Operating since 1962 as part of a driver training company, TRANS 360, Inc. was incorporated in Oregon in 1972 to address the special training needs of the motor transportation industry. Our aim is to enhance the knowledge, awareness and skills of the operators of these vehicles. TRANS 360’s services enhance fleet operations by training professional drivers, maintenance and management personnel.

The main objective of training is to improve the overall safety, efficiency and awareness of drivers.Some of the specific areas that are covered include basic inspection, air brake systems, required driver checks, safe driving techniques and correct engine & transmission operation. It is our belief that all drivers need to understand proper vehicle operation, safety and awareness in order to be a safe driver.

Over the past 25 years, we have provided tailored programs to various types of trucking companies, OEMs (Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner), Utilities, Sand & Gravel, and government agencies.

TRANS360 staff was very professional and helped me tremendously. They taught me how to drive a manual 10 speed truck in 4 weeks and that was no easy task. Jack was my instructor he was extremely patient and always uplifting me. The curriculum was set up for you get class time first two weeks and drive in the later 2 weeks. I would HIGHLY suggest prioritizing learning the pre trip portion ASAP. It will make or break you. Overall I did well and passed the WA State Exam on the first try and I am now a certified CDL driver. Want to get a CDL in the PDX area? This is the place to do it!

Experiencia fantástica: I went from never having driven a manual to passing my Class B with a manual and air brakes on my first try. The instructors here build you up with steady and systematic training so you don’t feel overwhelmed, and get you ready to test quick. Everyone is very patient and provides a great learning environment.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Trans360 exceeded my expectations. Trained by experienced drivers who knows what it takes. They are not desk drivers, smoking mirrors, they are the real deal! The staff are supportive and want to pass on their knowledge and want you to succeed. I have learned a lot, coming from non-experience, never drove a tractor trailer, shifted a 10 speed, etc.. Trained by Trans360=Success! Highly Recommended if you want a CDL. Experiencia fantástica: Trans360 is full of experienced instructors who go above and beyond to make sure you come out a CDL driver. In only 2 weeks (Class B guy), I went from zero manual experience to shifting with no issues! Every instructor has something new to teach you. They don’t just teach you how to pass the test, they go beyond that and teach you how to drive like a professional. They truly do care about their students. Highly recommend them.
