Experiencia negativa: Please don’t waste your money and your time going To this place the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional After me paying her the money for my daughters Classes she called me 5 minutes later accusing me of not Paying her and that the receipt she gave me was not valid ‍♀️ I got really upset after a long argument over the phone She told me she found the money .I was already upset so I When back to get my money .i can’t complain to no one Because she’s actually the wife of the instructor is their Business ‍♀️

Experiencia positiva: Receptionist was no help at all I came in because no one answered my calls! 7/9/25 I come in and she asks me if am expecting a child because am to fat and should wear an undergarment so I don’t look like am pregnant. She tells me that my daughter needs a hair cut and makes remarks that has nothing to do with her job. Super unprofessional and disrespectful . She Called me this morning at 6 am to tell me they cancel the class and try’s to send me out far .Such disappointing business in need of new management!! 0⭐️ Update : was able to take my traffic school class and get credit after she scheduled . Class was educational and effective! Good instruction made the class interesting and impactful

Experiencia fantástica: Ricardo was super friendly and really helped me refine my driving skills. He helped me learn to drive on the freeway for the first time and I was able to pass my driving test! 100% recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Richard the instructor, had my teenage son drive to his house so he could use the restroom and get some water. Needless to say I canceled the remaining lessons. When I spoke to Richard to voice my concerns, he didn't think it was a problem. To say he is unprofessional is an understatement. Buyer beware.....

Experiencia fantástica: I picked the six hour training course and I passed my driving test. This was my first time behind the wheel, the instructor made me feel comfortable and was patient with me and answered any questions I had. After my sixth hour of training I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. The instructor has great stories that made me laugh and get used to talking in the car while paying attention to the road. I had an amazing experience at Pasadena Driving School

Experiencia fantástica: I just passed my behind the wheel test today the first try in one of the toughest DMV branch. That was so awesome! Ricardo was extremely calm and patient during our lessons. He was so helpful knowing that I do not have much experience behind the wheel but he was so helpful in improving my driving weaknesses. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: I am really not sure why their receptionist is still hired. First of all, let me be straightforward: her English is terrible. It is not just her accent. She is also very impatient and is not even trying to help me understanding her. She keeps cutting me off on the phone and I cannot even communicate with her. I am sure their coaches work hard and I feel bad for them since their hard work is diminished by this bad receptionist.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. I was not able to hear her instructions well at some points while she was giving me the address and the call kept breaking in and out. She called me "lento" which means slow in Spanish and kept asking how old I was and that I was too young to be this slow. She eventually called back and apologized to me after I put her in her place. Her excuse was that she had other people on the other lines. How the heck is that my fault? I was so upset and in shock that I was willing to drive to the business to complain to her superiors. Maybe she would of respected me more had I chosen to speak English with her. Very dissapointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I called on the phone and also come in to the driving school office in Pasadena the receptionist was very professional once I paid she gave me everything I needed to get to my course on time, she handed me a paper with a set time and address and name of the place where I needed to go, she also sat down me and explained exactly what I need to do before I got there, I think the reason why some people had a problem is because they didn’t pay in advance and tried to pay at the class, you have to pay in advance and go to the driving school office in Pasadena and you should have no problems !!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. Awful. Ricardo es muy mal profesor, esta todo el rato contestando llamadas mientras estas en el curso de manejo. Grita y se altera cuando quieres que dobles o que te detengas en un stop. No aprendi nada del funcionamiento del carro ni de las luces. Solo te saca a dar unas vueltas alrededor de la escuela. En su oficina son desorganizados y extravian los documentos y las copias. Cada vez que fui a una clase me pedian sacar copia a mi permiso de instruccion, porque ellos la extraviaban. Muy mala escuela.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist wasted my time and screwed me over twice. The first time she told me to come in during her lunch break and then she what isn't even back when her lunch break was supposed to end. Then on the date of the actual traffic school she didn't tell me when it started so I came late and now I'm screwed for court. Very unprofessional and she barely spoke English.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience learning with Ricardo. Not only is he an accomplished and patient instructor who seems to know every corner of the LA county, but he went of his way to monitor openings in the appointment schedule of multiple DMV around the area in order to find me an appointment for the driving test quickly and around my schedule. Ricardo is also a very human person. I cannot recommend him enough!

Experiencia negativa: The lady on the phone is so rude. She kept on cutting me while Im asking questions and then hang up on me saying "Thank you. Bye" while I was talking.

Experiencia fantástica: Ricardo is a very professional driving teacher. His class is practical and easy-to-follow. I had never driven before, and after 16 hours learning within 4 weeks, I passed the test on the first try. Ricardo is very punctual, and even earlier. He taught me everything about the test and beyond, like driving on mountain road and freeway. During my practice, he observed my operations carefully and corrected my errors with great patience. I asked to use his car for the test, because this is the one I am familiar with. He agreed and even made appointment for me. His wife took me to the test, waited there, then drove me home after the test. Both Ricardo and his wife are very nice and easy to get along with.

Experiencia fantástica: I literally just passed my test this morning! First time trying too! I only did 10 hours with Ricardo, and HE IS AWESOME!!!! I can't thank him enough for teaching someone like me (who has never driven a car until I drove his) how to drive. I don't know how he does it, but his confidence is contagious. He tells you what you did wrong but doesn't make you feel bad about it. He's very professional, and yes, he is VERY punctual. DON'T make him wait once he's ready! Ricardo lets you drive on the freeway only if he feels like you're ready for it. His wife is very supportive too. She's like a second mom to me. They let you use the instructor's car for the test (which is much better since that's the car you've been practicing on). Overall, a great experience! To teach someone how to operate a car and pass the driver's test in 10 HOURS is an amazing feat in my opinion. THANK YOU RICARDO!
