Experiencia negativa: Calling during business hours is worthless . Website says thier open, call them it says call back during business hours . What exactly are your business hours it 12: 20 is not business hours .

Experiencia negativa: Ocala is a joke. There is nothing in the so call rules that state if you are taking meds and drug test comes back positive that’s you don’t qualify for this so call DUI program. You get a verbal warning, but they add on another 12 weeks in this stupid program which in turn total 24 weeks. And bill your insurance company, that mess up known all the time that they will not approve you for the DUI program but they will sure get that insurance money. A bunch of criminals from the head to toes. This process needs to be change cause I’m sure we are not the only ones who experimented this problem. Change the contract and get the ppl who are paid taxes a fight chance.

Experiencia positiva: All was fine until my evaluation. I left there with no recommendation for treatment I was quote unquote one of the 30% that didn't have to go to treatment. An hour and a half later I was contacted at home by phone saying there had been some mix-up or mistake and now I am required to go to treatment.... Pretty fishy to me, I don't know if they work off commission and have a quota to meet for treatment but I've only had one DUI or one traffic infraction in 30 years it doesn't make sense...

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed my level 2 dui course and evaluation! I absolutely had an excellent experience here! I had instructor Mike for the class and I was so surprised on how wonderful the actual course was! He treats you well dignity and respect! He actually cares about you and what he does! It is up to you what you will take from your experience! But for me it was a blessing! Then it was on to the evaluation I had Monte who was absolutely wonderful as well! She was very caring and understanding which is so wonderful especially when we are going through what we are it makes a huge difference! The staff are amazing as well! Thank you so very much to you all! And just remind yourself that you are here because of our actions and be grateful that we were given another chance to make it right!

Experiencia negativa: April and the instructor were great - Rest of the place was horrifying!! When you go for your evaluation YOU WILL BE RECOMENDED for counseling - Doesn't matter what happened or how small or large an infraction you have. The Attorney General should look into this place. they get away with it because people are vulnerable and need to get the classes and their license. Don't get me wrong, there are some people that need the counseling...just not everybody. Person that evaluated me had NO CREDENTIALS and had to ask someone else, who wasn't even in the room during the eval, if the counseling was needed - Total scam between these people and the places you are sent for counseling.

Experiencia negativa: Very rude and need advice on how to treat human beings! It's like walmart you need to let them no 5 days in advance if you are going to be laid up in the hospital almost dying or They hold it against you ,Also you need to be there on time They can sit in there break room make you wait 30 minutes but if you show up a few seconds late They hold that against you as wrll, and if you can't remember something word for word from 12 years ago They hold that against you.They try to draw your case out as long as possible to get more $ from you. Word to the wise make sure you take notes of everything they set up because it always gets changed without your acknowledgement.

Experiencia negativa: These people are fantastic until you give them your money, they lie to you and make your whole experience thru the court system a nightmare. I wouldn't let them train my dog let alone help someone with an alcoholic problem

Experiencia negativa: I had just visited this location today (09/09/2016) for my D.U.I. Level II evaluation to determine whether I need drug/alcohol counseling afterwards. The Evaluator Brian was very rude and did not want to here what a had to say regarding the matter, his questions were very indirect. I had advised Brian I had been clean for almost 2 years, since (10/24/2014), then placed on probation on (04/06/2015). After the evaluation had been completed, Brian stated the reason I need aftercare/counseling is because I used Marijuana on Probation, I advised Brian my clean date is (10/24/2014). Then Brian stated that I told him the last time I used Marijuana had been (10/24/2015), which is incorrect and refused to correct HIS error. I will submit a formal written letter to the Director Barbara Reincke at address 225 NE 14 ST Ocala, FL 34475. Overall everything went well, April at the front desk is sweetheart and acknowledged Brian's behaviors and stated "I know I'm sorry".

Experiencia negativa: The Tavares office consists of the biggest scam artists in the area. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They are all very unprofessional and they will find any way to make your life miserable. Their prices are way too high and they are non negotiable so they take you for all your money and in a sense rub it in your face. The staff sucks and are very unhelpful especially that moron Brian !!!! (The evaluator) Can't stand him he's rude, very one sided when talking to him as if he doesn't wanna hear what you have to say, and tries to intimidate the people he evaluates. Overall this place is terrible and they will not have a problem trying to suspend your licence multiple times so you come back in to waste your time and overpay them. THIS PLACE SUCKS STAY AWAY !!!!!
