Experiencia fantástica: I found safe roads a great driving academy the instructors,Paul, and Diane are all kind hearted people and I learned new things I never knew before in the drivers ed class.Highly recommend safe roads anybody that is under 18 that would like to get there license early to come here.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely unreliable. My son used to attend this driving academy and would constantly wait ages to get a reply to go driving. Took him way longer to get his license than it needed to due to this.

Experiencia positiva: It was easy to sign my son up for driving lessons. They responded quickly to my voice-mail for interest and recommended what she thought was best for him. He did few lessons , went for road test and passed. They made him feel confident that he was ready.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. This place has forgotten about adding my child to driving lessons more than once and as a result it had significantly delayed their finishing the program and getting their license. It's too bad because reason why we came here was thru a good friend's recommendation and positive experience, it just was not our case.

We make mistakes, as hard as we try not to, we do!
We encourage all our students to communicate with the office staff when scheduling in-car behind the wheel drive time. When scheduling instructor time with student time, mistakes sometimes happen.
Calling the office to inform the staff of the mistake is very much appreciated.
Once we become aware of the mistake the staff works diligently to correct the error and to review procedures so the mistake does not happen again.
Unfortunately, the office staff checked all past and current student while attempting to correct what may have gone wrong but there is no student with the last name beginning in Y, or a student with the initials of C Y, so we cannot correct our mistake.
It is our hope that if this review is from a past student that they received their Class D Massachusetts License. If it is from a current student, please contact the office 978-345-6200 so our staff can correct the issue.
