ABC Driver Education

Experiencia negativa: ABC Driver Education on Eastern Ave is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and money-hungry. 1. Scheduling is a disaster – They cancel lessons at the last minute, waste your time, and then blame you for their mistakes. Rescheduling is nearly impossible, and they treat you as if they’re doing you a favor by even answering the phone. 2. Terrible communication – The staff is rude, dismissive, and talks down to students and parents. Forget about getting a straight answer — you’ll get excuses, attitude, or outright silence. 3. Unsafe vehicles & poor teaching – The cars are old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The instructors barely teach; they seem more interested in rushing through the lesson than making sure you learn how to drive safely. 4. Only about the money – Once they take your payment, you’re trapped. They don’t care if you actually learn, they just want to squeeze every dollar. Refunds? Forget it. Accountability? Nonexistent. This place should be shut down for how badly it treats people. Avoid at all costs — if you want your money and time respected, and if you actually care about learning to drive properly, go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Keep in mind, if you pay the tuition in full and complete all of your classroom training (and pass with high marks), if you do not: 1. Complete the six hours of in-car instruction, or 2. Drive well enough to pass the final hour of on-road training with ABC within three years... your records are destroyed and you will have to pay full tuition and start all over again from the beginning, even if you have maintained your learner's permit and been working towards the 60 hours required by the state. The MVA will have no record of your successful classroom completion. Note: Be VERY precise in your discussion and understanding of down payment, tuition and private driving lesson fees.
