Experiencia negativa: When I visited this office, the receptionists were not only rude but also extremely unprofessional. Instead of being greeted warmly, my friend and I were treated with impatience and disrespect. I tried addressing the issue with their supervisor, but unfortunately, the supervisor defended the receptionists, blaming the stress of their job. While stress can I be a reason. it does not justify poor treatment of customers. This experience was disheartening and has led me to advise others to avoid this office. this encounter reinforced the importance of good customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and businesses must ensure their staff uphold these standards to maintain their reputation and customer satisfaction. ---
