Experiencia negativa: My stepson is scheduled for a final driving lesson this morning before his road test this afternoon. The instructor calls my husband 15 minutes beforehand to inform him he's stuck at Walmart getting an oil change. He knew this last night and no one contacted my husband, and now we're scrambling on a Saturday morning. I told my husband to cancel after the first 2 red flags - constant confusion with lessons and testing dates. Completely unprofessional and goofy. DO NOT patronize this company if you are seeking competence, common sense, and professionalism. This business does not deserve local support.

Experiencia negativa: The worse driving school in Henry County area!!! They canceled twice on me before both within the hour they were suppose to show up!! The last time it was for my daughter’s driving test. Then they give a hard time giving you a refund because they have a policy where they have to had canceled on you more than once!!! Please try any other company before this one

Experiencia negativa: Run away, run away, run away. Simply put, if the time they provide does not fit your schedule, they will not refund your money. Technically, they are a scam. Save your money

Experiencia negativa: Anybody that answers phones at this driving school needs some kind of customer service classes. There is nothing as painful as watching your child log in a class as required. The teacher comes on line on camera without saying anything else but just says, “wave at me,” my child waved and message spears that your session has been terminated. Tried to call. Instead the person that answers the phone asks me what I want. I was all addressed to with attitude. She told me try tomorrow then. It’s the way you address a problem when you know you messed up that either retains customers and they recommend you to other prospective customers or lose business through failure to address problems. Six Sigma Black Belt is really good in elevation of business markets due to better customer service handling and management

Experiencia negativa: TRASH! Save your money and register at another driving school. Unprofessional and a lackluster attitude. Cancelled appointments NOT due to inclement weather. Sessions cut short for no reason at all, and bad communication between its own employees.

Experiencia negativa: I am over the unprofessionalism of this company. After numerous inconveniences on their part, I am not able to be issued a refund. I paid $225 for an In-Car driving lesson for 01/24/21, my driving instructor rescheduled three times since that day. Images will be attached. I was very patient, respectful, and understanding to the people until I realized they had no interest in assisting me with my predicament. I agreed to move the lessons thrice and took off work constantly because of "next day" promises. I called the company numerous times (more than 15) at a time to speak to someone for assistance. Someone might have answered the 16th time and told me they would reschedule the appointment for me for 01/27/21 at 10:00am. I have that email on file from when the administrator scheduled it. I got up in the morning and it was raining, but I received no notification of the appointment being changed AGAIN, but I still figured. I called the office yet again about 10 times before someone answered and told me the appointment was canceled due to "inclement weather" which is 100% understood but nevertheless not acceptable because I didn't receive the email they so called "sent". I have checked every part of my email for this "notice" and haven't received it. I told the lady I spoke to that I would just like a refund, because I have a job to do and I'm wasting unnecessary money. She assured me that a manager would be calling me by the end of the day to discuss the conundrum. However, I did not receive a call. On this day, 01/28/21, I called for the final time in lividity because humility was not working with this company. I told the lady I need to speak to the manager ASAP because no one else has been of help, she told me she wasn't available. I told her that it's imperative I speak to someone in charge because I can not take it anymore. The manager called me about 2 hours later from this number, she didn't give me a name. She told me all the cancellations weren't on file and that she can't help me. Told me I wouldn't be issued a refund because she can't control the weather and I should have read the contract, which I did. I told her I was patient and understanding but her attitude and tone were completely disrespectful and disgusting. She shouted at me and said "I can't change the system, so you can get credit but no money,".. I told this woman I didn't want to get lessons from the school anymore due to the plethora or inconveniences and incompetence of their leadership. I thanked her for her time and told her I will be taking desperate measures because I would like the refund that I deserve. I will attach proof of everything below. Thank you.
