from anxiety or is nervous to learn how to drive, I definitely recommend Melanie Bond's Curbside Driving School. I went from being an anxious driver to a confident one in under two lessons and will be taking my behind the wheel test sooner than I expected! She gave me the confidence I needed to drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Curbside is hands down the best driving school around. I would highly recommend them and I especially love Melanie. She’s not only been my driving instructor but she’s been my brothers and my sisters as well and not once have any of us had a problem. The service is amazing and they’re always on time and on top of their priorities. They’re amazing people and super professional. They always make sure you are comfortable before you begin and are so much help when you forget about something or if you just have a question. In the future I will be sending my kids to them and so will my siblings.

Experiencia negativa: Literally THE WORST driving instructor ever. The first time we had an appointment she only game me an hour because she said that she had a “family event” to go to and after that one time she has canceled on me 6 times. She’s schedule a day and put a time on it but then cancel the day before due to an “emergency” so now my permit expires next week and I’m out of luck so I now need to retake my permit test and make another appointment for my behind the wheel test, it’s sad because today was when it became the last straw she’d only contact me and never answer texts or calls from my mom so now I’m going to a different driving school but after this happened I decided to look at reviews and unfortunately everyone else has had the same experience that I’ve had, I don’t have a say so in where you spend your money but I wouldn’t do it here. It’s a waste of time.

Experiencia negativa: Cancles last minute. When you call or text, it takes her days to get back to you, if at all. Melanie talks about your student behind their back with other school mates. But worst if all, she doesn't refund your money for the lesson she missed. She gave my child his gold certificate after only 4 hours because she had to cancel last minute on his last appointment because she had an emergency in her family. Luckily, thanks to me teaching my child right, he passed. My child said all she did when they drove was gossip with very little instruction from her. She offered to give me a refund, bit I told her to put it toward my second childs lessons, and when it came time to schedule him, she said that she couldn't take him on as a client. When I notified the BBB about her, she ignored them too...I should have read her Yelp reviews...do yourself a favor and go somewhere esle where they give better customer service, and they don't have issues with being immoral or unethical

Experiencia negativa: very unprofessional cancels last minute lots of excuses. had an apt Saturday for my sons first 2 hours driving got an email asking to postpone as her battery was dead, told her we cleared the whole day to let us know when she was ready. said she was trying to find a ride so we offered to give her a ride to help her get her battery to give me a call when ready and it turned into a text saying aw thanks my sister is taking me which quickly turned into it wasn't the battery must be the altenator so I am going to have to reschedule she didn't have a back up car today but would tomorrow she said she could be there at 7:45 the next morning, things happen we said ok next morning 7am I get a text that says my mom has cancer and I have to go to the hospital with her I have to postpone I hope you understand(if her mom really has cancer I pray the doctors do all they can). well in between all of this I did a little internet research and found multiple complaints about this companies flakiness and constant failure to keep appointments, when I was talking to my friend about it she said let me guess your using curbside... which leads me to believe that their excuses might just be excuses cause they don't want to work on the weekend but don't want you going anyplace else either until they irritate you and then its I understand if you go someplace else. my son who should be driving now has to wait almost 2 weeks to get into a more reputable reliable driving school. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND DON'T MIND CONSTANT EXCUSES

Experiencia fantástica: As a mother of a first time driver i would highly recommend Melanie. My daughter said she likes driving with her more than me. In Livingston we only have 1 drivers ed school witch we got so many bad reviews from teens in the area there was no way i was going to let my daughter drive with them. Thank you curbside for picking her up and droping her off at our house for no extra fee for the distance. Great customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I was sceptical of all of the 1-star ratings but I figured they were a while ago so I'd give them a shot. Best decision I made. Malanie was great with getting us appointments on the days we wanted(Given we did schedule ahead of time and not the day before). The instructor Tom is very thorough throughout all of his lessons and answered the many questions I had. I'd go as far as to say he's over-qualified for the work he's doing. On top of that, he's a really nice guy. I'd recommend Curbside to anyone who is nervous about driving or wants a great instructor.
