Experiencia negativa: First off, they messed up my skills road test, sent me a whole different schedule then this one day they just call me and say if I’m going to come to my skills practice test and I was like you’re bot sent me a text saying it was for next week, surprise I have to change and wake my sister up to take me. Secondly I scheduled an appointment for TODAY September 9th because it’s my birthday, I’m 17 now and I can get a drivers license and I have no school TODAY because I’m a senior. When I come in they say I’m not scheduled for today, surprise I’m scheduled for tomorrow, like I SPECIFICALLY asked for today like how am I gonna mess up my own birthday, mind you the receptionist is catching an attitude while eating, girl please these money hungry people won’t even do their job correctly, poor manners and they just don’t care she was so nonchalant about the situation trying to put the blame on me. (The owner called me and resolved my problem, thank you so much to him he was very kind, but still it was a mistake on his secretary).

Experiencia negativa: Evil driving instructor if you get this old black light skin lady avoid her at all cost. They also stopped replying to my text messages and calls to get another driving lesson. I was patient and polite with this lady for the longest trying to learn I don’t think belittling, being aggressive and shouting is the best thing to do while teaching a student how to drive. She blew her horn at everyone in the road once she took the wheel she was insane! She tried to make me run over this Asian lady in the street when I parked on the side of the street this old Asian lady was just roaming a empty street I had no way to go around her. I’ll never forget how disgusting her attitude and behavior was she was blaming me for not learning how to drive when I had no family to help me or let alone teach me I was taking public transportation for school and work and I work HARD to do what I gotta do. But of course these money hungry scammers don’t care they just want an easy job and easy pay. She used my time to drive to get herself McDonald’s . She was too old and impatient to be teaching young people how to drive. She was just plain ignorant and entitled I don’t understand why these people don’t retire or let a younger instructor take over. If you get that stressed out you need to find another job! They wouldn’t return my calls and set up these new policies after what happened to me. It is unfair when you have an experience like that and you are paying for these courses only to be dealt with unprofessional behavior. I can see if I was rude and careless but I wasn’t she just expected me to have help and support like she did a privilege I never had…. but that was just so uncalled for. I cried I felt so embarrassed as a young black woman I really expected more support from that lady …I didn’t have my parents or even grandparents to guide me but I’m always respectful towards any elders even when they do me wrong. I hope someone sees this before they think about coming here they have favorites too at the start of class, it’s very weird. I bet once they read this they’ll never try to hit me up or even apologize just took my money and acted like I didn’t matter…..

Experiencia fantástica: At 30 years old with two kids, I was terrified of trying to get my license. Star driving academy did more than put me at ease. They taught me and built me up. Don't be afraid to try no matter who you are, they will be patient. 10/10 highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved Star Driving Academy!! The staff there was amazing, specifically Ms. Sharhonda! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel and made me feel like a confident driver!! Ms. Sharhonda answered any and all questions I had regarding driving as well as my license in general!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice staff. The process is quick but they still make sure you leave knowing what you need to know. I went already knowing how to drive but the lady still took her time to turn my good parking near perfect.
