As the longest continually running driver training school in Abilene, A OK Driving School is proud to offer a staff of more than ten TDLR Certified and state-accredited instructors with more than 150 years of experience. Our Mission is simple: We are committed to providing the highest quality driver training instruction available, in a safe and positive environment.
I AM 36 and I was determined to get my driver’s license I recently attended a class, I went to DMV on that Monday passed my test, I now have my license. This was a BIG GOAL for Meh. I Strongly recommend ANYBODY to attend AOK, The Staff was very helpful and respectful.

11 months ago Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend. But unsure if Abilene has another drivers school as it use to. They charge too much for the services. If i am payimg almost 500 dollars why am I needing to do driving hours with my child, i remember when the driving school provided all that. Why is my child still needing to do a drivers test at the DPS office instead of just going and taking the written portion. I went to pay the final payment and they had lost my daughters certificate and i had to wait while they slowly figured out how to print another one. Maybe its time to close down or give to a younger generation. If you are providing the bare min for these students the price should be half of what they charge. You are better off teaching your child to drive then just following the rest of the steps through the DPS office. What if parents dont have a car? As i said I would not recommend.
11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We had a terrific experience with Ronnie and the A Ok team. We were able to do our driving tests quickly, and my wife and I would recommend to anyone needing friendly, skilled and experienced driving instruction.
11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: A Ok driving school is an excellent business! Went to the Dps and the wait was going to be over a month long for a driving test. A Ok said to come on in so they could look at the paperwork and help. They helped get everything in order and let us know what needed to be done and got us in for a road driving test 2 days later. This business will go above and beyond and are very knowledgeable in what they do!
1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I took my wife here for her driver's license exam and her experience was wonderful. Great service. If you're looking for a place to stay, I 100% recommend this place. It doesn't matter if your English isn't good, they treat you super well here.
