Experiencia fantástica: The class was very informative and helpful to help improve your defensive driving skills. My instructor was cool, funny and made the class interesting. I like how everyone must participate.

Experiencia negativa: The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm. (first of all, that's 2 business days not one) I received it Tuesday at 8pm. It was my fault for waiting that long but they definitely should have put that on the website. My class was great. Yolanda Ford was my instructor and although it was long she made it really fun.

Thank you for choosing and A-1 and we are glad to hear you liked Yolanda! Sorry you received your certificate after 5pm on Tuesday. We try out best to get the certificates to students as soon as possible. In regards to getting your certificate the next business day. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday and this is advertised on our website and on our Google listing. You took a class on Saturday and the next business day we are open is Tuesday.
