At Tag and Title Boutique we offer a wide range of tag and title services, a convenient one-stop, full-service solution for issuance of Maryland Motor Vehicle tags and title registrations. We strive to provide quick and smooth transactions for our customers, by providing an alternative to the long wait at the MVA.
As a native of the DMV, it is my duty to serve as a front line defense in preventing fraud and identifying identity theft during document signings. My aim is to assist individuals with their documents while providing the highest level of customer service, trust, and guaranteed great service every time! Commissioned in MD and VA
We offer the Maryland Driver Improvement Program and the 3 Hour Drug and Alcohol Program (Safe and Sober) here at Tag and Title Boutique. Our instructors are certified by the Motor Vehicle Administration with years of experience

Leaving false reviews to support a friend might feel loyal, but it’s misleading and damaging to a small business that operates with integrity. If you have firsthand experience, I welcome it. If not, I encourage you to leave room for the truth.

8 months ago Experiencia negativa: Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money back. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there was never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.

I’m sorry this experience left you feeling mistreated, that was never my intention. I’d like to offer clarity on what happened and why.
After your U-Haul was returned, trash was found dumped on the side our property, trash that wasn’t there before your arrival. The next day, local residents approached me saying they witnessed someone dumping it. One reviewed my video footage and identified the man who accompanied you as the person involved. They also said they took photos, but to date, those photos have not been provided to me.
Based on that information, I initially charged a cleaning fee. However, after reconsidering and wanting to give you the benefit of the doubt, I personally contacted U-Haul and requested a full refund of over $200 on your behalf, not just the cleaning fee, but your entire rental. That refund was processed the same day you posted this review.
I also want to be clear: U-Haul handles all payments and fees. My business does not profit from cleaning charges, which makes the idea of me “scamming” anyone both false and unfair.
As for the video footage, I never refused to send it. I told you I would follow up once I received the photos from witnesses and completed my review. Since this happened late Saturday and we’re closed Sundays and Mondays, I had planned to follow up once I got on the office. Unfortunately, your review went up before I had the chance to do that.
Lastly, I’ve seen several negative reviews from individuals who were not customers. I welcome honest feedback, but reviews from friends or family who weren’t part of the experience don’t help anyone and misrepresent the business I work hard to build every day.
I’ve proudly served this community for 7 years and have never been accused of scamming—because I don’t operate that way. I stand on integrity, fairness, and transparency in everything I do.

10 months ago Experiencia negativa: Went during business hours (2:40pm) and the place was closed. They even had an "open" sign in the door, but the door was locked and no one present. I guess they didn't feel like working today.

I want to say thanks to the owner this was the best vehicle registration experience ever. Here is why I will never go back to the DMV. The location is inside my route to work. The customer service was exceptional, warm, friendly, and inviting. The speed of service was outstanding, in and out in less than 20-minutes. 4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: This business first appealed to me because of location and the cute logo. Once I called a nice voice instantly answered the phone which I loved because I didn't have to go through all these unnecessary prompts. Keisha was so nice and very thorough and detailed when answering all my questions. The time frame she gave me for my tag service was precise. Here's the BEST PART---When I went to pick my tags up, not only was my order ready to go but I was able to get a paper I needed notarized, a cute cute bracelet and some candy. Thank you Keisha and I will be back soon to pick up some more boutique Goodies!!

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I first purchased my tags back in 2018. Crashed and came back to Keisha. Let me tell you, she is the bomb. Fast response(s) for everything and customer service over the top. I have since then, recommended 7 people total and all have said to have had the best experience of getting tags EVER. Especially not having to wait at the dmv in the line or for a number to be called 2 hours later. I would, will, and am gonna tell continue to tell everyone about her.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Tag and Title Boutique. Ms. Keisha provides excellent customer service and makes the process so easy every time and saves me so much time. She makes you feel very comfortable and answer any questions you may have. For the last 4 years I haven't seen the inside of an MVA to renew my tags for my two vehicles. I go to Tag and Title Boutique to handle all my tags needs and I'm in and out. I have referred family and friends to Tag and Title Boutique and they love it. The process is also easy to register your car through them. If you are looking for an easy process and saves you hours from waiting in line at the MVA to renew or register your vehicles THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Give Ms. Keisha a call.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I needed to get rid of some old tags and needed to get a title for a car I had. At this time dealing with the MVA was difficult with the food restrictions. In comes keisha to the rescue. I told her what I needed and she took care of it all super fast. She is very professional and courteous. She kept me informed regularly and called me when what I needed was ready. I HIGHLY recommend going to tag and title boutique for any of your MVA needs.
