Experiencia negativa: ROAD TEST: How can you NOT OFFER this service when you have an office in NYC!?!. And to add further insult.....Only offer ROAD TEST in WAIT MINUTE..... WESTCHESTER COUNTY ONLY; For now.....!

Experiencia negativa: Son excelente para el curso de 5 horas , pero para el curso de manejo no los recomiendo, muy lejos de la realidad de lo que pasara en la prueba con el evaluador,.no recomendada para alquilar el carro con ellos , solo sacan el dinero y ya

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend them. I signed up for the 5 hour class, they get back to me the day of the class saying that I couldn’t use my temporary permit (the paper one) to sign up for the class and that they needed a New York State ID. Fine, I got back to them right away with a picture of my permanent resident card. They accept it and then half an hour later contact me again saying the DMV won’t let them accept a permanent resident card as proof of id. I tell them I don’t know how that’s possible given that this was the document I used when I went to the dmv to get the permit in the first place. They won’t budge so I ask for a refund - they tell me I have to send in an email to ask for that. Why? The mistake was on their part in not having accurate information on their website. Again, they offer no apologies and said they can’t do anything about it. I email them asking for a refund and never hear back!! They are disorganized and incompetent. Find somewhere else.
