Experiencia fantástica: Great place to learn how to drive

Experiencia negativa: Do not use. Impossible to get drive times. Waste of money. Office staff is ZERO help.

Experiencia positiva: It's become impossible to get driving times and communication with the Aledo location is almost impossible.

Experiencia negativa: When I made an appointment for a personal driver it gave me an account which showed me my appointment information, Except that it did not include a detailed address or more information about my instructor. It gave me the option to see the location by clicking the googles maps option but it kept directing me to the middle of the ocean or a trailer park, I kept calling and emailing during working hours on that Saturday since it said they closed at 6PM, but I did not get a single call back. I did however get a response from a different maverick building and the lady told me she doesn’t know what I should do and she gave me a phone number to call and said they’ll pick up the phones at 3PM and I still got no response. They sent me an email that was a “reminder” but in the reminder where it said the pick up location it was completely blank. I did not want to risk my safety by going to an unfamiliar location with no one confirming it. I really hope I get a full refund because I received 0 help. Update: after my appointment time passed someone decided to call me and ask if I’m canceling my appointment. I was trying to explain to her how I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone who would help and no one did but she cut me off by saying “okay thank you” and hung up before I was finished. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your time and money.
