Experiencia negativa: Completed course 09/21 and it is 10/8 today .. year 2024… I called about where my certificate is and they said it might have got lost in the mail and is out of there control , I had to call to send for one again and my deadline is 10/21… the response I got was “hopefully it makes it there on time”…. Horrible service , not even a free expedition fee for the first certificate getting lost in the mail. I took this course for Tlc and they have a deadline before the app is voided and I lose the money I spent so far . Customer service is horrible . Then was offered to expedite it for a fee of 40 dollars , CROOKS! They advertised 7-10 business days and that is not true , they also advertised instant download of cert and that is also not true . Will never use this service again and I would never recommend it to anybody to use
