Experiencia negativa: Took my payment and sent a text that they are closing. I immediately went to the office and it was cleared with number disconnected and website was not loading. Called around to find out two locations went out of business at the same time. There has not been proper notice or responses to refund students. This is a nightmare for us!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Do *NOT* listen to the reviews!!! This is an excellent driving school! My son had completed the classroom lessons, but was busy with football and couldn’t do the in car driving. When we finally had the free time, he was put in the hospital for a health condition. Office worked with us great! Helped us sign up for all 7 driver classes when we came and talked. Got a lot done in a short amount of time! Mrs.Brandy is excellent and so is the desk worker, Kaitlyn! 10/10 school, extremely accommodating, trusting, truthful, and definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: Our second daughter has completed the course with IDrive. Business is under New Ownership and they ensured that teens 16th birthday deadline was met. Hurray! BTW scheduling and availability has improved drastically. Sunni is excellent with texting available dates. The front desk staff has answered all questions promptly and assisted with scheduling. Definitely recommend this Driving Academy. Ten Stars**********!

Experiencia negativa: Part one of the courses was amazing. Scheduling behind the wheel is very difficult. I have called several times and send multiple emails. The scheduling system online is not accurate. It's been over a month so I'm very frustrated. Update: Called and was talk to look at the schedule after Jan 16th. Have been calling since then. Went to the school and the hours are not accurate.

Experiencia negativa: PARENTS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!!! Classroom portion was easy and successful. The BTW Sessions are hard to schedule and the staff are no help!!! They give a date that they are going to release sessions and you log in and they are automatically filled up. My son, my husband and I ARE ALL LOGGING ON DAILY AND NOTHING IS AVAILABLE. Then the day you don’t log in they release dates and guess what, they have already been booked!!!! They do not return calls or emails. My son took the classroom session in JUNE! Here it is February of the next year and he has only done ONE BTW SESSION!! This course is way too expensive not to be able to schedule the BTW Sessions right after the classroom and in a timely manner! You have already been paid in full so it is poor customer service and an operational failure that our teens can’t get in the BEHIND THE WHEEL SESSIONS scheduled as easy as it was for the school to take our payment! I wish I would have went with my second choice.

Experiencia negativa: For my daughter- classtime was good, however its been a pain to get this accomplished. First when booking the appointment at the DMV it was a 3 month wait, so shes been waiting this entire time, not able to get her permit. NOW, to find they only release car driving time every two weeks, so Im literally sitting at the computer at 5pm on the dot, just to have NOTHING available, at 5:01. How can the drive times be full immediately. I would recommend a less busier place because this is going to take forever at this rate, just to get her on the road.

Experiencia positiva: Like many other reviews, my daughter had a great experience with the classroom lessons. Ever since I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent emails trying to get her BTW lessons scheduled with only one response of “keep checking the schedule”. It’s now been a year since her class and she’s had ZERO BTW lessons. It’s pretty frustrating and disappointing as I chose this school over a few others I had friends recommend.

Experiencia positiva: So far I wouldn't recommend them. Started great getting her class time done. We made sure to rush and get my daughter's learners permit so we wouldn't loss time getting her driving time setup. Now almost 2 months later haven't heard from IDrive and when I called they are booking up times. We were told we would get emails when booking was open and so far no emails. Update as of November 3rd we now have 4 driving times completed. I would advise trying to setup times with Sunni. She has been great to schedule with even on Sundays and evenings.

Experiencia positiva: When you’ve paid for the most expensive package, one would expect to be able to get everything accomplished BEFORE your teenager’s permit almost expires (which my son’s does next month)! I will admit, the classroom instructions were great, the staff has been nice and professional when encountering them, however, I expected to be able to schedule our “Behind the Wheel” lessons online as easily as getting in for the classroom lessons, but the ability to do anything online with this company is a big NEGATIVE/not happening because there is never any openings for such lessons. I HAVE CALLED TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT, to get the Behind the Wheel lessons scheduled. I have to either leave a message (only gotten a call back twice, mind you it’s been more than 6 months since my son finished the classroom portion) and I have only been able to get one BTW lesson scheduled with the second call back!! I have called and called many times since, so I am obviously extremely frustrated with all of this!! It ticks me off to pay close to $500 and you don’t even get half of what you pay for!!! Just an update, after dealing with the scheduling issues, everything worked out all right. Wanted to say a big THANKS to ALL that helped to make the whole situation smooth out!! So, THANK YOU (I did change my stars from 3 to a 4 star rating)!!! I give only 4 stars due to the scheduling issues, just wish y’all had a better system.

Experiencia negativa: Is this driving school even open?? I have left 2 voicemail messages and 2 emails for questions. This was done last Monday and Tuesday. Just general questions concerning my teenager that were not answered on the website. Was thinking of enrolling her at this location for the teen driving course. Here it is the following Monday and the voicemails nor emails were returned. Either they are closed for business or a really bad business practice.

However, every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this driving academy, especially for teens.

Experiencia negativa: Spent a lot of money with these folks, daughter felt very uncomfortable with instructor, instructor keep rolling her eyes and seemed like she did not want to help!! Had to send my kid to another driving school where she passed with flying colors!! Not sure if it was race related but BLK Folks beware!!

Easy online registration allows you to see all class options as well as the number of spaces left in each class. My daughter enjoyed the class as well as the instructors. Had an extremely positive experience! I will be taking my sons here for driver's education in the future.
